Hi there! I'm Abbey.
I specialize in working with women navigating complex PTSD and attachment-related trauma, often showing up as anxiety, low self-esteem, or painful relationship patterns. I work with individuals who are insightful and self-aware, yet still feel stuck in familiar emotional or relational cycles.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and depth-oriented. I integrate EMDR, somatic approaches, and parts work to support deeper healing beyond insight alone. While insight is powerful, lasting change comes from working with the emotional and relational patterns shaped by trauma.
Over time, this work can help you feel more secure in yourself and steadier in your relationships. If you're ready to move out of anxiety and reactivity and into something that feels more stable and grounded, I'd love to work with you.

Hello,
My name is Dr. Isaiah X’avier Gonzalez, and I am honored that you have taken the time to learn more about me and my work. I am a Doctor of Social Work, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and an adjunct professor of Behavioral Health at Herzing University. My academic background includes a Bachelor’s in Psychology, a Master’s in Social Work, and a Doctorate in Social Work.
I specialize in trauma and Autism Spectrum Disorder, and I am experienced in addressing a range of mental health concerns, including grief, anxiety, ADHD, depression, and suicidal ideation. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices that are tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.
I am best suited for ages between birth and 30 years of age. I do not see clients over the age of 30, as they are a demographic outside my specialty.
I have had the privilege of working extensively with:
Children on the Autism Spectrum
The birth-to-five population
Youth in the child welfare system
Children and adolescents experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges
Young adults, ages 18-30 years old, who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and challenges in transitioning to adulthood.
Giving back to the community that shaped me has always been at the heart of my work. I take pride in building authentic, trusting relationships with my clients and value open communication. I actively invite feedback to ensure our work together is effective—if something isn’t working, it’s my responsibility to adapt and find an approach that does.
My mission is simple: to walk alongside my clients on their journey toward healing, resilience, and a better quality of life.
Life can change in an instant — an injury, a diagnosis, or loss — leaving your world unrecognizable and overwhelming yet even here, steadiness is still possible. Whether you're the one directly going through it, or love someone who is, you are thrust into a world you never expected to be in and carrying a weight you did not ask for. Moving forward is not about "getting over it." It’s about learning who you are in the midst of it and finding hope and resilience where you can, even when it feels impossible. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and offer telehealth in Colorado and Arizona. I am passionate about supporting individuals going through some of life's most challenging changes. But you do not need to have a defining life event, many of my clients are overwhelmed with how much life has changed.
Before I worked as a counselor I worked as a technical writer and software tester, and then as a caseworker in social services. I have also been a studio engineer with much work in audio and video editing and got to spend a year on the film festival circuit for a documentary I made about being an independent musician. All of those experiences I feel are helpful in working with clients from different backgrounds and perhaps in understanding that most of us want to find something meaningful in this life and often feel that we still don't know what our real calling.

The need for therapeutic counseling was great and I extended my education to earn an MA in Educational Counseling and then completed supervised therapy complete my license as a Professional Counselor.
My experience is therapy and in raising our family has taught me that individuals generally know what they need to do to make significant behavior changes. What we almost always need is accurate information and supportive relationships. Relationships does not always mean family members. The circle of support comes from counselors, teachers, neighbors and friends. I try to be a part of the positive support system for all of my clients.
A bit about my life in Arizona: Raising our children in a rural community has been one of the best decisions we have made as parents. All of our children were involved in 4H and sports. They have gone on to raise amazing children and we are proud of their accomplishments.
My husband and I are enjoying our retirement and I work hard to manage my counseling practice so that we have time for coffee on the back porch and travel to visit our family.
I believe that each one of us has the answers to our problems inside of us. However, sometimes we need someone on our journey to help us unlock those answers by asking the right questions---things you may not have considered, presenting proven strategies, and psychoeducation. Although, you will make strides with the energy and effort you give, the number one predictor that one will improve is the quality of the therapeutic relationship. I hope to provide a place of warmth, compassion, and acceptance in which you feel empowered and free to approach any concerns. I am here to help you along on your journey.

Hi there! My name is Holly. I'm a licensed clinical social worker and therapist in Arizona. I have over 6 years of experience as a therapist, and a decade of experience in the field of social services. I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, burnout, depression, relationship stress, and major life transitions. My goal is to provide a supportive, thoughtful space where you can slow down, gain clarity, and begin making changes that help you feel more secure in yourself and your relationships.
As your therapist, I'll help you to better understand yourself and the patterns behind your experiences. We’ll explore what triggers rumination, conflict cycles, or emotional shutdown while building practical tools for boundaries, communication, and emotional regulation. My approach blends reflection and insight with strategies that help you create meaningful change in everyday life.
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in California and Arizona. After more than 30 years as an educator, minister, counselor, and consultant; I realized that the one thing I am most passionate about is working one-on-one with others – watching them discover clarity, restoration, hope, and passion. Psychotherapy is the single endeavor where I get to bring all that I am to all that I do.
Hi, my name is Mark. Thank you for considering me as your therapist. It would be my pleasure to get to work with you! I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist; that means that not only do I work with individuals who experience all kinds of mental health challenges, but I also specialize in systemic, or relational therapy - working with couples, families & groups. I am a Presidential Member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. If you want your faith included in your therapy, please let me know; your sessions will be as "spiritual" as you'd like, and no more.
I have been providing therapy and counseling since 2016, and most recently worked as the therapy manager for a clinic that has four locations. Though I have worked with all populations (youngest 5 years old and oldest 94), young kids have trouble sitting still in front of a camera. Children under the age of 15 would be better served in an office setting, in my opinion.
I have been with my amazing wife for over 35 years now, and have two wonderful adult children. I enjoy sports, music and all kinds of "outdoorzie" stuff. I most of all just enjoy time with my family.
Most of my clients profess to sincerely enjoy working with me; I tend to connect with my clients on a deeper level, and in a more meaningful way, than some other therapists. Many say that they or their children work better with me than any other therapist, counselor or doctor they've experienced. I am humbled and immensely grateful for their kind words.
I offer my clients a soft place to fall in their hurts and struggles while providing them a firm place to stand in their healing and growth. Always, in a judgment-free way.
I am a licensed professional counselor with a master’s degree in counseling from Ottawa University. I specialize in treating issues related to trauma and abuse, substance abuse, depression and anxiety. My goal is for you to leave each therapy session with hope and feeling empowered. I want you to know that feeling better is possible for you and change can last.
Hi, I’m Ezra a licensed therapist with availability for telehealth appointments.
I’ve worked with adults and teenagers for years: dealing with trauma, managing crises, finding hope in depression, and supporting people whose nervous systems feel stuck in overdrive.
My goal is straightforward: help lower the volume on that intense emotional pain so you can find peace of mind and function better.
