Hi, I'm Gioia (Sounds like "Joya"), and welcome. It may have taken courage to find yourself here, so well done, you.
I am a Board Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who is flexible, affirming and joyful. I seek to find the potential in all things - even the hard, dark stuff. My own lived experience with neurodivergence and chronic illness greatly inform my practice. I use a compassionate, person-centered approach that is solution focused; I seek to incorporate creativity, mind-body connection, and unconditional positive regard in our work together. One can expect to gain psychoeducation, coping skills, and distress tolerance skills to meet one's goals and reach the place one hopes to be. It is my goal to create a space for individuals that is laid back, safe, silly, and affirming so that clients may show up as their full, authentic self. I hope that one leaves our sessions feeling grounded, witnessed, and a lot less alone.

Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in rural Pennsylvania. I have been in the field for nearly 10 years in multiple roles and environments. I believe that everyone can benefit from therapy. My approach to therapy is simple, it is about you the client. In therapy we will work on and discuss what you want to work on and discuss. Hello, my name is Dr Jeff Geibel PhD. I am a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania. I have worked as a counselor/therapist in the mental health field for 33 years. I hold a MA in Counseling Psychology and a PhD in Clinical Psychology. I have held several Director level positions across various treatment settings ranging from psychiatric inpatient to low level outpatient. I need to congratulate you on entering therapy/counseling as seeking help is very hard, but in many cases, a needed step towards increasing one's quality of life. I believe it is a privilege to be able to accompany you on this journey.
I approach therapy as a relational process, not a place where you come to be fixed. You’re not a problem to solve; you’re a person with a history, patterns that make sense, and a way of being in the world that developed for a reason. In our work together, we slow things down and get curious about what’s underneath the surface. I’m interested in who you are, not just what’s wrong. My goal is to create a space that feels real, thoughtful, and nonjudgmental, where you can begin to understand yourself more deeply and move toward something that feels more connected and meaningful.
Hi, I’m Julie — I’m glad you’re here.
Life can feel overwhelming at times. Maybe your thoughts won’t slow down, you’re constantly worrying about what comes next, you feel stretched thin by the demands of everyday life, or you’re struggling to understand why certain things seem harder than they should. Sometimes, we simply need a supportive space to slow down, make sense of what we’re experiencing, and figure out what we want moving forward.
I primarily work with adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, and women’s mental health concerns. I’m especially interested in helping people better understand how their minds work and how their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and experiences all connect. I also frequently work with women through the many transitions and challenges that can come with fertility issues, pregnancy and postpartum.
My style is warm, energetic, and conversational. I’m engaged, curious, and genuinely interested in getting to know you. I want therapy to feel like a collaborative space where you can be yourself, talk openly, laugh when it feels right, and work together toward meaningful change.
In therapy, I believe you should feel supported without feeling like someone is telling you how to live your life. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in your way, identify your strengths, and find practical strategies that fit you, specifically! I love seeing people take charge of their lives, whether we are setting meaningful goals, trying new approaches, discovering what works, and gaining confidence along the way.
Therapy is a place to process what you’re going through, but it can also be a place to discover where you want to go next. My goal is to help you feel more understood, grounded, and confident as you move forward.
Hi, friends call me Kate. I have been Board Certified for 22 years and bring a variety of work experience to the table. I am retired from outpatient behavioral health at a Regional Hospital and work part time exclusively doing telehealth. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in both Connecticut and Pennsylvania.
Are you going through a rough patch in your life? Sometimes when life gets tough, it helps to share that burden with someone else. Voicing your hardships with a professional experienced therapist Is the first step in helping you to feel better.
Is it hard for you to balance work life and home life? Let’s work together so that we can create a way to better handle the stress that life presents.
If you need tools to better cope with anxiety and depression, we can work on that. Perhaps you are grieving a loved one or a lost lifestyle.
I’ve had lots of experience with parent coaching and enjoy helping families live a more positive life.
I’m a licensed clinical social worker dedicated to helping individuals navigate anxiety, trauma, and life transitions through a supportive, collaborative, and evidence-based approach. I provide therapy that blends compassion with practical tools—drawing from modalities like CBT, narrative therapy, and psychodynamic insight—to help clients understand themselves, heal from the past, and build more fulfilling lives. My goal is to create a safe space where you can be heard, challenged, and empowered
In this world where even feelings seem to have their own set of feelings, and emotional rollercoasters are our daily ride, I'm here to be your compass through the ups, downs and sideways of life. And, yes, a touch of humor is my secret weapon. What sets me apart? I've mastered the art of infusing every day jingles and anecdotes into therapy sessions, because, let's face it, sometimes a deep breath, a giggle and a chocolate chip cookie can work wonders on almost any mood. I am eagerly looking forward to connecting with clients who appreciate an authentic and down to earth counseling style. Let's navigate the complexities of life and feelings together.

Welcome! I provide a safe space for those who are experiencing negative thoughts and feelings that impact their daily lives as well as their relationships with partners, family, friends, colleagues, and peers. I also specialize in hoarding disorder; providing psychoeducation on its causes and largely misunderstood symptoms, helping those who are directly affected by it learn to manage their behaviors, and counseling those who are indirectly affected by it learn how to cope with its impact.
You’re the one everyone depends on — the one who keeps showing up, pushing through, and holding everything together for everyone else. But underneath it all, you may be feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, anxious, or disconnected from yourself. Maybe you spend so much time caring for others that your own needs have been pushed to the side. If that sounds familiar, you are not alone, and you do not have to carry it all by yourself anymore.
Welcome, I’m Sharmane Jackson, a therapist based in Pennsylvania, and I’m truly glad you’re here. I provide a warm, supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. Therapy with me is about helping you feel heard, supported, and empowered while working toward meaningful change.
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, self-esteem challenges, life transitions, relationship stress, emotional overwhelm, and the emotional weight of constantly pouring into others while neglecting themselves. My approach is compassionate, human-centered, and culturally responsive, blending emotional support with practical tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and emotionally balanced in your daily life.
Together, we may explore patterns that leave you feeling stuck, strengthen coping skills and boundaries, process difficult emotions, and create more space for your own needs without guilt. I believe healing happens in spaces where people feel safe enough to be honest, vulnerable, and fully themselves.
Whether you’re seeking clarity, healthier relationships, or simply a place where you no longer have to carry everything alone, therapy can be the beginning of feeling like yourself again.
Taking the first step can feel intimidating, but you’ve already started by being here. I would be honored to support you in your healing and growth.
Welcome. I know reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe, seen, and understood. My goal is to provide a compassionate and nonjudgmental environment where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and life experiences at your own pace.
I work with individuals who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem, or feeling emotionally overwhelmed. Many of my clients are people who have spent years caring for others while neglecting their own needs and are now ready to begin prioritizing their healing and personal growth.
My approach is integrative and personalized because I believe every person’s story and healing journey is unique. I incorporate supportive therapy, trauma-focused care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and narrative therapy to help clients better understand themselves, develop healthier coping strategies, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.
Together, we will work to identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, process painful experiences with care and intention, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with your strengths and sense of self. I believe healing happens not only through insight, but also through feeling empowered, supported, and genuinely accepted.
Whether you are navigating a difficult season of life or seeking deeper self-understanding and growth, I welcome the opportunity to walk alongside you in your journey toward healing and balance.

"True success is the predictable result of hard work, patience, sacrifice & learning put into practice everyday." - Unknown
Hey there! Thank you for sliding on past my profile and the above quote is essential to not only my mindset in how I approach everyday as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) but also how I want to assist in creating a space for my clients. I am currently based in Pennsylvania & have over 10 years of experience working with an array of clients. I have helped many from young adults to older adults take a deep dive within themselves to challenge thoughts, perspectives and beliefs that create a mental and emotional limitation on becoming a more empowered and improved version of themselves. My goal is to respectfully challenge and guide clientele to look within themselves since they are the best expert on their own life and choices so that they can discover the innate skills and abilities that can take them to higher heights within their situations and lives.
Asking for help is hard. When life gets to be overwhelming, talking about the issues can help organize your thoughts. The therapeutic relationship is the most important tool we'll use! We'll work on building trust, a sense of safety, and open communication to identify how we can improve on your already existing coping skills, supports, and knowledge. I utilize an eclectic approach to best meet your needs. I believe that being kind and compassionate with yourself is the first step to healing and creating change.
I enjoy providing therapy for women and adolescents 14 and up. I love working with women and teens on issues such as grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and relationship/family problems. I can offer compassion and a safe space to explore what's going wrong and what we can do about it.
Taking the first step is the hardest. I'd love to work with you on your journey to improved mental health.
Hello, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida as well as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania. I received my Masters of Science in Counseling Psychology from Chatham University in 2011. I have been practicing as a counselor for 15 years. I help clients identify, develop, and implement positive coping skills that target specific areas of need within their daily lives. I also help the client to establish a positive and safe environment in which they feel comfortable discussing their concerns and experiences.
I have a variety of experience working with anxiety, depression, parents and children, as well as young adults. I utilize the most appropriate method of treatment to you during the session, with empathy and understanding. I look at the “whole person” and not just the presenting issue that brought you to consider making a positive change and help challenge you to meet your goals!
Do you feel lost on your path? Our life's journey is not always as clear as we would like it to be. We find ourselves in doubt and unsure - sometimes about work or family life or our romantic relationships. As we hurry through life fulfilling multiple roles, we can lose touch with our authentic Self and symptoms of depression may appear.
Valleys are a natural part of everyone's life but you do not need to suffer through these alone. I will be here for you, to listen and give you the safe space to figure things out. It is often in the hard times that we grow the most. I am here for you.
My work focuses particularly on spirituality, addiction, and concerns related to sex and pornography addiction. I bring a wide range of life experiences into my work and offer a relaxed, approachable presence in each session. We’ve all received messages throughout our lives—some that have supported us and others that have caused harm. Together, we can begin to sort through those experiences and let go of what no longer serves you. I take a holistic approach, recognizing that we are more than just our minds, and I intentionally integrate the body and spirituality into the work. My background is in progressive Christianity, while remaining open and respectful of all spiritual paths. I believe people grow most effectively in relationship—with support, insight, and accountability guiding the process.

Hi, I’m George. I’m not just a mental health therapist, but a health therapist. Mind and body are always connected, so I use an integrative approach to help people achieve wellness both mentally and physically. Are you depressed and also have chronic pain? I’m a doctor of behavioral health and licensed professional counselor committed to helping clients make meaningful changes in their lives. My work focuses on targeting ineffective behaviors, increasing use of healthy coping skills, and empowering clients to engage in actions that are aligned with their values. I strongly believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals.
Provides down to earth, common sense therapy sessions with no judgement or evasiveness. I have a holistic view of therapy.... mainly using CBT but will use other formats if that is what you need to make your life better. I care and I am invested in every person who comes to me for therapy sessions. My goal is to see my clients develop a happy and wholesome life.
I work with adults who may look like they have things together on the outside but internally feel anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or simply exhausted from carrying everything on their own. You may be dealing with anxiety, relationship difficulties, grief or loss, major life changes, identity concerns, work stress, or just the feeling that something in your life needs to change.
My approach is warm, straightforward, and down-to-earth. Therapy with me is a real conversation—not a clinical interrogation or a place where you have to say the “right” thing. We’ll work together to understand what’s happening, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical ways to move forward.
I also incorporate evidence-based approaches, including CBT, while tailoring therapy to the person in front of me. You won’t get a one-size-fits-all approach. My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling understood, but also with greater clarity about yourself and where you want to go next.
In addition to my therapy work, I also work as an ICU nurse, which has deeply influenced my perspective on stress, trauma, and the complexity of being human. That experience allows me to bring a grounded, compassionate, and realistic understanding of life’s pressures into the therapy room.
Outside of work, I value quiet, restorative time. I enjoy working out, staying active, and taking care of my own well-being. I love spending time at home with my husband and our pets, and I’m a big fan of unwinding with a good movie. I believe balance, connection, and moments of calm are essential — not just luxuries — and I often help clients explore how to build more of that into their own lives.

I received my bachelor’s in psychology from Temple University and my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lock Haven University. I have experience working in residential drug and alcohol treatment, halfway houses, mobile therapy, and outpatient therapy.
As everyone is different in their own way, I utilize a person-centered approach to meet each individual where they are. I enjoy utilizing goal setting to help each individual measure their progress and feel accomplished. I look forward to working with you!
I help adults work through depression, anxiety, trauma, attention and executive functioning challenges, and times of change and uncertainty—especially when they’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or relying on coping patterns that no longer serve them. I specialize in working with young adults, college students, recent graduates, and men exploring questions of identity, relationships, purpose, and direction. Clients often describe me as warm, thoughtful, and genuinely curious, appreciating both the ease of our conversations and the depth of our work. My approach is relational and insight-oriented: together, we’ll explore not only what’s causing pain today, but also the patterns and relationships that shape how you experience yourself and others.
