Serving Adults Across Ohio and Pennsylvania — Teletherapy. Life can feel overwhelming — but it doesn’t have to stay that way. With over 22 years of experience, I help adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions using a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach. My style is collaborative, compassionate, and always focused on empowering you to become the author of your own story. Licensed in both Ohio and Pennsylvania, I offer flexible options to meet you where you are. Ohio clients can choose between in-person sessions at my office (limited availability) or virtual care. Pennsylvania clients are seen through secure online sessions — bringing quality counseling to you no matter where you are in the state.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session is about one thing above all else — you. While I do have a gentle structure to help us get started, I follow your lead. There is no script, no checklist to rush through, and no pressure to share more than you are ready to. We'll start by covering some important basics — how the process works, what confidentiality means for you, and what you can expect from our time together. From there, I want to hear your story in your own words. What brought you here, what's been weighing on you, and what you're hoping life could look like on the other side of this. By the end of our first session, my goal is for you to leave feeling three things: heard, understood, and hopeful. You'll have a clearer sense of how we'll work together and some initial direction for the road ahead. There are no wrong answers here. You don't have to have it all figured out to show up — that's what I'm here for.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

In 22 years of practice, the thing I hear most often from clients is some version of the same sentiment: "I've never felt this understood before." That means everything to me — because feeling truly heard is not just a nice part of therapy, it is the foundation everything else is built on. What sets my approach apart is simple: I meet you exactly where you are. Not where I think you should be, not where others expect you to be — where you actually are, right now. From that starting point, we build. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as our framework, we work together to uncover the patterns driving your thoughts and behaviors, develop practical tools you can use in real life — not just in session — and grow the kind of self-awareness that creates lasting, meaningful change. Clients don't just leave our work together feeling better. They leave knowing themselves more deeply, trusting themselves more fully, and equipped with the confidence to handle what life throws their way. That is the work I show up for every single day.
