Hey there!
Maybe you're here because life hasn't been feeling quite right lately.
Maybe you're dealing with anxiety or depression. Maybe you've been feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of what you want anymore. From the outside, things might look fine, but inside, you're wondering, Is this really how I want to keep living?
I've always believed that you don't have to have everything figured out before you reach out for help. And therapy isn't about me giving you all the answers. It's about creating a space where we can slow things down, make sense of what's happening, and figure out what comes next.
I work primarily with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions, and that feeling of being lost or stuck. Our sessions aren't meant to be you sitting quietly while I ask you question after question. I like therapy to be engaging, practical, and collaborative. Bring a pen and notebook. We'll talk, reflect, feel, make connections, and come up with things you can actually try between sessions.
My approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, insight-oriented and solution-focused therapy. I also have EMDR therapy training and am a Certified Breath Coach, giving us different ways to work depending on what you need.
You don't need to arrive with everything figured out.
We can start from wherever you are.
Hi! Do you feel overwhelmed with constant racing thoughts making you feel anxious, or unhelpful negative self-talk causing you to feel depressed and mentally fatigued? These patterns of thinking can negatively affect your job, relationships, and ability to cope with daily life. You don't have to navigate this alone. We can work together and reframe these unhelpful thoughts to a healthier mindset so you can regain your sense of calmness and balance.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in working with teens, adults, and families. I enjoy collaborating and listening to what you want to achieve. I support you by providing the skills needed to manage your daily struggles and ultimately reach your goals. My approach to therapy is person-centered, allowing you to gain your own understanding of your experiences to promote personal growth.
I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness techniques to support you in the healing process, and I tailor every session to your specific needs by utilizing a vast assortment of other therapeutic approaches. I get great pleasure in educating and helping you reach your maximum potential. It's an honor to be trusted with your story, and I bring that same care to every session we share. My goal is for you to leave each session with practical tools and a clearer sense of your own strengths. Whatever brings you to therapy, we'll move at your pace, with your goals guiding our work together.

I use a unique blend of professional and personal experiences that drive connection. I believe that we all find ourselves in seasons of life where we need to be reconnected with our worth, understand our experiences, and overcome our battles.
Hello and welcome. First of all, I would like to congratulate you on your courage to take the first step in selecting a therapist. The thought of sharing intimate thoughts, struggles, and personal experiences can be overwhelming and frightening. I hope to help you feel confident that you have come to the right place to express your needs and work on feeling better. I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT) from California. I have over 12 years experience in providing services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, trauma, and other challenges.
I have had the pleasure of working in various settings. For about seven years, I worked at a community mental health agency treating children, adolescents, adults, and families with a variety of needs especially those who have experienced trauma. I have found that each individual comes with their unique story and background.
My first experience using telehealth was during the pandemic. With the increase of mental health needs, I discovered the importance of being able to provide services through the telehealth platform. It inspired me to continue to reach those clients who desire telehealth for various reasons. Life can be busy with schedules and finding time for therapy is not always easy. Telehealth can make therapy a little easier.

Hello, and welcome! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 17 years of experience in medical social work, and I’m now bringing that deep, compassionate care into private practice. Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with individuals and families navigating some of life’s most challenging moments—chronic illness, hospitalization, loss, and major life transitions.
My healthcare background has given me a unique perspective on the connection between physical and emotional well-being. I understand how medical issues can impact mental health, relationships, and overall quality of life. I’ve supported patients and families through grief, anxiety, depression, caregiving stress, and adjustment to new diagnoses, and I bring that same thoughtful approach to therapy.
When working with clients, I offer a warm, collaborative space where you can explore your experiences, build resilience, and move toward healing. Whether you’re coping with health-related stress, life transitions, or seeking greater emotional balance, I’m here to walk with you at your pace.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step. I aim to make that step feel grounded, safe, and supportive.
Overwhelmed by a major life transition?
I work with individuals facing:
Daily & Lifelong Challenges: Anxiety, relationship difficulties, career transitions, and the challenges of aging.
Deep Emotional Suffering: Trauma, grief, addiction, and significant existential questions.
I help clients integrate difficult experiences and reclaim identity and meaning, and a deeper understanding of their own existence and place in the world.
Therapy with me is rooted in honest dialog, active listening, and evidence-based tools. I integrate Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), breathwork, reflective journaling, dream exploration, and narrative techniques.
Rather than just talking about problems, we’ll focus on actionable solutions and personal responsibility. Together, we will uncover underlying patterns, explore new choices, and equip you with practical tools to cultivate deeper self-awareness, courage, and self-compassion.
( NOTE: I have a no show, late show and late cancel policy (see "Practice Details") which includes all clients including those who have insurers who do not cover Grow Therapy for those instances. In the case of a LATE show client will be responsible for pro-rated amount not covered by their insurer. 36hr advance notice is required to cancel or reschedule.)

I hear you. You've been going through the motions, avoiding pain, sometimes barely hanging on, and trying to live a "normal," happy life. But, repeating invisible patterns or your past keeps creeping up and interrupts your hopes and goals, negatively impacts your day to day life, and creates relationship struggles. A childhood trauma might be coming up or a more recent stressful or traumatic event, or maybe something you might not describe as traumatic is inserting itself into your well being. Either way, your life isn't going the way you want it to. I can help you heal from the past and move beyond the experiences that are wreaking havoc on you, so that you can have the life and future that you want and deserve.
Reaching out to a therapist can feel scary, embarrassing, even shameful, but you're tired of not living. You are ready to move forward, beyond the pain, sadness, fear, and difficulty that has been in your life so far. It's time to reach out.

So often clients , have other ways of expression which I identify to possibly try out.
I have been described as easy to talk to, warm, non-judgemental, relatable, and direct. People seem to enjoy sharing their story with me and I consider it an honor to be part of their journey. If you are looking for someone to talk to for healing, guidance, a different perspective, support, or recovery, I have experience to do just that. I believe we all need a safe space to share our innermost feelings without being worried about anyone else. I encourage self awareness and self care as a central part of the therapeutic process.
I have a diverse background with work in various settings like juvenile corrections, criminal justice, family foster care, schools, etc. I love working with adolescents/teens and adults. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel vulnerable, and I want you to know that you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions and have experience working in community mental health, school-based services, and private practice.
I believe therapy is a space where you can show up as you are, feel heard and understood, and explore the parts of yourself and your life that you may be struggling with. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that growth begins with feeling safe enough to be honest with yourself. Together, we can work to better understand your thoughts and emotions, recognize patterns that may no longer be serving you, strengthen your relationships, and build tools to help you navigate life with greater confidence and clarity.
