Hello! Welcome to my safe space. My name is Cierra and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for both Texas and New Mexico.
I received my Masters degree from Western New Mexico University and Bachelors degree from Louisiana State University. I help children and adults struggling with historical and everyday stressors and assist them in achieving resilience and stability.
I make all efforts to ensure clients feel safe in sessions, and encourage clients to take ownership of their therapeutic process.
I began my counseling journey as an adolescent, and eventually became a school counselor over a decade ago working with elementary to high school aged kids. I quickly learned that school counselors are not able to equip their students with necessary tools and as a result I began to pursue my LPC. As a fully licensed therapist in Texas I value the trust my clients instill in me and together we work to address any and all client concerns to allow them to live their best life.
Life can be hard; you don't have to navigate it alone. I believe in creating a nonjudgmental environment where all clients can feel safe. I am open to working with all individuals. My passion for helping others has been evident throughout the last 20 years of working with children and families. Through my experiences I have learned how to interact with a diverse group of people, which has increased my ability to relate to others. I am passionate about walking alongside clients as they navigate changes and growth. I would be honored in working together with you in creating a journey of joy, peace, and healing.
Hello! I’m Katrina Benton, a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience supporting adolescents and young and middle-aged adults. I hold an M.Ed. in School Counseling from Texas Christian University, a Professional Counseling Credential from Texas Wesleyan University, and a B.S. in Education from Langston University.
I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to help clients navigate depression, anxiety, self-esteem, personal empowerment, career challenges, divorce, and life transitions. My goal is to empower you with practical tools to build confidence, improve emotional well-being, and create meaningful change. I believe your past does not define your future, and it's okay not to be okay.
You may be the person everyone depends on; the one who handles problems, pushes through challenges, and keeps everything moving. But what happens when you're the one feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, disconnected, or unsure of what comes next?
I'm Kumalo, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Board Certified Diplomate in Clinical Social Work, and retired U.S. Army officer with more than 22 years of military service and behavioral health leadership. I help adults navigate anxiety, trauma, PTSD, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.
My approach is compassionate, straightforward, and focused on helping you make meaningful progress. I believe therapy should be more than a place to talk about what's wrong. It should also be a space where you feel understood, gain new perspectives, develop practical tools, and rediscover your confidence and sense of direction.
Using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and EMDR, I tailor treatment to your experiences, needs, and goals. Whether you're dealing with painful experiences from the past, pressure in the present, or uncertainty about the future, we'll work together to identify what's keeping you stuck and create a path forward.
My experience includes supporting military service members, veterans, professionals, and individuals who carry significant responsibilities while quietly managing their own struggles. You don't have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy, and you don't need to have all the answers to get started.
You've spent a lot of time showing up for others. It's okay to make yourself a priority, too.
If you're ready to feel more grounded, strengthen your relationships, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence, I'd welcome the opportunity to work with you.
I’d consider myself a Faith-based holistic therapist, based in Houston, Texas. I’m here to help you navigate life’s ups and downs, tackle internal challenges, and heal from past experiences. Whether you’re dealing with relationship issues, anxiety, trauma recovery, or aiming for personal growth, I’m here to support you as we work together to create meaningful change and help you move forward in life.

Greetings, I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Texas. I received my Masters from the University of North Texas and have been practicing for 19 years. Transitioning through life changes can be challenging, and having a therapist assist you through these transitions can be incredibly beneficial. Therapists can provide support, guidance, and tools to help navigate changes in relationships, careers, health, or any other aspect of life. They can help you explore your feelings, identify patterns or obstacles, and develop coping strategies to manage stress and uncertainty. Additionally, therapists can offer a safe and non-judgmental space for you to express yourself and work through any concerns or fears you may have about the transition process.
Hello, and welcome. I bring 36 years of experience as a licensed professional counselor (plus four years in the field of mental health prior to licensure), having worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings specializing in mental health, addiction, eating disorders, and general psychiatric conditions. Alongside my work in treatment facilities, I have maintained a private practice for the full span of my career, giving me a deep, varied perspective on how people heal and grow.
My current focus includes behavioral change, addiction treatment, communication skills, life coaching, and business consulting. I'm also trained in hypnosis and in critical incident stress debriefing and management, and I have extensive experience supporting military personnel and federal public safety agencies in the aftermath of critical incidents. This background has given me a steady, grounded approach to working with people navigating high-stress, high-stakes situations, as well as those facing everyday life challenges.
Whatever brings you to counseling, my goal is simple: I want you to leave every session feeling better than when you arrived. I bring both clinical expertise and genuine care to our work together, and I strive to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and equipped with real tools for change. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you.

Hi, I’m Abel. I specialize in working with adults with ADHD, both men and women, as well as men navigating the pressures of work, relationships, family, and identity. I also work with couples, particularly when ADHD has become part of the conflict or disconnection in their relationship.
I know firsthand how ADHD can shape your life. It affects more than focus and productivity. It can also impact emotions, confidence, and relationships. I was diagnosed in my 30s, and it helped me make sense of years of struggles with organization, responsibilities, and executive functioning. What surprised me most was how profoundly ADHD can affect relationships, especially marriage. That’s why I believe ADHD therapy has to go beyond productivity and address emotional regulation, self-worth, follow-through, and connection.
As a husband of 13 years, a father, and a family man, I understand the quiet pressures many men carry. Men are often expected to be competent, steady, and dependable without always having a place to talk honestly about what happens when that becomes difficult. That perspective shapes the way I work with men: with honesty, compassion, practical tools, and real conversations without judgment.
My own marriage has also taught me how much relationships require vulnerability, accountability, and teamwork, especially when navigating ADHD. That experience helps shape my work with couples as they move beyond blame and toward greater understanding, reliability, and connection.
I’ve also wrestled with body image and self-worth after years of being overweight. Making meaningful changes taught me that taking care of yourself isn’t passive. It often means doing difficult things consistently because you’ve decided your well-being matters. Learning to show up for myself changed not only my health, but the way I saw and valued myself. That experience shapes how I help clients build a healthier, more grounded relationship with themselves.
Hello/Hola (hablo Espanol) my name is Sandra Villarreal and I’m a bilingual therapist with her License Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)that is here to help and assist with your mental health well-being. Before transitioning into outpatient mental health practice, I worked as a medical social worker in the hospice setting for more than four years. During that time, I provided emotional support, counseling, and care coordination to patients and families navigating serious illness, grief, loss, and end-of-life concerns. This experience strengthened my understanding of the emotional challenges individuals and families face during difficult life transitions.

Greetings Beloved Clients!
I am Pam C. Lyons, a Certified Professional Coach and Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor for 15 years, and 20 plus years of life experience. I understand what it means to reinvent and rebuild my life several times as a Hurricane Katrina Survivor and as a businesswoman.
My practice serves as a safe place to the Texas community and a beacon of light. The slogan “Reinvent the World” was inspired by all the shared traumatic experiences going on in the world due to Covid 19, increase in mental and physical health problems, racism, toxic politics, lack of safety for our children, poverty, economic challenges, women not receiving equal pay, women rights being infringed upon, and survivors of natural disasters. We need a space to express our traumatic experiences safely, to be listened to and understood with empathy and compassion, and to receive coping tools to become the best version of ourselves so we can create a better world for our future generations.

If you're a high-functioning, driven person who looks like you have it together—but internally you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally drained—you’re not alone.
You may be used to being the strong one… the dependable one… the one everyone leans on. But lately, it’s starting to feel exhausting.
You might find yourself overthinking everything, struggling to set boundaries without guilt, or constantly pushing through your day while feeling mentally drained. At some point, coping stops feeling like living.
Clients who work with me often go from:
• Constant overthinking → feeling more mentally clear and present
• People-pleasing → setting boundaries with confidence
• Anxiety-driven decisions → trusting themselves
• Emotional exhaustion → feeling more balanced and in control
The time we spend together will be collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your pace. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself while also gently challenging patterns that no longer serve you.
You don’t have to keep pushing through this alone. If you're ready for meaningful change, I’d be honored to work with you.
I try to provide a safe and private space where someone can process their feelings and emotions and discuss the difficulties they are experiencing. I like to help people find solutions to the problems they are having and help them continue living their lives without their traumas or their past weighing them down. Every person deserves to live life to the fullest.
You can search my website on www.collinscounselingcenter.org.
Beginning May 1st, 2026, only Thursday 9-3pm will be available for in-office times.

Whether you’re navigating daily stress, dealing with workplace burnout, processing relationship or family struggles, or facing deep personal crises, I want you to know one thing: you don't have to carry it all by yourself.
I don't believe in 'fixing' people because I don't see you as broken. Instead, we’ll work together to look at the whole picture, celebrate your resilience, and build skills that bring both immediate relief and long-term healing. We’ll uncover your natural strengths, untangle the things holding you back, and help you feel grounded, confident, and genuinely hopeful as the best version of yourself. You don't have to have all the answers right now—we’ll figure them out together.

I have experience working with individuals from all walks of life, ages 8+ to the sages. Throughout our sessions together I will work to create a safe, non-judgmental space for you to show up, just as you are. It’s ok, to not be ok! I am committed to walking with you, using evidence-based modalities, such as CBT, Client-Centered, Solution Focus, EMDR, and Psychoeducation, to ensure you meet your goals. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and received my Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Amberton University. I have experience in Health Care and Mental Health services working for non-profit, for-profit, nursing homes, and home health. I have experience from entry-level positions to management experience. I enjoy teaching, working with others, and seeing the difference counseling makes in individuals' lives.
Looking for specialized therapy that fits into your family’s busy life without missing school or work? I offer dedicated Saturday and Sunday sessions designed for individuals of all ages, couples, and families.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a PhD and 10 years of post-licensure experience, I provide culturally responsive, high-quality, and evidence-based care. I create an authentic, secure, and collaborative space where individuals, couples, and family units can navigate life's complexities, heal relationship dynamics, and thrive together.
In addition to my general practice, I bring 18 years of specialized experience working alongside military families, giving me a deep, firsthand understanding of the unique transitions, deployments, and cultural stressors that impact service members and their loved ones.
My practice warmly welcomes clients of all ages and backgrounds. Whether you are a couple looking to rebuild connection, a parent seeking compassionate support for your child or teen, or an adult navigating a major life transition, I am here to walk alongside you.
