I believe in working collaboratively with you to help you define the tools needed to overcome obstacles, deescalate situations, make better choices and negotiate positive outcomes to be the best you can be. My goal is to help you grow, regain peace, joy and healing in your life by providing nonjudgmental counseling, partnership, empathy, encouragement and support to achieve wellness.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session is about building rapport, me getting to know you and me getting to know you. We may not be a perfect fit but I would like the opportunity to help on your journey. We will work together to decide what are your major concerns and how to work on them together. Please be aware working on emotional issues can be painful and you may feel even worse as you confront your past and present conflicts as you journey towards wellness. During the therapeutic process you will identify troubling situations, be more aware of thoughts, emotions and beliefs about problems, identify negative and inaccurate thinking and reshape negative or inaccurate thinking by learning coping mechanism so you can move toward a healthy and fulfilling life.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength is you lead and I follow, I'm here to help you make the best decisions for yourself and not tell you what to do.
