I began my early career providing public assistance to underserved communities. I expanded my career into child welfare services and have worked with children, their families and caregivers, helping support behavioral and emotional challenges, financial challenges, career challenges, and domestic violence. I understand the importance of early intervention, timely assessments, and developing individualized treatment plans to enable clients to live independently, encounter positive experiences from their environment, and be able to enjoy a fulfilling and happy life to reach their full potential. I believes the key to obtaining self-sufficiency for my clients is to assist them in the progression of their expressive language, daily living skills, social and family interactions, academics and/or career path. I continuously work to improve my knowledge by attending conferences and workshops, and always strive to bring highly recommended practices for my clients.
