Hola Aloha
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) CA, Art Therapist, Eco-Therapist, Certified 500-Hour Yoga Teacher, and Holy Fire Reiki Master.
I support people in creating meaningful change by cultivating mindful awareness of thought and speech patterns that influence growth, joy, and satisfaction. Together, we’ll practice identifying and shifting beliefs that no longer serve you, reframe unhelpful narratives, and open space for empowerment, clarity, and transformation.
Rooted in my Native American Mexica, Spanish, and European heritage, I bring a holistic, culturally grounded approach to therapy. My Souljorn has taken me across Europe, Asia, Mexico, and the Hawaiian Islands, where I immersed myself in culture, permaculture, meditation, healing arts, spirituality, and indigenous ceremonies—experiences that continue to guide my work.
I hold a B.A. in Ethnic Studies from UC Berkeley and an M.A. in Psychology and Art Therapy, where I studied neuroplasticity and creative approaches to healing and positive change. I also share Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), or tapping, which helps honor and release limiting thoughts and emotions. Mindfulness is the core theme in my practice. I offer guidance to connect with nature, the elements, and the cycles of the seasons as pathways to grounding, connection, renewal, and deeper self-awareness.
Earlier in my career I worked in community clinics, schools, homes, and wilderness therapy programs. Today, I provide online therapy for California residents, offering a compassionate and intentional space for growth and healing.
If you are ready to release old patterns, reconnect with your authentic self, and embrace new possibilities, I am here to guide and support you with care, wisdom, and purpose.
The time for transformation is now. We are the ones we have been waiting for.
Eternal blessings
I am an LCSW with 7 years experience looking to work with clients seeking to make a change in their mental health. I enjoy working with folks facing a variety of challenges, including experiencing depression, anxiety, family difficulties, parenting struggles or going through life transitions. Hi, my name is Mai Kou. I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Are you experiencing depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, hardships, relationship issues, feeling lost or stuck? Sometimes we need someone to talk to about what we are going through, and we need a safe person we can share these things with without being judged. I would love to talk to you to help you improve your quality of life, mental health, self-esteem, self-love, skills, motivation, and help you achieve your goals. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities to meet my client’s unique treatment needs. Below are a few therapeutic modalities that I use in therapy. I am currently taking new clients adults ages 18-64 for individual therapy and therapy sessions are via telehealth.
I have worked with children, teenagers, adults, couples, and families throughout my career. I have worked with the most severe mental illness population in an inpatient psychiatric facility, crisis stabilization center, and outpatient settings. I love being a therapist and I am very passionate at helping people.
I'm a queer, feminist therapist who creates a warm, affirming space for clients navigating body image concerns and eating disorders. My approach is rooted in Health at Every Size (HAES) and LGBTQ+ affirming care, with a deep belief that therapy should feel both supportive and empowering. I’m here to help you not just get through the hard weeks, but to feel seen, heard, and equipped with tools to move through life with more ease. I know how vulnerable it can be to seek help—especially around food and body image—and I strive to offer a space where you can be your full self without judgment.
In addition to talk therapy, I also offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a powerful, evidence-based approach that helps process and heal from trauma, distressing memories, and deeply rooted beliefs that may be holding you back.
Hi my name is Mandisa Pittmon and I am a married mother of 3 teenage children who understands the joy and challenges of parenting and relationships. I am originally from Southern California but have happily resided in Sacramento, CA since 2012.
I graduated from California State Fullerton and soon began working with foster youth in group home facilities for 8 years while working in nonprofit community outpatient clinics, which allowed me to better understand the needs of families and children from various cultures and back grounds. I then earned a Masters degree (MA) in 2011 from National University, feeling the need to increase my knowledge and ability to serve individuals and families, which began my journey in marriage and family therapy. Later I was able to receive additional training in Applied Behavior Analysis, allowing me to work with children on the autism spectrum and with other disabilities, in various school districts.
I specialize in anxiety, trauma and Complex PTSD, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and an attachment-based approach, I help adults understand the patterns that keep them feeling stuck, process difficult emotions, and develop a greater sense of emotional security. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. Together, we work toward meaningful change, stronger relationships, and a deeper connection with yourself. You don’t have to have everything figured out before beginning therapy—I invite you to come as you are.
Good day to you, my name is Mario Palacios
I am a LMFT. I have been a therapist for over 25 years. I have had my practice since 2011. In that time, I have learned and have continued to learn what it takes to become a more effective therapist. During this time, I have treated many people with various issues/challenges that have resulted in positive outcomes. The most important impact for me is being able to see when my client has been able to make changes in their lives where they have improved themselves, found more clarity and continue to seek more improvement.
I’m Steven Frank, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) in California, now living in Seattle and working with California residents through telehealth. I’ve been licensed since 1983 and began my private practice in 1993. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in inpatient psychiatric settings as a California‑licensed Psychiatric Technician, where I gained early experience supporting people in acute emotional distress.
I suffer from PTSD and my journey into therapy began with years of denial. As all heroes do I refused the call. Then I started helping others - the immigrant, the unhoused, the addicted - and I saw the beauty of human resilience. I discovered the capacity for compassion, healing, and evolution in others as well as myself. I fully believe therapy has the power to not only help people survive but to thrive.

In today's fast-paced world, many people find themselves overwhelmed by daily responsibilities and may be disconnected from what brings meaning and fulfillment to their lives. It is common to push aside difficult thoughts and emotions simply to get through the day. Over time, however, this can leave us feeling stuck, isolated, or uncertain about how to move forward. I want to assure you that it is okay to reach out and talk it out.
Whether you are navigating a major life transition, experiencing relationship difficulties, seeking greater self-understanding, or simply looking for a safe space to process your experiences, therapy can provide an opportunity to gain insight and perspective. I'm a Bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, with 19 years of clinical experience, 15 years licensed within private practice.
I consider myself to be bicultural. Having been raised as a first-generation American in a Latin family, I can identify with the mentality of someone living within two "worlds". Transitioning from one culture to another with seemingly different values, beliefs and language. I can easily understand the struggle that maintaining, and existing in both, can sometimes be. I've come to perceive and appreciate it as the gift of having a "bridge" that allows connection to, and understanding of, different aspects of people and life.
My education has a foundation in Clinical Psychology, woven with holistic transpersonal themes, the connection between mind, body, and spirit, and just plain down-to-earth common sense. Always keeping in mind the client's personal beliefs and values.

Hi, I'm Abbey! I'm a licensed clinical social worker in California. After four years of working in substance abuse treatment, I have been excited to expand the ways I can support people in their healing journeys by starting a part-time private practice. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with clinical and social services experience - along with years of experience and knowledge of spiritual care (MDiv) - I enjoy partnering in the whole-person healing process. Understanding the person in their environment as well as being enlightened to a their intrinsic qualities, informs the therapeutic process and facilitates an effective healing journey .
Thanks for taking the time to read my profile. I'm a short-term, solution-oriented therapist that focuses on identifying and relieving on mild-to-moderate mental health symptoms, likely related to newer onset life stressors: family and relationship issues, school and work, grief and loss, medical diagnoses, etc. Though I would love to serve all that are seeking mental health therapy, it's important that I remain within my scope of competence and scope of practice. Therefore, I'm ethically unable to accept clients seeking long-term/maintenance care or specialized interventions (e.g., trauma, OCD, etc.).
My approach to therapy tends to resonate best with clients who are moderately motivated to truly seek out solutions to their issues and symptoms, and are willing to do the work- both in session, and out- to achieve the results desired. We collaborate to identify the issues, and put in the actual work to make change for resolution. Though I am a clinician that utilizes evidence-based practices and interventions, I would definitely say I'm also a bit of a life coach!
Providing a space to just be YOU while you explore different aspects of your life and your mental health while learning to navigate your emotions more effectively. Before any title, I'm a human being who values authenticity, compassion, and connection. I bring both my humanity and my clinical expertise into every therapeutic relationship. I believe that real change happens when we can be honest with ourselves and with each other.
I’m a compassionate and genuine therapist who believes that people are capable of meaningful growth, healing, and change—even when life feels overwhelming or they feel stuck. My approach is grounded not only in professional training, but also in the variety of life experiences that have shaped me. I understand that life rarely follows a straight path, and sometimes we need someone who can sit with us in the hard places while also helping us find a way forward. I work collaboratively with my clients, meeting you where you are while helping you move toward where you want to be.
At the heart of my work is a genuine desire to make a difference in people’s lives. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they gain insight, build healthier patterns, navigate difficult seasons, and become more fully who they want to be.
