In our sessions, you’ll find a safe space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself while building balance, clarity, and confidence for what’s next. Together, we focus on healing, growth, and lasting change.
Our first session is a space to simply be yourself—no pressure or expectations. We’ll explore what’s been weighing on you and what you hope to experience instead. You’ll leave with a clearer sense of direction and practical tools you can start using right away. My goal is for you to feel seen, supported, and hopeful about the steps ahead.
My greatest strength as a therapist is creating a grounded, supportive space where clients feel seen, safe, and understood. My approach blends evidence-based methods like CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and strengths-based techniques with compassion and curiosity. I meet clients where they are and help them reconnect with their strengths, calm the chaos, and move toward balance and growth. With experience supporting clients through anxiety, burnout, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm, I focus on helping you slow down, gain clarity, and find peace within your process. My goal is to guide you toward lasting change, one step, one breath, and one moment at a time.
