Siara Stewart
Hi there, I'm Siara. Do you feel pulled in a million directions? Are you struggling to keep up with your relationships, work and health? Is it hard to be kind to yourself?
In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hangups and habits holding you back.
I help woman manage anxiety and avoid burnout. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. We'll use a whole self approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit. I am a Christian individual and would love to incorporate principles of faith in our sessions as much as you are willing. Whether you're dealing with overwhelming feelings, relationship issues or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help. Seeking therapy has the potential to feel scary, but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hangups and habits holding you back. Let's work together!
First session
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. I will have you complete a questionnaire before session that we will review during our first session. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
Strengths
I provide a faith based perspective for clients and a safe place for them to process all that they are going through. I love to incorporate techniques that clients are interested in and provide a fresh perspective to what they are/have going/gone through.
Ideal clients
I am best positioned to serve Christian women, young professionals, married women, and mothers navigating adult life transitions and middle adulthood. My clients often seek support for anxiety, stress reduction, and building effective coping skills. They value faith-informed care, practical tools, and personal growth. I do not serve high-acuity clients, including those with active suicidal ideation or complex mood disorders.
Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I have used CBT since the beginning of my career. It’s helped dozens of clients challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their symptoms. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you live a more balanced life.
Christian Counseling
I am a Christian myself. I believe that there is power in relying on God for his guidance and also believe in helping my clients find skills to help live a more balanced life.
