I have been passionate about mental health from a young age! I started working toward my career at Texas A&M University where I graduated with my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2013. I went on to pursue my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Sam Houston State University and graduated in 2015. I have experience working with all ages as a grief counselor, career counselor, children's counselor, school counselor, and a general counselor for individuals and couples. Additionally, I have a background in education as a former teacher and school counselor.
I work with clients who want to improve the way they experience life. The desire for better relationships with themselves and with others, and to gain a sense of purpose and meaning. I’ve always been interested in what drives people and believe that we can usually discover what is best for ourselves if we slow down, take the time to think things through, talk about it with a person we trust, and express the feelings we have in healthy ways—even the negative ones we may try to avoid. I use a number of therapeutic modalities in my practice, which connect thoughts to feelings and feelings to thoughts, enabling my clients to change and grow in the positive direction that they might envision for themselves. I work with clients who have struggled with addiction, anger, anxiety, depression, relationship separation, internal conflict and conflict with others, grief and loss, and other transitions and adjustment issues. I have completed Gottman trainings, as well as Emotion-Focused Therapy, which offers a structured approach and an emotional map for couples or individuals to learn how successful couples make their relationships last and how to handle conflict in a way that prevents damage to the relationship and helps them feel better connected to their partner. I am also trained in EMDR, a therapy designed to help a person unlock their nervous system to recover from trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, and other problems that can take hold.
I help high-functioning adults and professionals who feel emotionally exhausted, stuck in survival mode, or disconnected from themselves despite appearing “fine” on the outside. My approach is direct, grounded, and compassionate, helping clients better understand their nervous system, process unresolved experiences, and build emotional resilience without judgment. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, stress, self-worth, and helping clients reconnect with a more confident and balanced version of themselves.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) who works with adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, grief, identity exploration, and relationship challenges. I take a direct, client-centered approach, helping you understand patterns, build awareness, and move toward meaningful change. I work especially well with people who feel stuck despite being thoughtful and self-aware, and who are ready to engage in a focused, collaborative process.
You are capable, dependable, and often the person others rely on. But constant stress, worry, and responsibilities can leave you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally exhausted.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, chronic stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, work-life imbalance, and difficulty setting boundaries. I also specialize in supporting professionals, caregivers, leaders, and high-achieving adults experiencing burnout and high-functioning anxiety.
My approach is supportive, practical, and solution-focused, helping you gain clarity, develop healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful change.
With over 14 years of clinical experience across healthcare systems, private practice, and community settings, I understand how prolonged pressure and responsibility can quietly impact emotional well-being. My approach is warm, supportive, and grounded in helping clients slow down, reconnect with themselves, strengthen healthy boundaries, and build a more sustainable and balanced way of living — not just surviving.
Hi, I’m Abel. I specialize in working with adults with ADHD, both men and women, as well as men navigating the pressures of work, relationships, family, and identity. I also work with couples, particularly when ADHD has become part of the conflict or disconnection in their relationship.
I know firsthand how ADHD can shape your life. It affects more than focus and productivity. It can also impact emotions, confidence, and relationships. I was diagnosed in my 30s, and it helped me make sense of years of struggles with organization, responsibilities, and executive functioning. What surprised me most was how profoundly ADHD can affect relationships, especially marriage. That’s why I believe ADHD therapy has to go beyond productivity and address emotional regulation, self-worth, follow-through, and connection.
As a husband of 13 years, a father, and a family man, I understand the quiet pressures many men carry. Men are often expected to be competent, steady, and dependable without always having a place to talk honestly about what happens when that becomes difficult. That perspective shapes the way I work with men: with honesty, compassion, practical tools, and real conversations without judgment.
My own marriage has also taught me how much relationships require vulnerability, accountability, and teamwork, especially when navigating ADHD. That experience helps shape my work with couples as they move beyond blame and toward greater understanding, reliability, and connection.
I’ve also wrestled with body image and self-worth after years of being overweight. Making meaningful changes taught me that taking care of yourself isn’t passive. It often means doing difficult things consistently because you’ve decided your well-being matters. Learning to show up for myself changed not only my health, but the way I saw and valued myself. That experience shapes how I help clients build a healthier, more grounded relationship with themselves.
Trauma can leave you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, and stuck. If you’re struggling with the lingering effects of traumatic experiences, you’re not alone -- and there is hope. I specialize in treating trauma in a safe, effective, manner that gets to the roots of the trauma and removes them. Whether you are dealing with recent trauma or longstanding issues, I am here to help you on your path to recovery. You deserve to live a life free from the pain and heartache of your past. You don’t have to face this alone. If you're ready to take the first step towards recovery and reclaiming your life, please reach out to schedule an appointment. I look forward to working with you.
I utilize a person-centered, trauma-informed, mindfulness-based approach when working with clients on becoming their better selves. I always show up as my authentic self and I want you to feel safe and comfortable to do the same. My time with you is dedicated to processing thoughts, exploring emotions, identifying patterns, and learning coping skills to manage the problems in your life.

Hi, I'm Esther.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Daring Way Trained Facilitator. I've been providing counseling to individuals for almost 6 years. Prior to that, I worked in the education sector for almost 10 years, which deeply sparked my interest in pursuing mental health work.
To me, counseling sessions are like writing a story. It is a process that involves brainstorming, creating drafts, and making revisions until your story feels whole and complete. Imagine you are the writer. You have all the pieces of your story within you already. Think of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors as those pieces. Sometimes, they don’t make any sense, it’s overwhelming, and you don’t know where to begin. I view my role as someone who is with you to guide you through the process and help organize those very thoughts, feelings, and behaviors with you. During our time together, it is my hope that you develop the skills to ultimately write your story on your own.
Your story may include experiencing cycles of depression, anxiety, grief, past trauma, struggles of worthiness and belonging, the complexities of being a part of an immigrant family, generational trauma, a combination of these things, or perhaps something entirely different. Everyone's mental health journey is different. I’m here to meet you where you are.
I also want to acknowledge how scary it can be when taking a leap of faith into a new therapeutic journey. It takes a lot of courage. More than anything, it’s important to me that you feel safe and the stories you share are handled with utmost care.

If your child is being bullied, I might be able to help him to acquire the skills necessary to hold his own in life. Finally, if you or a family member is being stalked or threatened by someone, I may be able to professionally assess the danger.

I have always had the conscious goal of supporting others with being able to overcome their hardships and internal challenges that prevents them from being successful. I am a firm believer that in life we have all experienced some type of challenge that will impact our thoughts and emotions. For some people the challenge is more difficult than others and they will experience greater hardship and internal challenges that will send them on a spiral to the unknown. Being a therapist has always been a desire of mine to support others with understanding their thoughts, feelings, beliefs and behaviors associated with how they feel.
I specialize in brief collaborative therapy where we look at current issues, how you cope, how you learned the coping skills and alternatives solutions. We will look at your self-care including spirituality and how to improve your self care if needed. Weekly assignment tasks related to your short term goals will be agreed upon. We will work together to learn and understand where you are now and how the past has impacted you. Engaging in therapy can be anxiety provoking, exciting and freeing. If you are willing to work on our mutually agreed upon assignment between our counseling sessions, you will find we make progress.
I worked in criminal justice prior to being licensed in Michigan where I grew up and studied. Upon moving to Chicagoland, I worked 10 years with a crisis response team and an employee assistance program. This is where I learned to develop skills to drill down into client issues and work with the client to reduce discomfort and improve coping skills. Our counseling sessions did not last beyond 6-8 meetings. I moved to Texas in 2003 and since then have continued to work on crisis teams and with military members/spouses on installations. My practice has been focused on supporting couples communications; life transitions including grief/loss, career transitions, parenting skills and integrating/applying client's spiritual practice into every day life.
Clients describe me as safe to talk with about difficult topics; active and contributing to the dialog; creative in opening up behavioral and cognitive options.

In sessions, you can expect a collaborative approach including preference assessments to target presenting concerns. My schedule is very flexible so let's pick a day and time that works best for you! I look forward to hearing from you!
Hi, I'm Sarah!
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas with 17 years of experience in the mental health field and two years of providing Telehealth therapy full time. I currently work with female adults and male/female children and adolescents. If my schedule appears full, please reach out, as I may have additional availability.
As a wife and mom, I understand the challenges of balancing personal, family, and professional responsibilities. Taking the first step toward counseling can feel overwhelming, but it is often one of the most meaningful investments you can make in yourself or your child.
Clients describe me as compassionate, approachable, and easy to talk to. I tailor treatment to each client's unique needs using evidence-based approaches. I have experience helping clients navigate anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, grief and loss, self-esteem, motivation, and life transitions.
I am also a TBRI® Practitioner and Certified Unified Protocol Clinician, with specialized training in trauma-informed care and emotional regulation. As a foster/adoptive parent, I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to my work with children and families impacted by trauma, foster care, and adoption.
If faith is important to you, I welcome incorporating your beliefs and values into our work together. My goal is to help you build on your strengths, develop practical tools for change, and move toward healing, growth, and a more fulfilling life.
