The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My Counseling style is deeply rooted in my Christian faith and in Biblical Truth. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is my favorite clinical approach, but I am also very collaborative when it comes to finding the approach that is most useful for each individual client based on their personal goals and the challenges they are working through. I consider it the highest privilege to be invited into another person's journey, and it would be my honor to assist you. I look forward to joining you on your journey!

My treatment methods

Faith-based therapy

Faith is the stuff that hope is made of, so it is the starting point from which people of Faith begin their journey toward healing and wholeness. I provide an approach to counseling that honors faith as the foundation on which healing can be built and sustained.

Christian Counseling

I provide a counseling approach that is firmly rooted in Biblical Truth and in the love and grace of Christ.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT provides a framework to help understand and talk through the connections between our thoughts, feelings, and actions. When we are able to think more clearly about things, our feelings become more manageable and our actions more productive.

Trauma-Focused CBT

The way we experience traumatic events affects the way we think about ourselves and the world around us. I provide a counseling approach that helps clients understand how their experiences effect their thoughts, which in turn affect their emotions, and make adjustments that promote healing
