My name is Dr. Ihuoma Ohamadike, a social worker and behavioral health professional dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and discover their capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change. Life can become overwhelming when depression, anxiety, past trauma, relationship struggles, or shame begin to affect your peace, confidence, and hope. You do not have to face these challenges alone. Finding the right therapist can be the first step toward meaningful change.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in South Carolina specializing in trauma, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, shame, and relationship challenges with adults.
For those who desire it, I offer Christian faith integration as part of the counseling process. I understand the importance faith can have in providing strength, identity, and healing. I also welcome clients who prefer a traditional clinical approach, and our work together will always be guided by your personal values and goals.
A significant focus of my practice is helping men who feel emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, burdened by shame, or affected by past experiences, relationship wounds, or trauma. Many people have spent years carrying struggles on their own. Together, we will identify what may be keeping you stuck, develop practical strategies for change, and work toward healthier relationships and greater emotional well-being.
My counseling style is practical, structured, and compassionate. I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and other therapeutic methods to help clients manage anxiety, process difficult experiences, change unhealthy patterns, and build skills for long-term growth.
I earned my Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Florida and have experience working with adults facing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, family conflict, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.
Taking the first step toward counseling is not always easy. My goal is to provide a safe, respectful, and encouraging environment where you feel heard, supported, and empowered as you move toward healing, confidence, and a more fulfilling life.

Hi, I’m Michelle. If you feel overwhelmed, disorganized, stuck in procrastination, or frustrated that everyday tasks seem harder than they should, you’re not alone, and you’re not lazy or broken.
I specialize in helping adults with ADHD, including those who are newly diagnosed, have lived with ADHD for years, or are beginning to wonder whether ADHD may explain some of their struggles. Together, we explore how ADHD may affect the way you think, feel, function, relate to others, and navigate everyday life.
My approach is warm, collaborative, practical, and strengths-based. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, psychoeducation, and executive-functioning support to help reduce shame, increase self-understanding, and build practical tools that fit your life and the way your brain works. When appropriate, I may also incorporate EMDR to address distressing experiences, chronic shame, or negative beliefs that have developed through years of criticism, rejection, or feeling misunderstood.
My work is also shaped by personal experience with ADHD, which has provided additional perspective alongside my professional training. This combination allows me to approach clients with both clinical expertise and an appreciation for the nuanced ways ADHD can affect daily life.
My goal is to help you feel more confident, capable, and supported in creating a life that works with your brain rather than against it. For clients who would like to incorporate their faith into therapy, I also offer Christian counseling in a supportive and natural way.
Integrating clinical expertise with Christian values, I strive to support emotional healing, resilience, and personal growth. I believe true healing occurs when mind, body, and spirit are nurtured together. My work focuses on helping clients manage stress, regulate emotions and move forward with hope, faith, and intention while honoring each individual's unique journey.
I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of South Florida and my graduate studies at the University of South Carolina. Throughout my career, I have served diverse populations, including children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and older adults.
I am a compassionate and down-to-earth therapist who believes that therapy should be a place where you feel comfortable, understood and able to be yourself. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families, and I strive to create a supportive environment where even difficult topics feel easier to talk about. I also believe there is room for appropriate humor, during therapy, sometimes being able to smile or laugh together can make the hard work feel a little less overwhelming. What you see in session, the laid back, goofy but can be blunt person is who you'd meet on the street if you saw me in public. Serious when serious is needed.
I'm a board-licensed therapist with extensive experience working with teens and adults. Life can feel heavy and overwhelming, and we don’t have to carry everything alone. I’m here to help shoulder some of that weight and guide you toward the life you’re envisioning. I practice from a holistic perspective, considering all aspects of your life and how they influence one another. Even when we focus on a single concern, we’ll explore the broader patterns and connections that shape your wellbeing. Growth is rarely linear, and we’ll navigate that journey together with intention and compassion to help you get lasting change.
I thrive with clients who understand they need to work for change, want to gain insight and value personal evolution. Sessions often lead to new insights, “aha” moments, and sometimes even a laugh or two. Humor doesn’t replace healing, but it sure can soften the edges of difficult moments.
For my qualifications, I’m have a bachelor’s in Social Work and a master’s degree in counseling earned back in 2013. My background spans substance abuse treatment, grief and trauma work, suicide prevention, attention concerns, and mood and anxiety disorders — I’ve walked alongside people through some of life’s toughest chapters. And if you’re interested in Law of Attraction coaching, I also offer that as a way to help you align your mindset with your goals and dreams.
Hi there! I am Stephen Kovacs a licensed clinical social worker with 5 years of experience helping adults who feel constantly “on edge” from anxiety and panic—always braced for the next shoe to drop, even when life looks fine from the outside. I’m licensed as an LISW-CP in South Carolina and an LCSW in North Carolina and Virginia and practice predominantly in the evenings via telehealth.
My focus is on high-responsibility adults who are tired of living in survival mode: racing thoughts, worst‑case scenarios, physical symptoms like a racing heart or tight chest, and the burnout that comes from holding everything together for everyone else. Together, we’ll slow things down, make sense of what anxiety and panic are doing in your body and your life, and build concrete tools to manage spirals, reduce avoidance, and feel more in control day to day—not with fluffy advice, but with step‑by‑step, doable changes.

My approach is nonjudgmental and trauma informed, meeting clients where they are with curiosity and compassion while creating a space for authentic growth and understanding.
I value appropriate self disclosure when it supports the therapeutic process and use my training and lived experience to help clients develop tools that genuinely serve them. My work draws from an eclectic foundation that includes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, and Somatic approaches. I also integrate alternative and mind body methods that expand healing beyond traditional talk therapy, supporting both emotional and physiological well-being.
I practice from an intersectional perspective, recognizing that our identities; race, gender, sexuality, neurotype, ability, culture, and lived experience intersect to shape how we move through the world and how the world responds to us. Healing requires honoring all of those parts.
I believe neurodivergence is not something to be fixed, but understood, supported, and celebrated. Therapy is a space to learn your brain, not fight against it, to understand how it works, and build systems of support that honor your authentic wiring.

I am Bromwell, a compassionate and experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Florida and South Carolina, specializing in anxiety, depression and coping/stress management skills. I’ve earned a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles and have 25 years of clinical experience. I believe that therapy is not just about addressing symptoms, but also about empowering you with skills and tools to thrive in your daily life. Through our sessions, you will learn practical techniques to manage stress, regulate your emotions, and cultivate a positive mindset. Together, well will explore your strengths and build resilience, enabling you to face life’s challenges with confidence and grace.
As a licensed clinical social worker, I am committed to collecting evidenced based "tools for my toolbox" to aid those grappling with finding the new normal after their world has shifted. I most love helping people find language to describe their losses, often when there has been difficulty finding the words, inspiring people to find hope again, and facilitate the development of a plan to move forward in a way that both honors their experiences and embraces the future.
I take an action-oriented, collaborative approach to therapy. I utilize a combination of psychoeducation, storytelling, and evidenced-based interventions to offer meaningful insight to support clients’ healing. I strongly believe that rock bottom is the foundation upon which we can rebuild our lives. We do regular check-ins to review progress along the way. Our goal is not to change the past, but instead to find some relief from symptoms that impact daily functioning. I will solicit feedback regularly during sessions for takeaways to gauge progress and curate treatment interventions based on what is most engaging and productive for the individual client.
