Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Georgia. I am also licensed in South Carolina. I have a doctorate degree in counseling psychology and have been practicing for over 10 years. I help individuals identify their truth so they can live their most authentic life. I work with adults who are ready to take control of their thoughts and emotions to begin to authentically, consciously, and intentionally live their BEST LIFE!
My life experiences drew me to become a therapist and gave me a strong desire to help others on their paths. I have worked in a variety of settings, from schools, jails, and hospitals to private practice. I have specialized training in TF-CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, autism, and women's issues, including perinatal, postpartum, and perimenopausal/menopausal issues.
