(she/her)
Hi! I am Dr. Diana Wilcox, Ph.D. and received my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 1990. I also completed a year-long internship at the Maimondies Medical and Community Mental Health Center in Brooklyn, NY. I have worked in teaching, research, and clinical practice. I go by "Dr. D." for short. Are you feeling anxious or depressed? Do you have obsessive thoughts? I empower high performing adult men and women to manage anxiety, obsessive thoughts, and depression. Ready to hear more? I provide a safe, compassionate, and nurturing therapeutic relationship for you to both heal and grow. While spirituality is not a necessity for therapy, Christian-based techniques are available for those who desire that approach. ***For more information, see my website at GoldenChatTherapy.com.*** At the website you can also hear my podcast Golden Chat! Prepare to embrace your future!
In our first session, we will get to know each other. I will have a number of questions for you, but even in that first session, I will be providing some strategies and relief for you.
My biggest strengths are compassion and effective teaching. I help high powered adult men and women manage anxiety, obsessive thoughts, and depression, to help them move forward in their lives. ***For more information, see my website at GoldenChatTherapy.com.*** You can reach my personal reception team at: 646-687-9932
