New to Grow
Have you been struggling with invasive thoughts? Do you often wake up with nightmares that are recurrent? Do you find yourself having flashbacks from a traumatic event? If you answered yes to any of the above questions, you may be ready to embark on a healing journey. My name is Rebekah Felleke and I would love to be a part of your journey. My job is to be the calming center while you process trauma by using evidence based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Psychotherapy to address negative beliefs, and symptoms of depression and anxiety. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and therapist, I’ve worked with many individuals such as: adolescents, adults, and families struggling with negative patterns, high conflict, and grief. My passion is helping children, youth and families get to the rewarding parts of resolving problems and addressing questions that have arisen from trauma.
We’ll start with a brief check‑in to help you settle in. You can share as much or as little as you feel ready to, there’s no pressure to “have it all figured out.” We will build rapport and establish trust needed to help you feel grounded and at ease.
I believe therapy should be both supportive and empowering. In our work together, I provide a structured yet flexible environment where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions, challenge unhelpful patterns, and develop healthier ways of thinking and responding. I place a strong emphasis on effective communication, helping clients strengthen relationships, set boundaries, and express themselves with confidence and clarity. My goal is to equip clients with tools they can use beyond therapy by fostering resilience, emotional balance, and long-term personal growth. I am committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals feel heard, respected, and supported.
My ideal client is one who is motivated, some readiness to change, and willing to utilize coping skills and "thinking outside of the box" when addressing issues. I am positioned to serve a client who is distressed due to my experience with crisis intervention, and willing to work on goals catered to improve the client's overall health. I am equipped to challenge, encourage and provide a client a safe space that will allow them to be their true selves.
