My approach also includes a peek into your lifestyle and how we can improve that to support better mental health (like improving your sleep quality and energy). In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session, we will take a few minutes for introductions, get a few "house keeping" items taken care of and then we will dive right into that brought you to therapy. My goal is to learn as much as I can about you and your unique situation so we can hit the ground running and so you can leave the session feeling confident.

I primarily work with adults struggling with the following issues: stress/burnout, anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, life coaching needs, life transitions, sleep/insomnia, self-esteem, weight loss, women's issues, obesity/body image. I also have specialized experience working with Veterans and military families.
