Hello, my name is Bryan Llorente, I am a licensed clinical social worker and have experience working in several clinical and therapeutic settings. I started my career at Advent Health Hospice Care, one of the largest non-profit hospital systems in the country. Through this position I gained experience in providing therapeutic counseling services to individuals and families who are going through major transitional period in their lives (receiving a terminal illness, death of loved one, living adjustments etc.) As a result I am well experienced in dealing with depression, anxiety, situational stress, loss of a loved one, grief, and am understanding of how medical issues can affect a person’s mental health. I have also worked for Orlando Health at the Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies covering the ED/Triage, antepartum and postpartum units of the hospital. This position gave me experience with providing crisis interventions and psychotherapeutic counseling to patient's who have a history of severe mental health issues, or who are actively experiencing medical emergencies, traumatic events, domestic violence, manic/depressive episodes, psychotic episodes, and suicidal ideations. In addition, I provided education on post partum depression and child care. In 2021 I began teaching classes as an Adjunct Professor for the University of Central Florida's College of Health Professions and Sciences. I have also worked for the National Suicide Prevention Line where I learned how to deal with a variety of mental health and emotional crisis situations over the phone. I feel well equipped to help my clients deal with a variety of issues, whether in person, or online. I take an objective and collaborative approach to understanding problems, and work with clients to create strategies to address problems head on so that clients learn the skills necessary to achieve their goals.

Hi there! Welcome. My name is Dr. Richards and I have over 16 years of expert training and experience in the field of Education, Counseling & Psychology. I thoroughly enjoy providing mental health services to individuals and their families in need of treatment. Even when you’re feeling hopeless, stressed, or overwhelmed, those moments don’t last forever—they’re part of a season, not your whole story. With the right support, you can move through them. My goal is to help you gain clarity and direction so you can reach your full potential and reconnect with your purpose. Regardless of your past fears, setbacks, or self-doubt, change is always possible. I use Cognitive-Behavioral, DBT-informed, and interpersonal treatment approaches to tailor each session to your individual needs. I also administer screening tools as needed, to help better identify symptoms related to depression and anxiety. Together, we’ll build coping strategies that work for you, incorporating techniques such as poetry, music, art, movement, and writing according to your interest and needs. I’ll support you in identifying and working through negative, self-defeating thoughts and patterns that may be holding you back. In a safe, nonjudgmental space, we’ll work through challenges, strengthen self-compassion, and help you move forward with greater confidence and intention. For couples struggling, I help to identify root issues that negatively impact your relationship and incorporate evidenced-based resources to start the process of change in a practical healthy way.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in working with individuals experiencing chronic stress, anxiety, trauma, and psychosomatic symptoms. My work focuses on helping clients understand the connection between their emotional experiences and physical symptoms, particularly when distress shows up in the body as pain, tension, fatigue without clear medical explanations. I take an integrative approach to therapy, combing several modalities to support clients in identifying patterns of overthinking, emotional reactivity, and relational dynamics that may be rooted in earlier experiences. I support clients in helping them build practical skills for regulation and coping. A central part of my work involves nervous system regulation and helping clients feel safer and more connected within their bodies. I believe that meaningful change happens within a safe and collaborative therapeutic relationship. My approach is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and respect for each client’s pace. Hello there, I’m Lus. Do you miss feeling like yourself? Does it feel like you are going around in circles with the same problems yet can’t seem to find a permanent solution? I guide adults from a person-centered approach to find solutions to their problems when experiencing difficulty managing emotions such as those that come with depression and anxiety. I can help you work through major life transitions (newly married, becoming a parent, empty nester, starting school, grief, becoming ill, divorce, etc.) getting to the root of the problem and developing cognitive behavioral techniques that will get you back to stability. Obtaining therapy services can be intimidating but I can guarantee you that you are making the right decision. I possess bilingual abilities (Spanish), if it's your preference. You deserve your own space to heal and evolve. During our sessions, you will have a safe space where I will meet you with empathy and evidence-based practice. Let me help you.

I’m a therapist within the field of Mental Health with over 12 years of experience. I have experience in helping clients with anxiety, stress management, adhd, depression/mood disorders, and simply navigating through life. My preferred therapy approach is providing a safe and warm-welcoming environment. It is important for clients to be challenged as many of us are resistant to change. I utilize an eclectic approach with clients based on their needs.
