As a fellow human being, I meet my clients on common ground to assist them in gaining traction and moving forward. Hi, I'm Aaron. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) working out of the state of Texas. I've been in the behavioral health field for over 13 years helping people of all ages overcome mental health struggles and substance use issues. I was called to this work because of my own struggles with depression and substance abuse; and, though I had to struggle in order to get where I am, I feel so grateful for my experiences. I have a passion for using mindfulness and compassion in my work and like to incorporate deep breathing and other body-based techniques whenever possible because, frankly, these are things that have worked well for me! I believe in the importance of helping you to understand the power of the mind-body connection in order to improve your relationship with yourself and the world around you. I'm a huge proponent of yoga and Brazilian jiu jitsu as healing arts and would encourage ANYONE to try them out.

Hello! I’m Alexis.
Life can be tough, and sometimes we find ourselves feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just uncertain of how to move forward. But what if there’s a way to not only manage life’s challenges but to thrive in spite of them? As a licensed clinical social worker in Texas, Virginia, and Florida, I specialize in helping individuals over come anxiety, depression, and emotional roadblocks while building stronger, more resilient lives.
Therapy is a powerful journey toward discovering yourself and I’m here to guide you through it. Whether you're dealing with stress, navigating a big life change, or simply trying to reconnect with your true self, we’ll work together to create lasting, positive change in a safe and supportive environment. Congratulations for taking the first step and showing up for yourself.
Hi, I’m Clarissa; I know that reaching out for support can feel like a big step. So I focus on creating a space where you can truly be yourself. I specialize in helping people work through life’s 'messy' moments—whether that’s navigating a major life change, managing deep-seated stress, or healing from past trauma. My approach isn't sitting and nodding. We’ll work together as a team to find practical tools that help you feel like yourself again. I’m here to help you build the resilience you need to move forward with a bit more peace and clarity.
Do you feel like you have a lot on your mind but don’t know where to put it? Maybe you’ve become used to keeping things to yourself, questioning whether your feelings are “important enough” to talk about, or trying to handle everything on your own. You may know something needs to change, but aren’t quite sure where to start.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating. My goal is to make that step feel a little easier.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can slow down, be heard, and make sense of what you’re experiencing. You don’t have to have everything figured out before coming to therapy—we can work through it together.
My approach is primarily rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping you recognize patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and develop healthier ways of responding to difficult situations. I also incorporate mindfulness-based techniques to help you manage stress, stay grounded, and become more aware of what you need in the moment.
Therapy is not about having someone tell you what to do. It’s about having a space where you can better understand yourself, work through what has been weighing on you, and develop tools that feel realistic for your life.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in negative thought patterns, struggling with stress, or simply wanting to better understand yourself, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Together, we can work toward greater clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of control over how you respond to life’s challenges.
Reaching out can be the hardest part. You’ve already taken an important step by considering therapy.
**I will not be able to evaluate for disability, custody or court-related documents.
I am an LPC offering therapy to children, teens and adults. I believe it very important to understand how our past shapes and influences our present choices. I believe we see and relate to the world the way we were shaped from an early age. Knowing who we are and how we see and perceive the world helps us understand and relate better to ourselves and others.

Hello, I’m Amelia, a licensed therapist specializing in helping individuals navigate emotional challenges, improve relationships, and build healthier coping strategies. I’m Phillip, a therapist dedicated to helping people grow a life they can feel proud of—often while navigating heavy pressure. I do this work to express my passion for supporting others as they untangle complex expectations and cultivate a value-fueled, authentic life. I understand first hand the struggle to 'be successful' while also exploring the answers to 'who am I?' As the son of Chinese immigrants from Mexico, raised in Mississippi, I personally understand the challenge of living between cultures and the "liminal spaces" where identity can feel uncertain.
Trauma hurts. It can be sudden, life-altering and overwhelming, or chronic, subtle and nearly unnoticeable, but either way it can change the way we think about others, the world, and unfortunately, ourselves. Dealing with the aftermath—changes in our relationships, lashing out toward self or others, feeling nothing and/or everything all at once—is sometimes as hard as the initial event, especially when society, friends and family and our own minds tell us to “just get over it.” Worse, sometimes we aren’t even sure where the trauma came from in the first place, leaving us confused and even feeling hopeless. If you could just “get over it,” you would, but sometimes the brain simply cannot process traumatic events without help, and this is why trauma therapy exists. :)
I'm an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) in Texas. I've been in practice for nearly 15 years and have been doing EMDR therapy for 13 of those. I specialize in helping teens and adults process trauma of all kinds. My goal is to help my clients gain the skills needed to process and adapt to traumatic memories, and then allow them to do so in a safe environment. I teach them how to build boundaries and follow through, and to treat themselves with self-compassion rather than judgment and harsh expectations.
Trauma doesn’t have to ruin (or run) your life. If you’re hurting, please know I’d be happy to help in any way I can.

Hello, and welcome! My name is JD, and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in both Oklahoma and Texas. I’ve recently completed my internship for my doctorate in clinical psychology, with the goal of becoming a licensed psychologist in the near future. I have been passionate about mental health from a young age! I started working toward my career at Texas A&M University where I graduated with my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2013. I went on to pursue my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Sam Houston State University and graduated in 2015. I have experience working with all ages as a grief counselor, career counselor, children's counselor, school counselor, and a general counselor for individuals and couples. Additionally, I have a background in education as a former teacher and school counselor.
I am a compassionate, open-minded therapist with six years of clinical experience in Texas and recent practice in Colorado. I specialize in supporting adults through anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges, using a strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I provide culturally sensitive, LGBTQIA‑affirming care and strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients are met where they are. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, focused on practical strategies and meaningful progress.
Reaching out for support can be one of the hardest parts of starting therapy. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. Therapy can be a space to slow down, talk openly about what you’re experiencing, and gain a different perspective on the challenges you’re facing.
My goal is to create a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself. My style is warm, conversational, and thoughtfully questioning. Rather than simply telling you what to do, I’ll help you explore your thoughts, recognize patterns, make connections, and identify practical steps that feel realistic for your life.
I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Reality Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, build effective coping skills, identify solutions, and work toward meaningful goals. Because no two people have the same experiences or needs, treatment is collaborative and individualized to you.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, navigating a difficult transition, struggling with anxiety or depression, or simply recognizing that something in your life needs to change, you don’t have to work through it alone. Taking the first step can feel intimidating, but reaching this point means you’ve already started. Let’s take the next step together.

Rest assured that when working with me, you will be met with understanding, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach.
I am a compassionate, client-centered therapist dedicated to helping adults navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, emotional balance, and resilience. I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients can process difficult experiences, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change. My name is Vincent Egbuchulam, and I am a licensed professional counselor with over five years of experience in the mental health field. I address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, teen issues, anger and stress management, life transitions, aggression, and ADHD. In addition, I am a retired board-certified Special Education teacher with 15 years of experience.
My counseling approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). CBT involves helping clients learn and practice new skills, develop healthier thinking patterns, and adopt more effective coping strategies. I may assign homework to reinforce the skills we work on during sessions, as I believe that applying these techniques in your daily life enhances their effectiveness. SFBT operates on the principle that individuals are competent and capable of finding solutions to improve their lives. In our sessions, you will have the opportunity to describe your challenges, set personal goals, and provide feedback. Occasionally, I may incorporate other techniques, such as role-playing, if they are beneficial for your progress.
I am committed to supporting those who seek to enhance their emotional well-being. During our initial visit, we will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy and outline what you hope to achieve from our sessions. The first session typically lasts about an hour. You can expect a highly professional, objective, nonjudgmental, and confidential experience.
