Hello, my name is Megan. I appreciate you taking the leap to want to do something different in your life. I know how hard talking about some of these big life issues can be like the death of our person, living through the struggle of infertility and acknowledging the weight of our anxiety is too much. Sometimes, we are stuck in our loop and yet, we do not have the perspective how to shift the big feelings to make you start to feel better.
In the beginning of working together, I want you to feel comfortable sharing your story. Everyone arrives wanting a witness to their grieving at different stages of their process. Your relationship is to different each person had a different relationship to their person. I believe the importance of listening to what is said in the room or what is not said. Many times we are not able to verbalize our pain of trying to live without our person. I think a very necessary part to our healing is to be witnessed by another. My goal is to always create safety in the room. I am a fairly transparent therapist sharing sometimes my personal journey to connect and help clients realize they are not alone in their pain.
I look forward to joining you in your healing journey.
Hello, and welcome. I'm Jane Griffin, a licensed clinical social worker, with a background in clinical social work and over 20 years of experience supporting individuals through a wide range of life challenges. My professional journey has taken me through diverse settings — from working with military service members and their families, to supporting patients in hospital environments facing acute and chronic illness, to empowering women navigating life transitions, trauma, and identity.
These experiences have deepened my understanding of the resilience of the human spirit and the unique complexities we all carry.
Taking the first step toward therapy is an act of courage and I commend you for being here. Life can feel overwhelming, especially when we’re just trying to meet our basic needs while navigating stress, anxiety, or emotional pian. I understand how difficult it can be to find balance and prioritize your mental health, especially when each day can feel so different. Some days are filled with hope, while others feel nearly impossible. My role as your therapist is not to offer a perfect life, but to help you develop the tools and resilience to face life’s challenges with confidence and self-compassion. I provide a safe and supportive space to explore feelings such as depression, anxiety, hopelessness, or emotional fatigue. My goal is to walk alongside you through your healing process wherever that journey takes us.
I specialize in working with a wide range of clients, including children, adults, older adults, veterans, military families and individuals receiving short-term therapy thought Employee Assistance Programs ( EAPs). I use an integrative, personalized approach to therapy, recognizing that each individual brings unique experiences, needs and goals. My work draws from a psychodynamic foundation and incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Behavioral Techniques and a deep understanding of intergenerational trauma.
Change can be both empowering and unsettling, but you don’t have to do it alone. Together we will uncover what’s been holding you back and move toward the life you want to live. If you are ready to begin this journey, I invite you to reach out today.
I enjoy working with individuals, children and couples that are hoping to gain confidence in healthier communication skills. Getting to understand you and getting to know one another will help improve our relationships. This will help recognize where you are hoping to improve your qualities in daily functioning. Building an alliance with me can create a safe place to practice and process your thoughts and feelings. Being able to process your past experience will allow you to identify and process ongoing needs within your daily lifestyle. Therapeutic alliance helps individuals grow within and become aware of their own needs

I help adults experiencing life changes, anxiety, and also hormonal changes. I use empathy, compassion, and respect in every session and hope to make clients feel comfortable and welcomed, and free to be themselves. Often clients do not come in for trauma specifically, but more often than not, trauma and grief come up in a client’s past or childhood, so I am trauma-informed and very experienced in treating trauma. I am flexible for using part of a session for the “here and now” immediate goals, and part of session for healing old wounds, for more deep healing.

I am here for you. As a seasoned Therapist, I understand that embarking on the therapy journey can be scary and bring up numerous feelings. This is "your time" to explore, take risks, sit quietly and lead in whatever way feels most comfortable for you. I do not believe that there is one way to do therapy. If you have difficulty starting to tell your story, I may ask you questions to get to know you.
I understand that just as I am getting to know you, you are getting to know me. We are mutually exploring "our fit."
Hi, I’m Margaret Hoyne Brown, LMFT. I mix empathy, good humor, and practical strategies to help you navigate life’s ups, downs, and sideways turns. Using proven tools like CBT and Solution-Oriented Therapy—plus a humanistic, Adlerian touch—I help you tackle challenges, build resilience, and find more joy and meaning in your life.
Life’s messy, and so is therapy—but I’m here to make it feel doable, insightful, and maybe even a little fun. Together, we’ll figure out what’s holding you back and how to move forward with clarity, confidence, and heart.
Hi there! Nice to meet you. My name is Ryan and I am really glad you are here.
I’m not your stereotypical “sit and nod” kind of therapist—I like to keep things real, down-to-earth, and maybe even a little fun when it feels right. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without fear of being judged or “too much.”
I work with both teens and adults, using a person-centered approach that focuses on you—your story, your strengths, and your pace. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, or figuring out life as a neurodivergent person in a world that doesn’t always get it, we’ll work together to make sense of what’s been heavy and find ways to lighten the load. I’m here to help you understand yourself better, build self-trust, and move toward a life that feels more balanced and authentic.
Therapy with me is a mix of empathy, honesty, and humor. Some days it’s deep reflection; other days it’s simply finding a moment of calm in the chaos. I believe growth doesn’t have to mean changing who you are—it’s about reconnecting with who you’ve always been.
Outside of sessions, I’m usuall spending time at the gym, with my dog that I am training to be my service dog, my latest crochet project, thrifting, mindfulness exercises or in my own therapy. If you’re looking for a therapist who’s approachable, open-minded, and genuinely invested in helping you feel understood, I’d love to meet you.
I am a Bay Area native woman who identifies as a Christian, mother, social worker, and African-American. Growing up, I had a rough childhood in which I stayed with multiple family members and was exposed to the “fast” life and dysfunctional relationships, as well as the “9 to 5 working”, church centered, married life. While both made me into the woman I am, it was really my grandparents taking me in as a teen and showing me unconditional love, that made me able to not become another statistic, and understand what love is. My healing journey was not easy, but it was necessary! It is the people who poured into me and believed in me when I didn’t love or believe in myself that help me transform from broken and angry to the confident woman who loves herself and steps out on faith and gives back to those who have past or current circumstances that are holding them back from being there best version of them. I am not here to judge or tell anyone how to live. I am here to help people release their traumas, hurts, and other obstacles so they can restore to a healthy level of functioning mentally, spiritually, and physically. I focus on the person as a whole as our health mentally, spiritually, and physically, has a direct impact on on well being, and an imbalance in any one can hinder our level of functioning.
Do you want a better day tomorrow than you had yesterday? Do you worry about things you have no control over? Do you ask, “Is this all there is to my life?” What happened to your dreams, your goals, your “someday I’ll be…I’ll do…, I’ll have…”?

As an American Family Therapist, I work from a systemic perspective, focusing on the entire family unit rather than just the individual. My goal is to help families uncover and understand deep-rooted patterns and issues that interfere with healthy communication and connection. Through this process, I support each member in developing more effective ways of relating, resolving conflict, and fostering emotional safety with the family system. I primarily use Dialectical Behavior Therapy and view my work through that lens. This means focusing on mindfulness, expanding tolerance for discomfort, increasing effectiveness in relationships and strengthening emotional regulation. When challenges arise in therapy, I often find that the root of the issue can be addressed through one of these core areas. For clients struggling with post-traumatic stress injuries-particularly common in military populations-I also incorporate Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to help them reframe and work through trauma-related beliefs. My approach is structured, evidence-based, and tailored to the needs of each individual or family.

My goal is to provide you with the mental architecture and tools you need to feel back in control of your life and your performance.
Why Professionals Choose This Practice: I understand the unique pressures of high-level competition and the weight of "carrying the room." My goal isn't just to help you cope—it’s to help you optimize. If you are ready to stop ruminating and start performing, schedule your initial strategy session via the Grow Therapy portal to begin your Game Plan.
