Hello and Welcome to My Virtual Home! I'm glad you could make it. I know making the decision to ask for help is not always an easy one. I'm excited about the possibility of us working together. A little about me, I make every effort to live my very best life. In the process I have made some mistakes. I think that makes me great at what I do because I am non judgmental and accepting of others. I am mindful that recovery is possible for us all no matter what. I have over 20 years of experience as a clinician. I am versed in a variety of interventions, including DBT, EMDR, CRM, hypnotherapy and acudetox. I look forward to sharing this journey with you.
In our first session I ask questions about what you want to work on and where your past has influenced the present. Then we set a treatment plan together and discuss solutions.
I am trained in cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavior interventions, acceptance and commitment therapy, as well as comprehensive resource model, EMDR and acudetox.
My biggest strength is that I have integrity and pride myself on living within recovery values. I truly enjoy the work that I do and I think it shows up in my work.
