I have 9 years of experience supporting individuals and families as they navigate some of life’s most challenging moments. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from Tarleton State University, and throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with adults, children, and adolescents across a variety of settings, including shelters, outreach centers, schools, and hospitals.
These experiences have shaped my belief that everyone deserves to feel heard, supported, and empowered to create a life that feels meaningful to them. I strive to embrace the full spectrum of life—the challenges, transitions, growth, joy, and everything in between—and provide a safe, compassionate space where you can show up as your authentic self.
My approach is collaborative and centered around meeting you where you are. I believe therapy is not about having all the answers, but about having the right support as you explore your experiences, understand yourself more deeply, and work toward the life you want. My goal is to help you recognize your strengths, navigate obstacles, shift perspectives, and develop tools that allow you to move forward with greater confidence and hope.
I am a compassionate, client-centered therapist dedicated to helping adults navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, emotional balance, and resilience. I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients can process difficult experiences, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change. My approach integrates evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and Christian counseling when desired, helping clients heal, grow, and move forward with confidence and purpose.
I received my license to practice marriage and family therapy in Texas in 1995. Over the years I've had the opportunity to work successfully with many different types of clients.
I am experienced with mood disorders including depression and bipolar disorder. Anxiety, and adjustment disorders are quite common. We are all products of our family and culture so these issues are discussed in individual and couples counseling sessions.
Because my specialty is marriage and family counseling, I sometimes work with couples or with several family members in the counseling session. If you are seeking marital therapy, then you are already aware of how complex it is to resolve problems to satisfy both of you. I want you to know that it is possible to unravel the issues and resolve them. All that is required is honesty – primarily with yourself – and a bit of work. We have seen many couples return to a peaceful and satisfying marriage.
My counseling style is relaxed, but very direct. I prefer for clients to come to counseling weary of how things are going and prepared to begin changing their life.
I practice solution-oriented and CBT counseling techniques which means that we work hard to ensure you come to as few sessions as possible. Many clients report 6 to 10 sessions are sufficient to provide mastery over the symptoms that brought them to therapy.
Integrity, honesty and decency are keys to success and it is my commitment to bring these characteristics to each session.
Great to meet you! I’m Lacy Fields, LPC, NCC, and Emotional Wealth Strategist. I help individuals unravel survival patterns, heal from burnout, and create lives rooted in confidence, purpose, and emotional wealth. I have several years of experience supporting clients through life’s challenges, including stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, family conflict, parenting concerns, and substance use. I believe therapy should feel like a safe space—one where you can be open, honest, and fully yourself without fear of judgment. Together, we will work at your pace to explore what’s going on, build coping tools, and help you move toward the life you want.

’ve felt called to become a therapist since I was nine years old, and that sense of purpose has stayed with me ever since. I began my career in a community mental health setting, where I worked closely with individuals experiencing severe mental illness and learned the importance of practical, real-life coping skills. That experience continues to shape my approach today—I focus on helping clients build insight, develop tools they can actually use, and feel more confident navigating their relationships and daily lives.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy slowing things down and staying grounded through gardening, crocheting, and camping. I’m also a big reader—especially when it comes to romance novels. Family is a central part of my life, and I value the many roles I hold as a wife, mother, stepmother, and grandmother. Raising both boys and girls—including twins—has given me a wide range of life experiences that help me connect with clients from all kinds of backgrounds.

Welcome! I'm Tiffany Newkirk.
I applaud you taking the first step towards bettering your mental health because, let's be honest - starting therapy can be empowering, confusing, or scary, all at the same time.
I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment that allows clients to explore obstacles with concerns related to anxiety, depression, and/or self-care. Counseling can foster personal development in whatever way you may be seeking and help build the life you so deeply deserve. If that's what you're looking for, I'm here when you're ready to share. I enjoy working together with clients to help the find peace in their lives. We all encounter struggles throughout our lives and sometimes we need to process our situations with a trusted individual so we can recover and experience the fullness of our lives. I work with clients who invite me to walk alongside them on their journey. I believe that our personal stories, experiences, and even the world around us play an essential role in therapy. My clinical approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), among other evidence-based frameworks. I provide individual therapy for adults and specialize in personal and professional transitions, depression, anxiety, men’s issues, religion and spirituality, grief, and ADHD.
I have a background in crisis intervention and working with people at different levels of care who are dealing with anxiety and mood-related challenges. I primarily use DBT and ACT, and I like to keep things practical by helping people build coping skills, make sense of what they’re experiencing, and feel more steady and empowered in their everyday lives.
In the room, I show up as warm, down-to-earth, and often a little humorous. I’ll meet you where you’re at, but I’ll also gently challenge you when it feels helpful. I really believe people are the authors of their own stories, even when earlier chapters haven’t felt like their choice. My goal is to support you in writing what comes next in a way that feels more aligned, manageable, and meaningful.
I also feel it is important to stay mindful of the different identities, experiences, and privileges we all carry, and how those shape the way we move through the world and the healing process.

Hello,
I'm a Licensed Psychologist (LP) based in Texas. I received my Doctorate from the APA accredited California School Professional Psychology- Fresno. I and have been practicing clinical psychology over 20 years. I help adults struggling with career stress, relationship issues and mental health disorders become the best versions of themselves. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CT) and Brief Psychodynamic Therapy (BPT) in an eclectic fashion to address psychological issues.
Part of what led me to become a therapist was my own experience of how difficult it can be to find meaningful, accessible support when you need it. Navigating my own mental health journey helped me recognize the importance of having someone who truly listens, understands, and shows up consistently. I became a therapist because I wanted to be that person for others, to help ensure people don’t feel alone or unsupported when they’re seeking help. Throughout my life, a wide range of personal and professional experiences have shaped who I am today and strengthened my ability to genuinely connect with others.
I worked in a community mental health agency, where I gained extensive experience across multiple areas of mental health. Although the work was demanding, I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve individuals in various capacities and settings. That experience helped shape my clinical foundation and reinforced my commitment to this field. Along the way, I have learned to embrace my own neurodivergence and mental health experiences and use them as sources of insight, self-awareness, and strength.
I am a mother of three children, and my experiences as a parent have deeply shaped my understanding of resilience, advocacy, and emotional complexity. My oldest child is also neurodivergent and lives with complex congenital heart disease, which has required multiple heart surgeries. These experiences, along with navigating remarriage and a second journey through IVF, have given me a profound appreciation for uncertainty, grief, hope, and perseverance. They have also strengthened my capacity to sit with others through difficult, vulnerable, and emotionally layered experiences. I share this to give you a sense of who I am and how I approach therapy, and to reflect the values of presence, compassion, and authenticity that guide my work with clients.
I'm Stacie Allphin, LPC, LCDC, and for more than 25 years, I've had the privilege of walking alongside individuals, adolescents, and families as they find their way toward healing and lasting recovery. If you or someone you love is struggling with Mental Health, substance use challenges, or both - you don't have to figure it out alone. Whether you're just beginning to explore support or have been on this road for a while, I'd love to connect. Reaching out takes courage, and I'm here to meet you where you are.

My goal is to collaborate with you to help you attain greater satisfaction and success in all areas of life. I see clients in-person and online to address issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, life change, men's issues, relationships, and career performance. I strive to provide effective solutions while avoiding the clinical elements often associated with counseling services.
My clients commonly find that my approach offers an effective combination of inspiration, motivation, and practical solutions. If you're ready to work toward your goals, I'm ready to help. Let's do it!
