Hey there! I would love to work alongside you to meet your mental, emotional, and overall health goals. I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor In Texas for over 10 years. I have a passion for nature, fitness and nutrition as resources to lead a more balanced and healthy life. In addition to an eclectic client centered style of counseling, I have been trained to better understand trauma and how it affects the brain and in turn, behaviors. I am currently certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desentization Reprocessing) therapy. The majority of my experience has been in working with youth and their parents to understand their behaviors and overcome trauma; however, I am eager and ready to help all ages. If you are experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma related symptoms, low self esteem, or health challenges, I am confident I can help.
Starting therapy can be intimidating and I am here to assist you taking that step. I love to see my clients grow into who they want to be and take joy in seeing them overcome obstacles life throw at them. I am able to tailor my therapeutic techniques to individual needs of clients. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Perinatal mental health, and more.
I am a licensed professional counselor with experience working with mental health, trauma, addiction, grief, and couples counseling. I am here to walk alongside you and see the world as you see it. I believe that with support, people can change their beliefs, thoughts, and behaviors in order to live productively and joyfully. It is my hope to build trust in a therapeutic relationship by providing safe and nonjudgmental therapy. My desire is for you to feel comfortable in relating your goals and needs. I will collaborate with you in understanding what will work best for you to reach those goals and get your needs met. Through knowledge, encouragement, support, and relationship, I will help you reach your full potential.
My journey began with a volunteer opportunity working with children in the care of the state, and expanded from there. Work experience ranges from acute inpatient care to my present career in outpatient care. Being a military veteran, my most recent career experience has been providing therapy to active duty, veterans and their families in a community setting. My dedication to this chosen field is driven by a deep desire to empower others, facilitate healing, and promote lasting positive change in the lives of those I've had the privilege of working with.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Army veteran, I bring both professional and lived experience into my work, particularly when supporting veterans, helping professionals, caregivers, and individuals adjusting to major life changes. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can process what they are experiencing, gain insight, and move toward balance and fulfillment.
Hi, I'm Daphne, a Licensed Professional Counselor and State-Approved Clinical Supervisor with over 12 years of experience helping adults build healthier relationships with themselves, strengthen emotional resilience, and navigate life's challenges with greater confidence.
I work best with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem issues, and mood-related concerns. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking to better understand yourself, therapy can provide a supportive space to gain insight, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients increase emotional awareness, improve coping, strengthen relationships, and move toward the life they want to build.
I work best with clients who are curious about themselves, open to learning new perspectives, and ready to actively participate in the therapeutic process. Together, we'll identify realistic goals, build on your existing strengths, and develop strategies that support lasting growth and emotional well-being.
Clients often report improved emotional regulation, stronger self-understanding, healthier relationships, and increased confidence. I aim to honor your story while helping you build resilience and practical tools for long-term growth.
Please note: Requests for letters, evaluations, or documentation outside of standard therapy services require additional fees and are not billable to insurance. ESA letters are available after intake and two additional therapy sessions.
We will laugh! We will discover! We will create a plan for change! Intakes are 30 minutes. But regular sessions are 45-55 minutes! Let’s try to get through this challenging time in your life, together! I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. I can't wait to embark on this journey of healing discovery with you! BTW, I am "booked up" for couples and family therapy. At this time, I am only accepting individual therapy clients-no couples, or family therapy.

I’m someone who understands how overwhelming it can feel to be caught in life’s in-between space, whether it’s the end of a relationship, the shift in a friendship, or the uncertainty of what comes after graduation. I work with adults who are often relied upon by others but sometimes struggle to support themselves.
As a therapist and thought partner, I bring warmth, honesty, and curiosity into our work. I believe therapy is a place where you can take off the mask, slow down, and reconnect with who you are outside of expectations and pressure. My role is to walk alongside you as you process the past, make sense of where you are now, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Hello! Are you experiencing anxiety about your relationship and/or attachment challenges? I am a licensed clinical social worker. I'm licensed in Florida and Texas. I received my Master's degree from Rutgers University, State college of New Jersey. I have experienced a lot of challenges in the African American community as it relates to trauma, disguised as anxiety/depression and manifesting into anger and seclusion. Generational trauma is real.
My passion is assisting clients gain self-acceptance, sustain intimate relationships and regain confidence. I have a business background and understand women issues with regard to transitioning into leadership positions. If you require coaching in this area, I am very skilled and experienced.
Hi, I’m Sandy Crisp. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and I help adults and teens who are facing challenges like complex trauma, PTSD, addiction and recovery, chronic health issues, anxiety, depression, and feeling stuck or overwhelmed.
Before I became a trauma therapist, I went through my own journey that included multiple surgeries and years of rehabilitation. That experience gave me a deep understanding of what it’s like to live with invisible pain -- physical and emotional -- and how hard it can be to feel seen and supported while you're trying to hold everything together. It changed how I listen, how I connect, and how I support people in their healing.
In addition to being an LPC, I’m a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), and Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist. I specialize in:
• Complex trauma and PTSD
• Addiction, substance use, and recovery support
• Chronic pain and chronic illness
• Anxiety, panic, and mood disorders
• Grief, loss, and adjustment to life changes
• Co-occurring disorders
• Disability Affirming Care
• Limb Loss Support
• Navigating identity, self-worth, and personal growth
My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. I blend clinical tools with a human touch because healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Whether you're navigating something recent or something that's been with you a long time, we’ll work together to help you feel safer in your body, clearer in your mind, and more connected to yourself.
Recognizing the need for help is an important first step. In fact, rather than acknowledging a weakness, it is a sign of strength. I want to help you to build on that strength to achieve success in the areas you are struggling with.
Specializing in relationship dynamics, I invite individuals, couples, and families to improve communication, resolve conflict, and build skills to manage anxiety, depression, grief, loss, and more. Christian counseling, men's issues, and family roles are additional areas of special focus I provide.
I believe in personal responsibility, the reality of options at your disposal, and your ability to make decisions that are good for you with clarity. Ownership results in liberty. I would be working with you to help things make more sense and see a path forward.

Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in Florida, Oregon, Kansas (LSCSW), New Hampshire, and Texas. I received my Master's degree from Louisiana State University and have been practicing for 9 years. I help adults find ways to heal their anxiety and depression, help them become more self-aware, and to stop negative thinking, so they can become the best versions of themselves. I help adults ages 18+ struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, suicidal ideations, self-harm, grief/loss, and life transitions.
I utilize a variety of treatment modalities such as CBT, CPT, DBT, ACT, Interpersonal, Narrative, Supportive, Compassionate, Grief, and various others depending on your needs. I help clients stay in the present moment (utilizing other techniques) as this can be very difficult to do in our busy lives today.
I became a social worker because I want to help people feel better about themselves and their lives. I no longer wanted to be "just an employee" and work for a large organization. I wanted to use my strengths and abilities to help others because it would be challenging and rewarding. Therapy is a form of "self-care", and we will work together as a team to address your specific challenges, goals, and needs. I am dedicated, passionate, and caring.
I also conduct emotional support animal evaluations in Florida, Texas, New Hampshire, Kansas, and Oregon. If you would like more information about me or getting an emotional support animal evaluation completed, please visit my website at instillinghopepsychotherapy.com.
I am a licensed independent practice-level clinical social worker. I have a Diplomate in Clinical Social Work DCSW. I have dedicated my career to working in behavioral health treatment. I have worked within the Department of Defense Schools in Europe and Asia. I have worked with Active Duty members, Veterans and their families. Prior to joining the Civil Service, I practiced mental health within the civilian community, my focus there was substance abuse, domestic violence and and a variety of mental health issues working with adolescents and adults. BLUF: There is nothing I haven't seen. My strongest ability lies in helping a client identify strengths and weaknesses while guiding them to identify goals and interventions that will work specifically for them. The most challenging part of therapy is believing it will make a difference. The best way to overcome that hurdle is to see successful outcomes.
Clinical experience has taught me that if you are willing to do the work, you will see results. Using the appropriate interventions, combined with mutual openness, respect and trust will enable you to overcome obstacles and achieve goals you didn't believe possible. Through years of dedicated work with all age groups, life experiences and extremely challenging circumstances, I have developed a strong sense of commitment in creating a safe and supportive environment that fosters healing, self-awareness and growth.

Virtual therapy allows me to do just that! It offers consistency because it fits the comfort of your home, car, or local park. So, snow, wind, or rain won’t stop us now!
All sessions are virtual and I highly recommend you bring along your fur baby, blanket, and favorite beverage to the session.

Hey, I'm Hailey. My approach to therapy is personable and down-to-earth. We can cuss, laugh, yell, or cry in session. Through my experience in inpatient, private practice, and shelters, I have learned that the most significant change occurs with learning concepts alongside practical application. Talking and processing are important, because it helps to identify patterns and recurring themes that are causing ongoing suffering; however, we need to also be able to sustain change by applying new ways of thinking and new skills.
Hello. Thank you for considering me!
You are, above all things, a human being and to be human is a wild experience. I think most of us are doing the best we can with what we have to work with, and you should be proud of yourself for your willingness to learn more. I see therapy as a process that organically unfolds towards deeper understanding and acceptance of who we are and what life is; from here we can shift how we relate to ourselves and life. My approach is grounded in humanistic, dynamic and holistic therapies. I often focus on the impacts of previous experiences, particularly childhood as early experiences set the foundation we use to navigate our lives.
