Hi! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania. I received my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Immaculata University. I’ve spent the last seven years helping individuals lead more fulfilling lives. I am a support to help work through day-to-day difficulties, anxiety, depression, career and school challenges, break ups, difficult relationships with family and friends and major life changes. My work as a therapist and high school counselor has allowed me to support my clients through life’s various obstacles.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with teens and adults for the past 7 years My style is person centered, warm and compassionate. Some of the modalities I integrate into our work together are positive psychology, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and somatic techniques.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I work with teens and adults who are navigating difficult times, whether it’s dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, low self esteem, managing relationships, or healing from past wounds.

My treatment methods

Person-centered (Rogerian)

I tailor my approach to meet the needs of each individual with the understanding that we are all unique. I integrate positive psychology, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and somatic techniques.

Motivational Interviewing

Motivational interviewing can be used to empower clients to help understand their reasons for change through a collaborative and supportive process that involves exploring goals and barriers in a non-judgmental environment.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I utilize CBT to help clients identify and challenge negative thought patterns and beliefs that contribute to their emotional distress and maladaptive behaviors. By collaboratively developing coping strategies and practical skills, clients can learn to modify their thoughts and responses, leading to improved emotional regulation and healthier behavior.

Humanistic

I foster a supportive and empathetic environment that encourages self-exploration and personal growth. Together we focus on developing a deeper understanding of self, promoting authenticity and self acceptance through unconditional positive regard and reflection.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

By incorporating mindfulness techniques such as meditation and breathing exercises, clients learn to observe their thoughts and emotions non judgmentally, fostering a greater sense of peace and emotional regulation
