I provide online individual therapy to adolescents and adults across California, offering services in both English and Spanish. I have experience assessing and treating a wide range of mental health symptoms and disorders, and I approach therapy as a collaborative process where we work together to identify goals and create meaningful change. Eli was pretty direct, and easy to talk to. He offered some solutions and I felt comfortable talking to him right from the beginning, and my husband felt the same way.
