Hi, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and have worked for over 10 years with people who suffer from diverse, life-challenging mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, anger management, low self-esteem, suicidal ideation, sexual or physical abuse, social phobia, drug/alcohol abuse, parenting, relationship issues, etc.
I take each client’s situation seriously and do my best to make productive and positive progress with my clients in order to reach our counseling goals.
I believe that each one of us is not only the most important existence in this world, but also is the world itself. We will work together as a team and we can make our world better together.
Hi—Hola. I’m Andrea, and I’m truly glad you’re here.
For over nine years, I have walked alongside people as they navigate anxiety, childhood and adult trauma, depression, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions. Because I have my own lived experience with trauma, I deeply understand how it can stay in the body and nervous system—often showing up as overthinking, people-pleasing, perfectionism, or that heavy, persistent feeling of never being quite “enough.”
My therapeutic style is warm, trauma-informed, and bilingual (English/Spanish). My clinical expertise is focused on supporting clients through depression and anxiety, healing childhood trauma, repairing attachment wounds, and helping you gently reconnect with your body as a vital part of your healing. My hope is to offer you a steady, supportive space where you can set down what feels heavy. Together, we will work at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you, building tools that truly help—like setting loving boundaries, nurturing a kinder inner voice, and creating healthier, more fulfilling relationship patterns.

If what you are going through right now is on that list, I encourage you to seek out a provider whose specialties speak directly to your needs. Hi, I’m Abel. I specialize in working with adults with ADHD, both men and women, as well as men navigating the pressures of work, relationships, family, and identity. I also work with couples, particularly when ADHD has become part of the conflict or disconnection in their relationship.
I know firsthand how ADHD can shape your life. It affects more than focus and productivity. It can also impact emotions, confidence, and relationships. I was diagnosed in my 30s, and it helped me make sense of years of struggles with organization, responsibilities, and executive functioning. What surprised me most was how profoundly ADHD can affect relationships, especially marriage. That’s why I believe ADHD therapy has to go beyond productivity and address emotional regulation, self-worth, follow-through, and connection.
As a husband of 13 years, a father, and a family man, I understand the quiet pressures many men carry. Men are often expected to be competent, steady, and dependable without always having a place to talk honestly about what happens when that becomes difficult. That perspective shapes the way I work with men: with honesty, compassion, practical tools, and real conversations without judgment.
My own marriage has also taught me how much relationships require vulnerability, accountability, and teamwork, especially when navigating ADHD. That experience helps shape my work with couples as they move beyond blame and toward greater understanding, reliability, and connection.
I’ve also wrestled with body image and self-worth after years of being overweight. Making meaningful changes taught me that taking care of yourself isn’t passive. It often means doing difficult things consistently because you’ve decided your well-being matters. Learning to show up for myself changed not only my health, but the way I saw and valued myself. That experience shapes how I help clients build a healthier, more grounded relationship with themselves.
I have over 16 years of experience working in the mental health, behavioral health, and substance abuse fields. I have a Doctorate in Professional Counseling with a concentration on trauma, grief, and loss. I also hold a Master of Arts degree in counseling and a Master of Arts degree with a Theology concentration. I have licenses for LPC (licensed professional counselor) and LCDC (licensed chemical dependency counselor); certifications include Spiritual Direction, and Certified Anger Management Specialist, II (CAMS II).
I work with adolescents, the adult and geriatric community; my specialty in counseling consists of anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, Spirituality; bereavement; grief and loss, isolation, loneliness; career counseling, alcohol/drug abuse, mood disorders, personality disorders, and neurodevelopmental disorders; anger management; motivational interviewing; low self-esteem, self-confidence, assertiveness; life changes; financial/budgeting; effective communication skills; coping skills, decision-making, problem-solving, individual and group counseling. I also provide counseling/education in HIV/AIDS, STD/STI, and physical/medical-related issues.

I take pride in offering services that help clients from a strength perspective. I create a safe space in which clients are able to express themselves without judgment. The focus is not diagnoses for the purpose of billing, but to help the client discover a higher sense of self awareness and to formulate a plan that enables them to tap into their true potential, embarking on a journey to live life to the fullest.
I love working with individuals with a diverse background. While I address a host of concerns as it pertains to mental health, my specialties include mood disorders, anxiety, relational issues, life transitions, and high conflict parenting. Also, I am LGBT friendly.

Hi, I'm Sylvia.
Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, depressed? Feeling like you are not good enough? You are not alone, and you don’t have to face it alone. Whether you are dealing with a specific issue or just feeling like something isn’t right, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to your authentic self. I will provide a safe, non-judgmental, supportive space where you can begin to understand your experiences, heal from past wounds, and create meaningful change.
Part of what led me to become a therapist was my own experience of how difficult it can be to find meaningful, accessible support when you need it. Navigating my own mental health journey helped me recognize the importance of having someone who truly listens, understands, and shows up consistently. I became a therapist because I wanted to be that person for others, to help ensure people don’t feel alone or unsupported when they’re seeking help. Throughout my life, a wide range of personal and professional experiences have shaped who I am today and strengthened my ability to genuinely connect with others.
I worked in a community mental health agency, where I gained extensive experience across multiple areas of mental health. Although the work was demanding, I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve individuals in various capacities and settings. That experience helped shape my clinical foundation and reinforced my commitment to this field. Along the way, I have learned to embrace my own neurodivergence and mental health experiences and use them as sources of insight, self-awareness, and strength.
I am a mother of three children, and my experiences as a parent have deeply shaped my understanding of resilience, advocacy, and emotional complexity. My oldest child is also neurodivergent and lives with complex congenital heart disease, which has required multiple heart surgeries. These experiences, along with navigating remarriage and a second journey through IVF, have given me a profound appreciation for uncertainty, grief, hope, and perseverance. They have also strengthened my capacity to sit with others through difficult, vulnerable, and emotionally layered experiences. I share this to give you a sense of who I am and how I approach therapy, and to reflect the values of presence, compassion, and authenticity that guide my work with clients.
Greetings, I’m Taylor.
Are you ready to make a change? To shift your current dynamic into something more aspiring? Are you being held back by trauma or shame? Have you struggled to keep up with self-care or show self-love?
I help women of all ages who struggle with depression, anxiety, ADHD, or other mental disorders to feel empowered again. Maybe you feel stuck in your current phase of life and need a nudge to help you move forward through coaching. Or maybe you are exhausted with life’s misfortunes and need to let go of the past. I am here as a form of guidance to walk beside you in figuring out those next steps.
I do a mixture of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. I also do coaching sessions upon request. Let’s work together to find out the best plan of action for you and I hope to see you in session soon.

Welcome! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-S) based in Texas. I am originally from San Antonio, Texas, and received my bachelor’s degree in Social Work at the University of Texas at Austin. During my undergraduate work I had the opportunity to study abroad in Accra, Ghana. After my ungraduate studies, I stayed in Austin for a while to continue working overnight at a shelter for survivors of sexual and domestic violence for women, children, and transgendered women while answering a 24/7 National Suicide Prevention Hotline.
I went on to attain my master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from the Graduate College of Social Work at the University of Houston. I spent two additional years in clinical supervision working in hospitals, crisis mobile mental health, and facilitating groups to attain my independent clinical license. Thereafter, I spent time in clinical practice to build expertise to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor providing individual, family, and group therapy. Most recently I have broadened my scope of practice to include my Chemical Dependency Counseling license and Certification in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. In my free time, I enjoy singing, spending time with family and friends, cooking, film, and television.
I help adults struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship distress, and work related stress become the best versions of themselves.
Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Texas. I completed my undergraduate degree in social work at the University of North Texas and went on to earn my master’s degree in social work at Texas Christian University. I am dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward healing, growth, and overall well-being.
As an imperfect person myself, I am deeply committed to serving other imperfect people by creating a compassionate space for healing, understanding, and empowerment. My approach is rooted in authenticity and a genuine desire to help individuals navigate their unique journeys toward emotional well-being and personal growth.
Hi, I'm Jonni Allen, from Houston, Texas, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and an Advanced Mediator. I received my masters degree from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC and my law degree from Washburn University in Topeka, KS. I started Pink Rose Therapy to help women reach their full potential. Through empowerment, support, and emotional development I have seen women achieve greater success in their career, higher reports of satisfaction and enjoyment from their interpersonal relationships and a genuine calm and peacefulness when enjoying their down time, allowing more time to spend on hobbies, side hustles, or causes with greater vigor and passion.
I approach individual therapy as a partnership, where you and I both work on your treatment plan goals and checking in with how effective our work together is going. Each person is unique and has specific needs. Typically, I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques to challenge your current assumptions about your situation.
I specialize in people experiencing anxiety, adjustment concerns around life transitions, and personality disorders. I am trauma informed and can help you realize how past traumas are impacting your mental health today, and strategies to cope better and calm the mind and body.
I am a single mom to three children one adult, and two elementary age.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC). My general approach to therapy is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy. Additionally, I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. My practice has been focused on helping clients deal with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, the LGBTQ+ community, and PTSD. I also have an extensive background in substance use disorder. I work primarily with adults over the age of 18, and selected teens.
Change can be scary, but it doesn't have to be. We all face situations throughout life that can make us feel overwhelmed and in need of support, encouragement, strategic planning or goal setting. You are not alone. I provide a safe, warm and friendly environment for growth and healing. You may need support in family life transitions, a parent-child relationship, peers groups, marriage, divorce, social issues, academic challenges or behavioral issues. While we are working together, I take a collaborative approach to help you to achieve your goals and overcome the challenges you're facing in life. I am here to support and empower you on your personal journey. Recognizing when issues in life have become too much to handle alone and seeking assistance is a great first step on your healing journey. It takes a lot of courage to reach out to someone, so I applaud you on taking that first huge step.
