I am Jeff, like it says on this page. I love games of all kinds and dogs of all kinds. I sit crosslegged on chairs when I can and enjoy kneading dough for baking. I'm verbose and use words as if they were legos.
I have worked in hospitals, community mental health centers, a retirement home and now I am content to be in private practice. I have experience with crises, sudden life transitions and choices that seem impossible to come back from.
I'm familiar with being awkward and have experience being the outcast. I became a therapist because there were many times earlier in my life where I needed support and guidance from someone who could understand me without being judgmental or controlling. Being a strange enough person already, I never quite found someone empathetic towards my situation until meeting my first therapist - a literally life changing experience.
Even with almost 10 years as a therapist, I'm certainly not claiming that I'll change your life as a guarantee just because of who I am - a therapist helped me see that so much change came about by my own efforts over the years, change that you can also be empowered to pursue. I am the sort of person that will work in your interest, work for your health when it feels like illness gets in the way. If you happen to be someone or know someone that often puts others before themselves at the expense of wants and needs for themselves, then you may know me pretty well already.
Transparently, I am not using AI in any form to write anything you read here about myself or my methods.
My name is Vincent Lamont and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (Pennsylvania). Entering therapy can be a difficult decision for most people. I am committed to gently guiding my clients toward a place of relief from emotional distress and an enhanced sense of well-being. Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Pennsylvania. I received my Masters from California University of PA in 2010 and have been practicing for 14 years. I help women struggling through infertility, loss, reproductive trauma, grief, and anxiety. I hold the strong belief that people are perfectly imperfect and believe that each individual is beautiful and spectacular but can also become stuck, unhappy and unable to live a fulfilling life. That’s where therapy with me comes in. My experience allows me to understand the best ways to address each client’s needs in an effective manner. I am flexible in my approach and use collaboration as the basis of therapy. I have worked with a diverse population of individuals and have experience in treating an array of diagnoses, including PTSD, Loss/Miscarriage and Postpartum Issues, Depression, OCD, Life Transitions, and Anxiety. I work with clients from a strength-based, positive, and affirming perspective to assist clients in learning the skills necessary to cope with depression, anxiety, relationship issues/family concerns, sexual trauma, unresolved emotional issues, grief and loss, self-esteem/self-empowerment issues, and more. I utilize a blend of Dialectal Behavioral Therapy and Client-Centered Therapy while also incorporating elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. These advanced methods promote healing and desired change in a unique, gentle, and respectful manner. I specialize in working to empower women who are struggling to heal from trauma and anxiety related issues. When not working, I enjoy snuggling with my dog and spending time with my family.

Life transitions, relationships in flux, maybe you haven't felt like yourself recently. Navigating hard emotions that keep you up a night, or preoccupy thinking, might be holding you back from enjoying activities and relationships you once did. Reasons for seeking therapy are unique and individual to you. You are deserving of a therapist who will build a space for you to be vulnerable with your story and emotions. Together, we can build a path forward through empathetic processing, acceptance, skill building, and goal planning.
Therapy is like a compass, it doesn't provide all the answers, but it provides direction. Focusing on your strengths, presenting problem, and future goals, our time together will be spent targeting false thoughts, realizing potential, and building trust in yourself.

Hello and welcome to my practice. I work exclusively with people in their 20s through their 30s. Please disregard the platform, which is programmed for Age Groups 18 - 64.
This stage of life can bring many questions about direction, purpose and relationships. Together, we'll facilitate how you want to show up in the world. Perhaps you're feeling stuck, unsure of your next step, or noticing patterns that no longer serve you. Together, we’ll take time to explore what’s getting in the way of the life you want to live. Psychotherapy is a space where you can show up, be your authentic self, slow down, reflect, and begin to experience yourself in a setting to realize yourself. Our conversations will focus on how you relate to your thoughts, feelings, body and the people around you as well as to the broader world. By paying close attention to your speech, we can begin to grasp patterns and themes that are facilitating you to flourish and those that are keeping you stuck. My goal is to support you as you gain greater freedom to choose how you create your lived experience. Let's talk.
I am licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) committed to helping people heal and grow from their past and live an authentic life. I help clients navigate life transitions: college/young adulthood, becoming caregivers for parents, perimenopause/menopause, and coming to terms with late-diagnosed neurodivergence. I am especially passionate about helping people navigate relationships with emotionally immature parents and adults. In addition to clinical work, I also have a background in higher education and career counseling.
As a therapist—and as someone living with Type 1 diabetes—I understand firsthand the emotional, psychological, and relational toll that chronic illness can take. Managing a lifelong condition doesn’t just affect the body; it can impact your identity, relationships, and emotional well-being. This lived experience allows me to bring a deeper level of empathy, insight, and authenticity to my work with clients facing similar challenges.
In my practice, I also specialize in working with individuals and couples dealing with the complex and often painful realities of addiction, recovery, and relational distress. These experiences can leave people feeling stuck, isolated, or overwhelmed, but you don’t have to navigate them alone. Whether you’re working to rebuild trust in a relationship, find freedom from substance use, or heal from past wounds, I’m here to support you with compassion and respect.
I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can speak openly and honestly about your struggles. My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based practices tailored to your unique needs and goals. Together, we will explore what’s holding you back and build the tools you need to move forward—at your own pace, and on your own terms.
No matter where you are in your journey, my goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change.

Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Pennsylvania. I received my Masters degree from Rosemont University in 2015 and have been practicing for over 10 years. My professional experience in residential, community, and both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings has provided me the opportunity to develop a diverse range of skills that I implement in sessions. I work with teens and adults who seek to improve their communication skills, stress management, self-esteem, life transitions, and any symptoms related to mental health diagnoses.

I am a licensed professional therapist dedicated to helping individuals overcome life’s challenges through a compassionate, client-centered approach. Specializing in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and psychoeducation, I empower clients by helping them understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while equipping them with practical tools to foster lasting change. In addition to CBT, I integrate dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and mindfulness-based practices, offering a well-rounded therapeutic experience that supports emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and overall mental well-being.
I work with individuals navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, and major life transitions, providing a safe and supportive space to explore their emotions, gain clarity, and develop healthy coping strategies. My approach is tailored to each client’s unique needs, ensuring that therapy remains a collaborative and meaningful journey. Whether you’re seeking to break unhelpful patterns, build resilience, or simply gain a deeper understanding of yourself, I am committed to guiding you with evidence-based techniques that foster self-awareness, emotional healing, and personal growth. My ultimate goal is to empower you with the skills and confidence needed to navigate life’s complexities with greater ease and fulfillment.
