Many of the individuals I work with feel overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or unsure how to move forward despite wanting meaningful change.

I meet the client in their environment and empower them to help themselves. A holistic approach to therapy is used, pulling from several different therapeutic beliefs. Every client is different and unique, and therefore the approach to healing follows this same path. We'll discuss your goals up front to know which to direction to work towards, and help you discover new things about your healing and coping along the way.
Every person's struggle matters. Therapy is not about gauging whether someone is weak or strong, but building on their already existing strengths to help them find healthy ways to help themselves. Therapy is about discovery. Regardless of your reason for reaching out, I'll help you find the right track. You already have the tools to help yourself, let's work together to find out what they are. I look forward to speaking with you.

Healing begins when you have a safe place to explore your experiences, better understand yourself, and discover new ways forward. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, caregiver stress, low self-esteem, and major life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or struggling to balance the needs of others with their own wellbeing.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and strengths-based approaches to help clients develop practical coping skills while also exploring the deeper patterns that may be keeping them stuck. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel both supported and challenged as you work toward your goals.

Together, we can work toward helping you feel more empowered, resilient, and capable of navigating life's challenges with greater clarity and self-trust.

I'm Kemi, a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes real change starts with feeling truly heard. Since middle school, I've been the person others turn to for encouragement, so becoming a therapist felt less like a career change and more like coming home to it. I bring warmth, honesty, and a steady presence into every session, paired with clinical training in CBT, Internal Family Systems, and culturally responsive care. My goal isn't to hand you a script — it's to help you see your own strength clearly enough to use it.
I'm Javier Omar Meléndez-Vega. I'm a Borikua therapist, and I work by telehealth in Texas and California.
I help adults who are carrying existential dread, anxiety, and grief, often the living legacy of intergenerational trauma, feel steadier, less overwhelmed, and more like themselves again.
In our sessions, we work with breath, movement, and the senses, and with the land around you where you are, even over video. When it fits, I will invite you to step outside, notice what is alive around you, or bring a plant, a stone, or a view from a window into our work together.
Hello, I'm Adrienne Capeless (she/they) a licensed clinical social worker specializing in grief, loss and bereavement. I have over ten years of experience working in the mental health field. I help women and LGBTQ+ folks feel more connected, grounded, and empowered in their processing through a combination of talk therapy and body-based practices. Whether you're navigating a painful loss, or adjusting to a new normal, I offer a compassionate and intuitive space for insight and regulation.
I am passionate about doing something that matters in the world with the skills I have and I choose to focus that passion on the relationships I have with my clients. I want to understand my client's perspective, life, and motivation and even help them discover those things for themselves. I do this through conversations that help us build trust and explore thoughts, emotions, and beliefs. I also focus on tangible solutions when possible, as well as emotional management and skill building. In the simplest terms, I want to be someone who can listen without judgement and care without expectation.

Hello Friend and welcome to my practice, Pragmatic Solutions Therapy, PLLC!
I am an experienced psychotherapist with over 20 years. I've worked in private practice and in the clinical hospital setting and now own my a thriving practice. I have passion, dedication and ethical standards to which I uphold in every session with every client. My basic mantra in life is simple: Drop the baggage and take the value. Step out of that box and if you can't change the problem, then change the way you see it using a different perspective.
Everyone at one point or another in life experiences a host of unbearable stressors which may leave one feeling stressed or 'out of sorts'. We may even describe that feeling as 'lost in a web of frustration', which feels like anxiousness, fatigue, and perhaps sadness; as if our unique threshold has been completely depleted.
Feeling anxious is normal. Feeling stressed is actually a sense of determination to gain back control, though if comes with temporary tiredness. Anxiousness is innate in all of us. What's not healthy is when stressors cross the threshold of your wellbeing and you stay stuck there, feeling uncomfortable, which interrupts our daily habits/responsibilities to 'fix things' and you are left in solitude.
I’ll help you navigate the web of confusion to find empowerment.
Respectfully, Monica Pina

You're likely here because you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed by the chaos of daily life, or carrying the heavy weight of past experiences. Therapy isn’t a one-size-fits-all process. I am a passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who believes in building a strong, collaborative relationship with my clients. Having worked in a variety of high-intensity environments—including residential substance abuse programs, forensic settings, and with at-risk youth, first responders, and veterans—I bring a unique and adaptable perspective to our sessions.
I specialize in trauma therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices like EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy). These aren't just about talking in circles; they are proven methods to help your brain actually process stuck memories and reframe the heavy narratives holding you back. My ideal clients are those who are ready to roll up their sleeves and do the work. Hello,
I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over twenty years of experience and licensed in Michigan and Texas. I've worked with a variety of clients in many different settings. While I have worked in many areas of mental health, my current emphasis is working with adults, seniors (+65) and college students. My focus is working with those experiencing Trauma/PTSD, ADHD, anxiety, depression and career and life transitions.
I am honored to be able to assist others with challenges throughout life and I have been counseling clients for 22 years. I have worked with trauma, and criminal justice issues as well as parenting challenges. I am experienced in LGBTQ+ struggles, Parenting Coordination, Play Therapy, Parenting Skills, and I am a Divorce Mediator and worked for Children's Protective Services.
I am trauma focused and I believe trauma colors our behaviors and our future self. I use Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy to explore past trauma that is affecting your life. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to change those thinking errors that are interfering with your judgment and behaviors.
My clients will be served by me on a weekly basis through the convenience of telehealth. Together we will identify goals and objectives to meet so you can begin to improve your symptoms, your mental health, and your life. For Post Traumatic Stress Disorder I will work with you for 12 sessions with Cognitive Processing Theory . Most clients see progress in the first 4-5 sessions.
As a licensed marriage and family therapist I have particular experience and training in understanding individuals in the context of their relationships, families, and social identities. Sometimes our distress isn't just about what we're doing or not doing. Oftentimes, it's about how we move through the world in our social identities and how the world perceives and interacts with us so I want you to be able to talk about that in therapy. It's important to me that I bring my authentic self and hold space for my clients to show up as their authentic selves. The therapeutic relationship, trust, and honesty are at the heart of what I do.
Howdy! I am honored to be a part of your journey of healing and helping you become the best version of yourself. I have a passion for building deeply rooted connections with all of my clients. My experience as a special education teacher, school administrator, high school counselor, and special education counselor for 30 years has provided me the knowledge and skills to work with your child, adolescent, and even adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, addiction, or PTSD. Understanding how these challenges ultimately affect behaviors in the classroom, at home, and in the workplace environments, help fuel my passion to connect, learn and problem solve with my clients and their families on an interpersonal level in an effort to build hope and resilience. I received my education and training in understanding behavioral, emotional, learning and psychological disorders, as well as professional school counseling and mental health counseling from Texas A & M University in College Station, Texas.
I am a skilled and empathetic counselor with over 18 years of experience. I work with a wide variety of clients from the very young to the very experienced. My clients are people who have been struggling, often through many failed attempts, to get their life back on the path they want. I help my clients find their own, unique way to overcome the challenges they are facing be it depression, anxiety, relationship issues, or unexpected changes in life circumstances. I help my clients find their footing and forge their own path towards the future they choose.
My passion is to help individuals live their best lives. Drawing from my own experiences of overcoming unexpected and life-altering challenges, I recognize that such times can feel incredibly daunting. However, through awareness, courage, and the right skills, we can collaborate to navigate those seemingly hopeless situations.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor; I earned my Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Dallas Baptist University. ✨ Hi, I’m Varissa Owens, MA, MS, LPC-S, NCC. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes therapy should be a space where you can be honest, heard, and accepted without judgment. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling as well as a Master’s degree in Human Services, and I have provided counseling services to individuals, couples, and families.
My work focuses on helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship concerns, life transitions, self-esteem, attachment patterns, and emotional challenges that can make it difficult to feel like yourself. I especially enjoy helping clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and behaviors so they can create meaningful and lasting change.
I recognize that reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable. My goal is to create a supportive environment where you can show up as you are and work at a pace that feels comfortable while still making meaningful progress.
Hola! My name is Camilo Avila, I'm a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Texas with over 7 years of experience. I received my Masters from Texas A&M University - San Antonio. We all love a good underdog story! Why though? Because we are relating to those low points in our lives where we were the "underdog" and to see them overcoming their struggles and challenges gives us hope and inspiration! I love working with people who are ready to make a positive change in their lives! There's nothing more exciting than personal transformation through determined, positive change! See you soon!
Hola! Reserva tu consulta gratis conmigo hoy, platicamos pronto, cuidate!
Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas. I received a Master's in Social Work in 2017 from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas. I have been practicing social work for 7 years and have been a therapist for over 5 years. I help adults, individuals and adolescents cope with life's stressors and current challenges. I guide them in learning how to navigate the world by learning coping skills to face their challenges. I assist them in learning that self-care and self-healing honors who they are now, and aids them in taking back their power.
