Hello, my name is Virginia.
I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Marriage Family Therapist in California. I have experience working with various ages from 3 to 50-years-old. I have worked in community-based mental health services to intense services with children, youth, and adults.
Do you ever feel mixed emotions about specific events, situations, or relationships? Do you want to become more self-aware of yourself as an individual and increase your motivation?
I love exploring self-awareness and self-love. I have a very open-minded style but can also be transparent to help motivate and challenge you. I enjoy making a difference in others’ lives. I believe that “On the other side of FEAR is SUCCESS.” Let’s work together to create change.
Hello! I'm Jennifer. I've been a therapist for over 15 years, working with clients with everything from depression to anxiety to transitional issues. My specializations include women's issues including infertility, postpartum, parenting to menopause. As a mixed Asian provider, I am acutely attuned to issues of culture and intergenerational expectations. I also often see people who are in high stress, high achievement jobs that are on the verge of burnout.
Welcome! My name is Erica and I am so proud of you for taking this first step to mind health and wellness. I am always rooting for you and I am honored to help you through this season in your life. Whether we’re working through a tough transition or identifying steps towards a personal goal, my hope is that you walk away with a stronger sense of self compassion and self love.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who supports parents, children, and individuals navigating trauma and relationship challenges. I offer a warm, collaborative space to reflect, heal, and take meaningful steps toward change. With experience in early childhood, special needs, and immigrant families—and as a parent myself—I bring empathy and insight to our work. Together, we’ll uncover your strengths and focus on what matters most to you.
My name is Uchechi Alozie. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My approach to therapy is seeing my client within their environment and not just the issues they are presenting. My approach is trying to aid my clients holistically. I have worked with family units for more than 10 years. And have worked with individuals with chronic mental illness for 6 years.
I am used to working with families with different dynamics. I have a background in child welfare services, so I am very familiar with the trauma that comes from familial interpersonal relationships. I have worked in an inpatient psychiatric setting, working with individuals suffering from debilitating chronic mental illness.
Thanks for connecting. Allow me to introduce myself.
I have worked with a variety of clients dealing with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, OCD, trauma, issues of identity, questioning how to relate to loved ones, and working through issues of faith and connection to God. The common thread is connecting the past to the present and helping you make sense of questions and problems that are likely causing you a lot of distress. I want to help you gain clarity and peace, so you can experience more joy and lightness in your life. You may not even be sure what is causing pain and confusion in your life. My role is to help you put the pieces back together, so you can feel more comfortable and confident.
To others it may seem like you've got it all together, but on the inside you're spinning out of control. Panic randomly punches you in the chest, taking your breath away, and you can't focus on anything else other than how to make it stop. You are consumed by trying to keep up with everyone else since they seem to have it all together, but you can barely function through the day. You feel like an awful mom because you are lashing out on your kids and hating the daily monotony instead of "embracing the joy of motherhood." You feel like you are failing your partner because somewhere along this journey you just lost yourself.
You want to be a better mom to your kids. And remember why you fell in love with your partner. And stop the tornado of anxiety that knocks you out on the regular. You want to stop living by the expectations of others and rediscover who you truly are. It's time to win back some peace of mind and self-worth and attract the life you want.
I have the DBT and mindfulness skills, which uses both mind and body exercises that will help you manage the crippling anxiety, love yourself better, be a more present and joyful mom, improve your relationships, and attract the life you want.
I’m Dr. John Biroc. I’ve been a professional baseball player, professional actor on stage and screen, professor of both theater and psychology at major universities in Southern California. We all struggle at times to see our inner strengths and capabilities due to the life experiences which have shaped us. I work in the belief that we each have everything we need to achieve a fulfilled and successful life already present within us; sometimes we just need a little help accessing it. Using a multi-modality approach I encourage my clients to work in the small steps, not the giant leaps, that bring us to self awareness, acceptance, and lasting change.
I began my working career as an EMT in pre-hospital and Emergency Room settings. The desire to further my education and better serve my community led me to pursue becoming an LMFT. I received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brandman University and a Master’s degree in Psychology with a dual emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy and Clinical Counseling from Brandman University. I have additional training and experience in Clinical Pastoral Education from the College of Pastoral Supervision and Psychotherapy at David Grant Medical Center at Travis Air Force Base and have worked in both residential treatment and clinical settings.
I have four sons and two grandchildren. In my off time I enjoy spending time in nature, photography, and attending baseball games with my husband of 25 years.
Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California. I received my Master's from the University of California, Los Angeles and have been practicing for 10 years. Using a strengths-based, compassionate and culturally affirming approach, I help adolescents and young adults with managing stressors and negative emotions that arise in this time of one's life. It is my goal to empower those I work with to have the skills and tools to overcome their challenges and become the best versions of themselves.
I treat eating disorders across the spectrum, including ARFID and binge eating disorder, using DBT, emotion-focused interventions, and EMDR when appropriate to address underlying trauma, distress intolerance, and entrenched avoidance patterns.
My work focuses on reducing symptom-driven coping (restriction, avoidance, bingeing) while building sustainable skills for emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and recovery-oriented eating.
When you’re ready to begin your recovery journey—or if you simply need a supportive check-in to regain stability and momentum—I invite you to reach out to schedule a consultation.
Asking for help is one of the most courageous things you can do for yourself. Life can be stressful, and you can feel pulled in many different directions.
Being an African American man growing up in Los Angeles, I have faced my share of challenges and obstacles and when stress sets in, I understand that even the smallest pebble can feel like a major Boulder. I come from a traditional family where men and oftentimes women are discouraged from seeking help to deal with life's struggles and stresses. I aim to fill that void and change that narrative.
I empower Men, Women and Families to seek to understand their struggles, anxieties and life challenges and to overcome them.

My therapeutic approach integrates Psychodynamic Theory, Internal Family Systems, Attachment Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and trauma informed modalities.

Hi there, and welcome!
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based just outside of Portland, Oregon, and I’m licensed to work with clients in Oregon, Washington, and California. I have been practicing for over 18 years and also work full time as a manager in a large healthcare organization, where I support teams and programs focused on helping people grow and thrive.
As a therapist, I love helping people get clear on what matters most to them- what they want life to look and feel like, and then walking alongside them as they take steps toward those goals. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership, where we’re exploring together what helps you feel more grounded, capable, and connected.
A quick note: My practice focuses on working with individuals. If you’re looking for therapy for you and your partner together, I encourage finding a therapist who specializes in couples work to ensure you get the most out of that experience.
Hello and welcome! I am a trauma therapist who works with adults recovering from earlier life experiences, including past trauma or difficult/painful childhood upbringings, that are shaping how they feel, relate, and respond today. I also provide therapy to individuals who are used to being strong, capable, and dependable for others, yet feel overwhelmed, stuck, or quietly exhausted and are struggling. Often I hear from clients that it's not just one thing, but a buildup of stress, experiences, or changes that suddenly make it difficult to find their balance again, and they just need someone to talk to who can help them make sense of it all and find a new way forward.
My training includes EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy, which can be especially helpful in recovering from trauma or stressful experiences when you understand something logically but your body or emotions haven't caught up. EMDR helps process those painful experiences so they no longer feel as present or overwhelming. I am also certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which helps to examine and modify unhelpful thinking and behavioral patterns that are causing emotional pain. Additionally, I provide talk therapy that focuses on increasing insight, feedback and providing practical tools.
I also have years of experience working with military veterans and their families, which has shaped my understanding of both resilience and the lasting effects of stress and trauma/PTSD. I recognize that many veterans value a practical, straightforward approach. I work in a way that is respectful of those values and solution-focused.
