My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT is a very effective way of addressing of anxiety, depression and trauma. We will work together to understand how your thoughts impact your emotions and behavior and find new ways to manage automatic and intrusive negative thoughts.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I find DBT to be a great way to assist clients who are struggling with managing their emotions and their relationships.

EMDR

EMDR is an innovative and effective treatment for trauma that does not require clients to relive their trauma.
