The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My goal is to provide a non-threatening, judgement free zone. When we are able to be our authentic self, without fear or reprisal, true self reflection begins. It is in this state, we are able to address our needs and desires from the therapeutic experience.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client would be someone who wants to take a leap of faith and make their life better. Rather it's navigating through challenges or deciding that the status quo is not enough anymore! Therapy is a process, there are no quick fixes. If you are ready to look inward, tackle the hard questions and be honest with yourself, I would love to take this journey with you!

My treatment methods

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

Utilizing DBT in my practice allows me to assist the client in managing their emotions. cope with difficult situations, improve relationships and make healthier choices.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

Utilizing ACT in my practice allows me to help clients realize that we can't always control what we think or feel, but we can learn how to respond positively to those experiences. Developing these skills will help us to choose our actions in a way that will not only be beneficial to us, but to others.
