Jennifer Wells

Hi I'm Jennifer. I work with a wide range of therapy clients. In all my therapy I find that many times unresolved feelings and negative thought patterns come into play. Often the way we learn to communicate and our feelings about ourselves impact our relationships with others. My background is in trauma and attachment. Helping people understand how their unresolved feelings related to trauma affects their current relationships and life is where most of the work is. I work with you to identify what keeps you stuck and how to shift to improve communication, mood, relationships, and have a more positive outlook. I also work with you to identify and work toward your goals, whatever they may be. I work with a solution focused, cognitive behavioral style. I have been trained in TFCBT. I have many years experience and work to find what will work best with you. Change is hard and identifying what is impacting your life and holding you back is where we work together to move forward.
