I specialize in working with men, particularly those navigating identity, relationships, work, and major life transitions. I work best with adults ready for focused, engaged therapy and interested in building greater stability, clarity, and confidence.
My approach is structured, collaborative, and active. Sessions require a private, distraction-free space (no driving or being driven), and I work with clients who are prepared to show up consistently and participate actively in the process.
In addition to my behavioral health qualifications, I have formal business school training and certification in Human Resources Management, which gives me an additional perspective on career, workplace, leadership, and employment-related concerns that often intersect with men’s identity and well-being.
Hello, My name is Debbie!

For the past 10 years, I have had the opportunity to help others in a variety of mental health settings. I have worked in residential group homes, provided one on one mental health skills coaching, been a school counselor, and recently have been a therapist for the last 6 years.
I’m Lindsay MacMaster PsyD, a licensed Clinical Psychologist in the San Diego area. When you work with me, I create a setting that is warm and compassionate, a space that allows you to best connect with what is bothering you. Counseling helps you learn how to become your best self. Therapy can support you as you lean into life’s most difficult challenges rather than shy away from them.

Maria Mendez Perez is a bilingual first-generation Latina therapist who is passionate about helping adults who are experiencing overwhelming emotions due to unresolved trauma. The majority of her practice focuses on managing symptoms of depression and anxiety, and learning skills to improve emotion regulation. In my free time I love spending time with my family. When I need some alone time I spend time with our dog, read a book, or listen to a podcast, probably something on mental health.
I am a licensed therapist with extensive experience working with individuals, children, teens, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, family conflict, and major life transitions. I bring patience, compassion, and strong communication skills to my work, prioritizing flexibility and adaptability to meet each client’s unique needs. My background includes significant exposure to crisis intervention as a member of a crisis intervention team, which strengthened my ability to remain calm and objective during periods of extreme stress. I thrive when supporting clients of all ages in processing emotions, building coping skills, and reducing symptoms related to everyday stressors. Together, we work to identify triggers, recognize warning signs, and prepare for challenges with effective strategies. I am trained in CBT, DBT, SFT, and trauma informed care approaches proven to be effective and always tailored to prioritize each client’s individual experience and the therapeutic relationship.

Hi! I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) based in California with a Master’s degree from Teachers College, Columbia University in New York City. I have over 7 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults, helping them navigate anxiety, depression, and various life stressors. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, empowering clients to build on their strengths and achieve lasting personal growth.
Many people come to therapy struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, painful relationships or difficult life transitions. You may feel overwhelmed and exhausted from trying to hold everything together, or frustrated that despite your best efforts, the same feelings or patterns keep returning. You may find yourself searching for answers and wondering, “Why do I feel this way? Why does this still hurt so much?”
The symptoms that bring you to therapy matter, and finding relief is important. But they can also be the beginning of a deeper understanding. Together, we'll look beneath what is happening now to understand the experiences, patterns, and ways of coping that may have developed for good reasons but are no longer serving you as well as they once did.
I believe healing begins with understanding, deepens through awareness, and becomes more lasting when both the mind and body are invited into the process.
After more than 30 years as a therapist, one truth has become increasingly clear to me: meaningful change rarely comes from simply telling ourselves to think differently or try harder. It grows from understanding how our experiences have shaped the way we think, feel, relate, and respond. With greater understanding comes greater choice: the ability to respond differently to yourself, to others, and to life's challenges.
Whether you're seeking relief from what hurts right now, looking for answers, or trying to find a way forward when life has become painful or overwhelming, therapy can offer a place of solace, understanding, and hope. Together, we can work toward easing what is causing you pain while helping you feel more grounded, more connected to yourself, and more fully alive, with greater clarity and confidence about how you want to move forward.
I’m dedicated to helping adults and families navigate the complexities of life transitions, depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, adjustment challenges, grief and loss, relationship stress, and self-esteem issues. With over 15 years of experience in social services, I bring a compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally aware lens to the therapeutic relationship. My passion lies in helping individuals strengthen communication, set healthy boundaries, express emotions, and reconnect with their sense of self.
I have been licensed for 35 years. I received my degree in clinical psychology from George Fox University. I specialize in PTSD, depression and anxiety. I use EMDR and CBT to address trauma. I am committed to honesty and compassion as you discover new ways of being. I employ a style that is relational and collaborative. Faith has been an important part of my journey and I am comfortable incorporating that into your work if you desire.
I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist specializing in helping individuals navigate profound life challenges, find resilience, and step into a place of true healing. I help clients feel more understood, supported, and less alone in what they are facing. I support people in managing symptoms, building coping skills, and improving emotional and relational functioning. Over time, I work to help clients feel more grounded, confident, and connected to themselves and others, while also moving toward a more meaningful and balanced life.

I utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help clients manage and overcome various psychological issues. I have had the privilege of supporting many adults in their efforts to overcome challenges arising during times of life transition such as starting/graduating school, beginning/changing careers, coping with the death of a loved one (including reproductive losses), relationship challenges/changes, and unexpected traumatic events in life. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I’m Cory Sullivan, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker trained at the University of Southern California. I’m passionate about helping people find their “new normal” after traumatic injury or chronic illness, and I bring both clinical and lived insight into the grief and identity shifts that can follow. I take an eclectic, integrative approach to anxiety and depression, blending practical tools, psychoeducation, and collaborative support. My clients know they don’t have to face this alone — we work through it together.
I've been a therapist for about eight years with a keen eye for helping others find deeper meaning through their hardships, a calming presence capable of modeling self-regulation, and a reliable ear for those that need to unload their perceived stress across different life chapters. I also offer a modern, diverse openness for cultural understanding as I am a male Latino fluent in Spanish, have Asian ethnicity, and am first-generation American. I can also empathize with perceived struggles as I grew up with low SES, was greatly affected by a custody battle into my teenage years, and became the primary healthcare agent for my father-figure until his passing from cancer during my early twenties. In more recent years, I learned the differences in transitioning from the role of a stepfather to becoming a father of a newborn. Understanding one's own pain from their story is key to learning the balancing act of validating and/or differentiating how to help others process their felt pain. I offer my therapeutic services as your existential teammate who will metaphorically walk by your side along your therapeutic journey.
Feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, anxious, or stuck? You don’t have to carry it alone anymore. I help individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship stress, school-based issue's, and life transitions in a supportive, judgment-free space where healing and real growth can happen. My approach is warm, honest, and down-to-earth — therapy with someone who truly listens and helps you move forward.
I’m a therapist with over 20 years of experience and a graduate of the University of Southern California. I help adults heal from generational trauma, strengthen self-worth, navigate relationships, and break patterns that may have been passed down through generations. My approach is compassionate, intentional, and collaborative. I help clients understand the roots of their struggles, reconnect with their inner strength, establish healthier boundaries, and develop a stronger sense of self. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. Together, we can make sense of where you’ve been, understand how it shapes where you are today, and create meaningful change for where you want to go.
Nice to meet you!

Hello, my name is Lee. I’m a licensed clinical social worker with the state of California. I spent the majority of my career helping people with severe mental illness to achieve stability while searching for meaning within acute care settings. For the past 5 years I’ve been working with team of specialists looking to incorporate more trauma based treatment into the state facilities. Through this exploration I’ve developed a deeper understanding between the interplay of trauma and childhood experiences. The connection between trauma and all of the maladaptive coping styles that I saw in group homes, recovery centers and the VA, became apparent to me. What some might call symptoms I might interpret as adaptations to deal with life. That fundamental understanding is what makes me the therapist that I am. In the words of Anita Sawyer PhD, “It’s those who are comfortable with ambiguity that can see unique perspectives to bridge connection. Connection is the essence of healing.”
I bring both professional knowledge and lived experience to my work as a therapist. Living with a Bipolar I diagnosis has given me firsthand insight into the challenges of navigating mental health systems, stigma, and the ways these experiences can affect identity, relationships, and everyday life. This perspective allows me to meet each client with empathy, genuine curiosity, and respect for the meaning they make of their experiences. I am a shamanic clinician, which has been largely shaped and inspired by experiences with what’s often referred to as mania or psychosis.
Perception is central to my therapeutic approach. Our histories, emotions, environments, and nervous-system states can all influence what we notice, how we interpret events, and how we respond. By exploring these patterns without judgment, I help clients expand their awareness, consider new perspectives, and develop greater choice in how they relate to themselves and the world around them.
My professional experience includes psychiatric residential treatment, addiction medicine, youth detention, and private practice. I integrate somatic and sensory-based approaches (including brainspotting, meditation, drumming, sound therapy, aromatherapy, guided visualization, and shamanic-inspired practices) to support emotional processing and nervous-system regulation. I also emphasize nature, nutrition, sleep hygiene, and other foundations of whole-person wellness.
