Hi, I’m Sandy Crisp. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and I help adults and teens who are facing challenges like complex trauma, PTSD, addiction and recovery, chronic health issues, anxiety, depression, and feeling stuck or overwhelmed. Before I became a trauma therapist, I went through my own journey that included multiple surgeries and years of rehabilitation. That experience gave me a deep understanding of what it’s like to live with invisible pain -- physical and emotional -- and how hard it can be to feel seen and supported while you're trying to hold everything together. It changed how I listen, how I connect, and how I support people in their healing. In addition to being an LPC, I’m a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), and Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist. I specialize in: • Complex trauma and PTSD • Addiction, substance use, and recovery support • Chronic pain and chronic illness • Anxiety, panic, and mood disorders • Grief, loss, and adjustment to life changes • Co-occurring disorders • Disability Affirming Care • Limb Loss Support • Navigating identity, self-worth, and personal growth My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. I blend clinical tools with a human touch because healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Whether you're navigating something recent or something that's been with you a long time, we’ll work together to help you feel safer in your body, clearer in your mind, and more connected to yourself.

Hi, I’m Tiana, a LCSW passionate about helping people reconnect with their most authentic selves. My practice is built for individuals who are ready to move past simply "surviving" day-to-day and instead intentionally step into a life that truly aligns with who they want to be. My clinical philosophy centers on a vital pivot: I prioritize protecting your long-term energy and sustainable well-being over just maintaining a comfortable, temporary peace. I specialize in navigating complex life transitions, deep identity development, and processing the disconnect that happens when the professional or public personas we create to survive begin to overshadow who we actually are. In our work together, you will find an open-minded, grounded, and deeply collaborative space where you are safely challenged to step out of old roles and fully embody your true self.

I support adults who are looking to build on their strengths, develop new resources, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives. My approach is collaborative, goal-oriented, and person-centered, which means we work together to identify what matters most to you and create a plan that aligns with your goals and values. Life can bring challenges that feel overwhelming, especially when emotions become difficult to manage or relationships feel strained. In therapy, I provide a supportive space where you can better understand your experiences, strengthen your sense of self, and develop healthier ways of coping and connecting with others. I believe that each client is the expert on their own life, and my role is to help guide, support, and empower you throughout the process. I am continually learning and expanding my clinical skills so I can bring effective, evidence-based approaches into our work together. My therapeutic style incorporates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and EMDR to help clients build practical skills, gain insight, and move toward positive change. Outside of the therapy office, I enjoy teaching dance, working out, and baking treats to share with friends and family. These activities help me stay connected, balanced, and energized, and I bring that same enthusiasm and commitment into my work with clients.

I am an optimist that has worked in the mental health and substance use space since 2007 as both a clinician and music therapist. Most battles are won and lost before they are ever fought because our thoughts drive our feelings and affect our behaviors. The challenge becomes mastering our thought process. Figuring out "who" we are is more useful than "why" we are so important in our journey to overcoming challenges, being resilient and becoming who we want to be. I thoroughly enjoy exploring and cultivating holistic coping strategies and firmly believe everything is better with music and chocolate.

Hi! My name is Vyvian Nguyen, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in New Mexico and Texas. My work is grounded in trauma‑informed, culturally responsive care, shaped by years of supporting people across the lifespan as they navigate what life has been brewing. Serving in the U.S. Navy as a Master‑at‑Arms has helped me understand service members, veterans, and their families whether it’s the tension that builds from deployments, the stress of switching between civilian and military life, or the pressure to keep everything together. It also taught me the importance of having a space where you don’t have to be “on” all the time. As a Vietnamese American with parents who came to the U.S. as refugees after the Vietnam War part of the generation often referred to as “boat people” I grew up with a close view of cultural transitions, intergenerational patterns, and the strength it takes to rebuild in a new place. That perspective helps me support families who are newly arriving or adjusting to a new country with understanding and respect. Tea Time Therapy grew from the idea that growth doesn’t need to be rushed. Like a good cup of tea, it often needs warmth, time, and a space that feels steady enough to settle into. My style is warm, straightforward, and lightly humorous enough to ease tension without taking away from the work. You don’t need perfect words or a polished story. You just need a grounded space to slow down, breathe, and explore what’s been weighing on you at your own pace. We’ll take it one sip at a time.

I have expertise in supporting those with anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. I aim to create a therapeutic space that allows for genuine authenticity and healing by tailoring sessions to each client. Take the first step towards empowerment, understanding, and peace of mind by scheduling a consultation to connect and see if I am a good fit for you. I lead with a compassionate, trauma-informed, strength-based, and person-centered approach. Outside the therapy space, I enjoy arts and crafts, aromatherapy (especially a great-smelling candle!), and laughing with loved ones.

Therapy, to me, is about real human connection, about creating a space where you can show up fully, without judgment or pressure to be anything other than who you are right now. I see therapy as a collaborative process of curiosity, growth, and healing, where we work together to understand the patterns that shape your life and uncover what’s possible beyond them. My goal is to make every session a space where you feel deeply seen, understood, and supported. Whether you’re navigating personal transitions, relationships, trauma, or simply trying to reconnect with yourself, I’m here to help you explore your experiences in ways that feel authentic, compassionate, and empowering. I work with individuals, couples, families, and teens from all walks of life, and I’m especially passionate about fostering a safe, inclusive environment for people of all backgrounds, identities, and stories.

Trauma hurts. It can be sudden, life-altering and overwhelming, or chronic, subtle and nearly unnoticeable, but either way it can change the way we think about others, the world, and unfortunately, ourselves. Dealing with the aftermath—changes in our relationships, lashing out toward self or others, feeling nothing and/or everything all at once—is sometimes as hard as the initial event, especially when society, friends and family and our own minds tell us to “just get over it.” Worse, sometimes we aren’t even sure where the trauma came from in the first place, leaving us confused and even feeling hopeless. If you could just “get over it,” you would, but sometimes the brain simply cannot process traumatic events without help, and this is why trauma therapy exists. :) I'm an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) in Texas. I've been in practice for nearly 15 years and have been doing EMDR therapy for 13 of those. I specialize in helping teens and adults process trauma of all kinds. My goal is to help my clients gain the skills needed to process and adapt to traumatic memories, and then allow them to do so in a safe environment. I teach them how to build boundaries and follow through, and to treat themselves with self-compassion rather than judgment and harsh expectations. Trauma doesn’t have to ruin (or run) your life. If you’re hurting, please know I’d be happy to help in any way I can.

Hello! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor practicing in Texas and Louisiana. I earned my Master’s degree in General Counseling & Guidance from Louisiana Tech University. My interest in mental health began in high school when I took a psychology course, and it grew as I worked at a mental health agency, where I realized my passion for helping people navigate life’s challenges. I work with adults on a variety of concerns, including anxiety, anger management, family challenges, ADD/ADHD, ODD, career guidance, and academic difficulties. I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental, and safe space where you can openly share your experiences and work toward meaningful goals. Together, we’ll explore strategies to manage symptoms, improve relationships, and enhance overall well-being.

I believe talk therapy is a power tool. It can heal. It can empower. It can bring about the kind of changes you seek. In order for talk therapy to really work, you must feel connected to and trust the therapist you work with so I encourage you to find the right fit. We will start where you are and, together, we will explore new ways of making your life more manageable. To struggle is to be part of the human experience. Struggle can be a motivator for change. Those self-defeating thoughts are not who you are. These life circumstances do not have to define your whole life.
