My name is Tiffany Pangarakis, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas. I earned my Bachelor of Social Work degree from Stephen F. Austin State University in 2016 and my Master of Social Work degree from Texas State University in 2018.
Before transitioning into outpatient mental health practice, I worked as a medical social worker in the hospice setting for more than four years. During that time, I provided emotional support, counseling, and care coordination to patients and families navigating serious illness, grief, loss, and end-of-life concerns. Today, I provide evidence-based psychotherapy to adolescents and adults of all ages. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing symptoms related to Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), as well as a variety of personality disorders and adjustment-related concerns.

My name is Shavone Marie Williams-Moss, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I entered the field of social work largely because of my family background; I was raised by a single father while my mother struggled with substance abuse and mental health issues and could not perform her role as a parent.
One day as an adult in my 20's, I saw my mother sitting on a bench on the main street in Kentucky. I welcomed her into my home only to discover she not only suffered from homelessness but bipolar disorder, major depression, and substance abuse. My mother lived with me for a year, after which she passed away. This situation made me wonder, what if, in her younger years, she would have met someone who was supportive, understanding, kind, selfless, and invested in helping her be the best version of her, she could be. It was then that I decided to enter the Social Work Field. I wanted to provide help to those who could not help themselves and aid to those in need.
I’m a therapist who believes meaningful change happens through a combination of self-understanding, practical support, and a strong therapeutic relationship. I strive to create a space where clients feel genuinely heard, respected, and able to explore their experiences without judgment.
You don’t have to carry this pain alone. I am here to help. I believe healing should be affordable and accessible, and I offer high-quality, affordable therapy tailored to each person’s unique experiences and goals.
My work integrates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients overcome distress, process difficult experiences, and move toward a more peaceful, balanced, and focused life. My approach is rooted in the belief that you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to provide a warm, supportive space along with practical tools to guide you toward genuine healing, peace, and freedom.
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, burnout, self-esteem concerns, trauma, and emotional overwhelm. Many of my clients are thoughtful, high-functioning people who may appear “fine” on the outside while internally struggling with overthinking, self-criticism, people-pleasing, or feeling disconnected from themselves.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in curiosity. Together, we work to better understand patterns in thoughts, emotions, and relationships while developing healthier coping strategies, emotional resilience, stronger boundaries, and greater self-trust.
Whether you come to therapy with a specific goal or simply a sense that something in your life needs to change, you are welcome here.
“You’re not broken — you’re hurting, and that’s different.”

Hello, I'm Shirley, a PhD and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience. For the past five years, I've been dedicated to providing online therapy to individuals, families, and couples. My practice covers a wide range of issues.
My therapeutic philosophy is rooted in the person-centered approach. I strive to meet each client 'where they are' and serve as a catalyst for their unique journey of self-discovery and self-identification. I believe that therapy should be a collaborative process, where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
I work from a systemic, collaborative, strength-based approach that is mindful of cultural, ethnic, and economic concerns. I utilize leading psychological modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), the Gottman Couples Approach, Solution-Focused Therapy, Family Therapy and Existential approaches. These methods allow me to tailor my approach to each client's specific needs and goals, ensuring that they receive the most effective and personalized care possible.
Using education & experience as a foundation to work from, I'm confident in my ability to support clients needs. My counseling style is very holistic, empathetic, relaxed, lots of smiles & laughs. Im best fit for those seeking a therapist that's willing to keep client accountable for their choices & those ready to unlearn what’s no longer healthy or helpful.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I offer education and experience with helping everyday people understand the relationship between their mental, emotional, and physical state, and how these aspects affect their day-to-day lives. People should feel empowered to manage stress, negative thoughts, and adverse experiences. However, many factors hold them back. Through my intervention, I’ve helped to increase emotional awareness and motivation, providing clients with the sense of peace that we all ultimately deserve.
Hi, I'm Arlicia Taylor, Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping clients navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and clarity. I believe therapy is a collaborative process where we explore your concerns, identify meaningful goals, and take practical steps toward lasting change. Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor-Supervisor (LPC-S) and a National Certified Counselor based in Texas. I received my Masters from the University of Houston Clear Lake and have been practicing for 5 years. I help people from all ages with their mental health concerns. I'm focused on helping clients discover their strengths, build support systems, and foster holistic self-awareness. I firmly believe that the client is the expert of their own life and a key collaborator in treatment planning. I also believe in a cooperative approach to treating clients and welcome collaboration from family members.
I am passionate about helping couples and individuals navigate challenges with clarity, hope, and practical guidance. Drawing on faith and lived experience, I create a space where honesty is met with understanding, and growth is grounded in both heart and purpose. Together, we explore patterns, strengthen connection, and take intentional steps toward healthier relationships and a deeper sense of resilience and meaning in life.
I’m a therapist who sees and treats you as a unique individual — not just a diagnosis or a checklist of symptoms. My goal is to meet you where you are, walk with you through your journey, and support you in reaching a place where you’re not just surviving, but truly thriving.
I offer therapy grounded in compassion, care, and consistency. I believe in holding space for both grace and accountability — creating a safe environment where you can be honest with yourself, challenge unhelpful patterns, and grow.
Together, we’ll work to identify and confront the distorted thoughts and false beliefs that often fuel anxiety, depression, and disconnection. My deepest desire is to help you break free from cycles that keep you stuck and to support your movement toward healing, clarity, and wholeness.
I am an empathetic and intuitive person who cares very much about the lives of others. I have been in my own therapy for some time as I would not ask others to do work I can’t do myself.
I engage with each client with a pace and style that matches the diagnosis, history, and emotional state they are experiencing. I am very open to feedback back and If you disagree with me on something I encourage a safe relationship where sharing that feels ok.
I received my license to practice marriage and family therapy in Texas in 1995. Over the years I've had the opportunity to work successfully with many different types of clients.
I am experienced with mood disorders including depression and bipolar disorder. Anxiety, and adjustment disorders are quite common. We are all products of our family and culture so these issues are discussed in individual and couples counseling sessions.
Because my specialty is marriage and family counseling, I sometimes work with couples or with several family members in the counseling session. If you are seeking marital therapy, then you are already aware of how complex it is to resolve problems to satisfy both of you. I want you to know that it is possible to unravel the issues and resolve them. All that is required is honesty – primarily with yourself – and a bit of work. We have seen many couples return to a peaceful and satisfying marriage.
My counseling style is relaxed, but very direct. I prefer for clients to come to counseling weary of how things are going and prepared to begin changing their life.
I practice solution-oriented and CBT counseling techniques which means that we work hard to ensure you come to as few sessions as possible. Many clients report 6 to 10 sessions are sufficient to provide mastery over the symptoms that brought them to therapy.
Integrity, honesty and decency are keys to success and it is my commitment to bring these characteristics to each session.
Greetings Beloved Clients!
I am Pam C. Lyons, a Certified Professional Coach and Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor for 15 years, and 20 plus years of life experience. I understand what it means to reinvent and rebuild my life several times as a Hurricane Katrina Survivor and as a businesswoman.
My practice serves as a safe place to the Texas community and a beacon of light. The slogan “Reinvent the World” was inspired by all the shared traumatic experiences going on in the world due to Covid 19, increase in mental and physical health problems, racism, toxic politics, lack of safety for our children, poverty, economic challenges, women not receiving equal pay, women rights being infringed upon, and survivors of natural disasters. We need a space to express our traumatic experiences safely, to be listened to and understood with empathy and compassion, and to receive coping tools to become the best version of ourselves so we can create a better world for our future generations.

I and have been practicing clinical psychology over 20 years. I help adults struggling with career stress, relationship issues and mental health disorders become the best versions of themselves. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CT) and Brief Psychodynamic Therapy (BPT) in an eclectic fashion to address psychological issues.
Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Texas. I received my Master's from Lamar University and have been practicing for 4 years. My goal is to meet you where you are. To understand your environment and help overcome barriers so that you can meet your goals in accomplishing mental health wellness. Hi, I’m Abel. I specialize in working with adults with ADHD, both men and women, as well as men navigating the pressures of work, relationships, family, and identity. I also work with couples, particularly when ADHD has become part of the conflict or disconnection in their relationship.
I know firsthand how ADHD can shape your life. It affects more than focus and productivity. It can also impact emotions, confidence, and relationships. I was diagnosed in my 30s, and it helped me make sense of years of struggles with organization, responsibilities, and executive functioning. What surprised me most was how profoundly ADHD can affect relationships, especially marriage. That’s why I believe ADHD therapy has to go beyond productivity and address emotional regulation, self-worth, follow-through, and connection.
As a husband of 13 years, a father, and a family man, I understand the quiet pressures many men carry. Men are often expected to be competent, steady, and dependable without always having a place to talk honestly about what happens when that becomes difficult. That perspective shapes the way I work with men: with honesty, compassion, practical tools, and real conversations without judgment.
My own marriage has also taught me how much relationships require vulnerability, accountability, and teamwork, especially when navigating ADHD. That experience helps shape my work with couples as they move beyond blame and toward greater understanding, reliability, and connection.
I’ve also wrestled with body image and self-worth after years of being overweight. Making meaningful changes taught me that taking care of yourself isn’t passive. It often means doing difficult things consistently because you’ve decided your well-being matters. Learning to show up for myself changed not only my health, but the way I saw and valued myself. That experience shapes how I help clients build a healthier, more grounded relationship with themselves.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who supports adults navigating depression, anxiety, grief, relationship breakups, and trauma. I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where clients can process difficult experiences, heal at their own pace, and develop tools to move forward with clarity, strength, and learn to have better control of your life. Outside of therapy I enjoy spending time with my family, friends and dog. I love practicing self-care and reading.

I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I help individuals, families, and couples identify goals as well as possible solutions to issues that hinder their growth. I believe that my passion for counseling stemmed from my desire to help people at an early age. I have experience working within the community, inpatient treatment centers, and outpatient treatment centers. I have experience working with children and adolescents with autism as well as other disabilities for over seven years. I enjoy giving back to the community as well as helping others live a successful and rewarding life.
I am a compassionate and dedicated professional based in Texas, committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with confidence, resilience, and self-awareness. My background has given me the opportunity to work with people from diverse walks of life, supporting them through personal growth, life transitions, stress, relationship concerns, and emotional well-being.
I am passionate about helping clients better understand themselves and the patterns that shape their relationships and experiences. My work is grounded in a systems perspective, recognizing that individuals are deeply influenced by their family dynamics, cultural backgrounds, communities, and life experiences. I also incorporate an attachment-based approach, helping clients explore how early relationships and attachment patterns may impact the way they connect with others, respond to challenges, and view themselves.
I believe that everyone deserves a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where they can feel heard, understood, and empowered. My goal is to help clients identify their strengths, gain insight into recurring patterns, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and those around them.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I strive to meet each person where they are, honoring their unique experiences, values, and goals. Whether you are navigating relationship challenges, processing difficult life transitions, managing stress, or seeking deeper self-understanding, I am here to support and guide you on your journey toward healing and growth.
It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they cultivate stronger connections, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
