These tools help clients build psychological flexibility, challenge unhelpful patterns, cultivate mindfulness and values driven living (ACT), reframe thoughts and behaviors (CBT), and foster healthier, more authentic connections in relationships (RLT).
I'm a therapist who genuinely loves this work and feels deeply honored by the trust my clients place in me. If you're ready to begin your journey towards deeper understanding and renewed hope, I invite you to reach out. I'd be honored to walk alongside you!

Hello!
I'm a bubbly, laid-back person who also believes in the importance of assertive communication. I love meeting new people of different cultural backgrounds.
In my practice, I enjoy working with people who are adjusting to a new life, including teenagers, young adults, and older adults. Transitions can be extremely difficult leading to trouble making decisions, worry, depression, and substance abuse. It can be difficult to function well or thrive while adjusting to life right outside of college or adapting to retirement life after a full-time career of many years. Finding your way can be an exciting journey yet also bring about anxiety you may have never experienced before.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the states of Texas and Colorado. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at The University of Texas at Austin and obtained my Master of Science in Counseling at The University of North Texas. I have 14 years of experience working in the mental health/substance use field and have been in private practice for 3 years.
Are you noticing that you are feeling overwhelmed, hopeless, and unmotivated? You may be wanting to change jobs, improve your relationships, or set boundaries because the ones you've got are not working. You may need help processing the mess of the past 2+ years and you don't know how to get started with what next steps to take in healing. If you are feeling stuck, then therapy is a great next step to move forward. Therapy is a chance for you to try something different.
Life can be balanced, hopeful, and enjoyable even in the midst of pain. You can have healthy relationships, be assertive and confident, and live according to what is important to you. Individualized therapy can help you work towards that life through clarifying who you are, gaining insight into what is holding you back, and finding a path forward.
I am passionate about helping people live fulfilling lives. I might be a good fit for you if you are looking for a compassionate, yet challenging perspective. I have experience working with those who have Eating Disorders, Mood Disorders, and Anxiety Disorders. I am trained in CPT to work with those who have PTSD.
I’m a licensed therapist with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds. I specialize in helping people navigate trauma, anxiety, and challenges with emotional regulation, especially when patterns feel overwhelming or hard to change.
I’m trained in several evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, DBT, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). This allows me to tailor therapy to your specific needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.
In our work together, I focus on creating a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where you can feel understood and not judged. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, whether you’re processing past experiences, learning new coping skills, or working toward deeper emotional healing.
I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, more in control of your emotions, and more connected to yourself as you move forward.
My journey into mental healthcare is deeply personal and rooted in both lived experience and resilience. I was drawn to this field through many of the challenges I have faced and overcome throughout my own life. One of the most transformative moments in my journey occurred after I acquired a disability, an experience that completely shifted my perspective on healing, vulnerability, and emotional wellness.
My personal experiences allow me to approach therapy with authenticity, compassion, and a deeper level of connection. I strive to create a therapeutic space where clients feel safe enough to be honest, explore their emotions without judgment, and move toward healing at their own pace.
Those experiences ultimately shaped not only my career path, but also the type of therapist I strive to be, which is someone who leads with empathy, values genuine human connection, and understands that healing often begins when people feel supported, empowered, and no longer alone in what they are carrying.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, and ongoing life stress. I believe therapy should feel steady and purposeful — a place where you can speak honestly about what’s heavy while also making meaningful progress.
My style is calm, grounded, and direct. I listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and help you recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we explore both where those patterns began and how they’re affecting your relationships, work, and sense of self today.
I integrate EMDR, CBT, and ACT to address the root of distress while also building practical skills for emotional regulation and clearer decision-making. I value depth, but I also value structure — therapy should not feel aimless.
I tend to work well with people who hold a lot together for others yet quietly carry internal stress, self-doubt, or unresolved experiences. I believe you don’t have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. When someone is ready to look beneath the surface, not just manage symptoms but understand and shift what’s underneath, that’s where meaningful change begins.
I assist with both civilians, veterans, and military being I am all of the following. This allows me to help more people because I have firsthand knowledge and experience. I help people to promote positive social changes in their life......one day at a time. I will have empowered the one that need empowering. Help work on the anger issues for those that need that assist.

Hello! I have been blessed to experience life through many meaningful roles, including being a daughter, wife, mother, Gigi, and friend. Each of these experiences has shaped the way I connect with others and has given me a deeper understanding of the joys, challenges, responsibilities, and transitions that people experience throughout life. I truly enjoy building genuine relationships and creating a space where people feel comfortable, valued, and heard. One of the things I love most about counseling is getting to know each person’s unique story and helping them identify their needs, goals, and strengths. I believe every individual deserves support, encouragement, and compassion as they navigate life’s challenges. My approach is centered on meeting people where they are while helping them discover practical ways to grow, heal, and move forward. Whether you are seeking support individually, as a couple, or as a family, I look forward to helping you work toward your goals.
Every person has a story. The culmination of experiences in one's life shapes how they view themselves, their relationships, and the world. I have a passion for helping clients celebrate their unique strengths and gifts they share with others. With experiences in both private practice and hospitals, I have noticed a particular need for clients to separate their view of themselves from their current difficulties and circumstances. In spite of where clients may find themselves at the moment, my belief is that they have overcome every difficulty, challenge, and trauma that they have faced up to the present moment. As such, they will withstand their current circumstances, and will again declare victory.
Break the generational cycles that compromise your clarity and presence. I provide a framework to navigate the 'unwritten rules'—the inherited expectations and family scripts—that drive burnout. We move beyond venting into a structured roadmap, designed to optimize your mental capacity for your family, your career, and your future stewardship.
This approach is for those who feels the weight of performance and expectations. We focus on Relational Integrity: the ability to be the person you want to be even when the pressure is high. We audit the 'Family Playbook'—the silent rules we grew up with that dictate how we handle conflict, pressure, and connection today. By understanding these blueprints, we don't just solve for stress; we restore the stability and quality of your home. It’s about moving from 'white-knuckling' your way through the day towards a reliable, clear-headed presence for the people who matter most.
Whether you are navigating burnout, career stress or simply trying to be a more grounded parent and partner, our sessions are a straightforward collaboration. I offer a space that is objective, structured, and goal oriented. We aren't here to dwell on the past; we are here to understand it so you can move forward with purpose and clarity. This is about ensuring the environment you’re building is one of stability and reliability.

My goal is to help you feel more comfortable, confident, and grounded in your life, one step at a time.
