(she/her)
Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you're navigating persistent sadness, anxious thoughts that won’t quiet down, a major life change, or challenges in your relationships. Maybe past experiences still weigh on you, making it hard to move forward. You don’t have to figure it all out alone. Seeking support is a powerful step toward healing and reclaiming a sense of ease, purpose, and joy in your life. If you're ready for change, I'm here to help you move toward the life you want.
I know that starting therapy and meeting for the first time can feel overwhelming, so during our first session, I’ll focus on offering support and guidance to help you feel at ease. We’ll take time to explore what’s bringing you to therapy, allowing me to better understand your concerns. I also encourage you to ask questions and get to know me, so we can create a supportive and open space to work together.
In therapy, I offer a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where you can truly be yourself. I believe that building a trusting and supportive relationship is key to fostering personal growth. I provide a safe environment that allows you to explore deeper, more vulnerable parts of yourself at a pace that feels right. I'm here to walk alongside you, ensuring you feel understood and supported every step of the way.
I have discovered that my style and approach work well with adults of all ages. I provide support to adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, insomnia, and mood disorders. Understanding that these experiences often overlap, I also help clients who are facing life transitions, complexities of adulthood, medical challenges, grief, a diminished sense of self, and family or relationship issues.
As an integrative therapist, I use a mix of techniques that fit what’s going on in your life, both now and in the past, instead of sticking to just one approach. We’re all complex, and our needs are too. Integrative therapy looks at your mind, body, emotions, experiences, and relationships as being connected. This way, every part of you is seen, understood, and supported. Drawing from a rich tapestry of modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Grief Counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Somatic Experiencing, Family Systems Therapy, Coaching and Motivational Interviewing, Emotionally Relational Therapy, and more.
I incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy to help clients develop a deeper understanding of their inner world. IFS views the mind as made up of different “parts,” each with its own voice, emotions, and role. In our work together, I guide clients in getting to know these parts with curiosity and compassion; especially those carrying pain or protective roles. By fostering a connection with the Self, the calm, centered inner leader, clients can begin to heal wounds, unburden stuck patterns, and move toward greater emotional balance and self-trust.
In my work, I draw from Relational Therapy to explore the ways our relationships, past and present, shape how we see ourselves and connect with others. I believe healing happens through safe, authentic connection, both within the therapeutic relationship and in the world outside of it. Together, we pay attention to relational patterns, attachment dynamics, and emotional experiences that arise in real time, using them as opportunities for insight, repair, and growth.
At the core of my work is a Humanistic approach, which honors each person’s innate capacity for growth, healing, and self-discovery. I create a nonjudgmental, empathetic space where clients can feel seen, accepted, and supported as they explore who they are and what truly matters to them. Grounded in presence and authenticity, this approach emphasizes personal meaning, choice, and self-compassion; empowering clients to align more fully with their values and inner truth.
