Jungian therapy will look at the relationship of your “self” to your experiences and look at problems as a symptom of something deeper.
Whether it be a thought or perception, dream, belief, value or current relationship that brings you to therapy, we'll look for what messages are coming to you from within. Tapping into your own creativity, we can use myth and metaphor, poetry, dreams, literature and art to explore your relationship to the problem.
Finding a place where you can be completely honest about how you’re doing shouldn't be so difficult. I’m Elizabeth, and I help people navigate the deeper, more complex parts of their lives that often feel hard to put into words. I believe that the challenges you’re facing today are usually connected to a larger story. Whether you are dealing with the long-term effects of trauma, the weight of life changes, or a persistent feeling that something is 'off,' I’m here to help you make sense of it. My goal is to move beyond just managing symptoms so we can understand and address the root causes of your distress.
Sometimes, the most profound connections are formed when someone truly listens. I’m here to listen with care and understand what’s happening beneath the surface. My background in Clinical Psychology and nine years of experience as a therapist have allowed me to work deeply with trauma, anxiety, and depression. I also bring extensive experience with PTSD, complex family dynamics, relationship challenges, identity, and major life changes. I work with a wide range of clients and especially welcome lesbian and gay clients seeking support in these areas.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC), I bring clinical expertise and lived experience to my work, along with a deep compassion for the complexities of the human experience. My clinical experience includes working with first responders, trauma survivors, individuals transitioning home after psychiatric hospitalization, people living with complex PTSD, individuals experiencing perinatal and postpartum depression, and schizophrenia.
My approach is rooted in seeing and hearing you as a whole person, while honoring the many experiences that have shaped who you are. We explore the biological, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects of your wellness to develop self-awareness and find a path toward healing and recovery. I believe every person deserves the opportunity to move and shift from suffering to thriving.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step—especially if you’re not totally sure what to say or where to begin. My job is to make that part easier.
I’m a licensed therapist who works with people dealing with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, burnout, low motivation, and feeling stuck or overwhelmed. Some clients come in with something specific going on, while others just know something feels off and want to figure it out. Both are completely welcome here.
In our work together, we focus on what’s actually happening in your day-to-day life and how to create real, noticeable changes—not just talk in circles. I aim to keep sessions practical, collaborative, and grounded so you leave with clarity and a better sense of direction.
Clients often tell me they appreciate having a space where they can be honest without feeling judged or analyzed. You don’t need to have the “right words” or a clear plan before starting—we’ll figure that out together.
If you’re looking for therapy that feels straightforward, supportive, and focused on helping you move forward, I’d be glad to work with you.

Life is difficult. We all faces challenges that impact our emotions, goals and needs. I focus on these challenges as a stepping stone to self awareness and growth by helping my clients understand emotions as pathway to growth and change. Even the most "educated and successful" of us need to step back and take a look at our lives and see stumbling blocks as an opportunity rather than a reason to give up!

I invite you to come with me on a journey of your own choosing where we will walk together in darkness to find the light you’ve been seeking.
