I’m Kimberly Bryce, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and founder of Bloom Therapy and Wellness. I have five years of experience in mental and behavioral health, providing therapy since 2023. I work with people who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or caught in patterns they’re ready to change. My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I ask thoughtful questions, help you connect the dots, and work with you to find practical ways forward. Cultural responsiveness is central to my approach, with space for your identity, background, and lived experiences throughout our work together.

First session

Clients can expect to feel heard and leave with a clearer understanding of how we can work together. We’ll explore what brought them to therapy, how it affects their daily life, and what they want to change. I’ll help identify where to begin, with room for questions and a pace that allows them to feel comfortable opening up.

Strengths

I bring warmth, curiosity, and a practical approach to problem-solving. I listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and help you recognize patterns that may be difficult to see on your own. I balance support with honest feedback, keeping your culture, identity, and lived experiences in mind as we work toward changes that matter to you.

Ideal clients

I work well with people who are used to being the dependable one but have little room to fall apart themselves. They may spend hours replaying conversations, feel guilty saying no, or stay in relationships where their needs go unspoken. They want to understand why these patterns keep happening and what they can do differently. Together, we work on trusting their judgment, expressing their needs, and making decisions that support the life they want.

Treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors influence one another. We explore real situations, notice patterns such as assuming the worst or blaming yourself, and consider more balanced perspectives. Together, we practice practical responses you can use outside of therapy, whether that means approaching something you’ve been avoiding, communicating a need, or responding to yourself with less criticism.
