Join me on the journey toward inner peace and happiness! We can work through this difficult time together. I use compassionate, evidenced-based techniques. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow! I look forward to hearing from you soon!
Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in the same patterns? You don’t have to navigate it alone.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly 25 years of experience helping children, adolescents, and families create healthier relationships, manage anxiety, and build emotional resilience. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs.
I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Ecosystemic Family Structural Therapy (EFST) to help clients better understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. Together, we identify negative or recurring thought patterns that may be contributing to stress, anxiety, or emotional challenges, and develop practical tools to create lasting change.
Whether your child is struggling emotionally, your teen feels overwhelmed, or your family is facing challenges in communication or connection, therapy can provide support, clarity, and effective strategies for growth and healing.
My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward with confidence.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel difficult, but meaningful change is possible. I look forward to supporting you and your family on that journey.
Hi there,
I’m Elizabeth, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience working with teens and adults. I’m passionate about helping people navigate challenges, break through patterns that keep them feeling stuck, and create meaningful change. Through our work together, we will explore the thoughts and feelings that may be holding you back, build on your strengths, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself. Rather than trying to push away or change difficult thoughts and feelings, we will work together to help you develop a different relationship with them, so they feel more manageable and less able to hold you back from living a life that feels meaningful to you.
As a therapist, I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each individual, drawing on evidence-based practices to help clients navigate challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful change. I’m here to walk alongside you with warmth, curiosity, and a deep respect for your unique story.
I see individuals, couples, families, including support for adolescents and college-aged clients. My approach is client-centered and solution-focused, helping individuals overcome challenges like anxiety, OCD, trauma, low self-esteem, ADHD, and relationship issues.
With experience as a high school counselor and in residential treatment settings, I offer compassionate, collaborative care. I’m here to help you heal, grow, and build the skills to thrive.

In our first few sessions, we'll take time to understand what's brought you to therapy and what your're hoping will feel different. From there, I'll share tools you can practice between sessions, but we'll always move at a pace that feels right to you. I work especially well with clients who are ready to show up and do the work. Hi, I'm a therapist with over thirty years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families and historically getting positive results. I tend to work with families with special members such as teens and seniors. I have always worked with teens as it seemed to be a population others found difficult, but I liked the challenge. Now that I am a senior, I better understand the needs of our demographic. I tend to utilize a Family Systems approach which sees the individual in a family context as the majority has grown up in some form of family, whether related by blood or not. I've also taught Marriage and Family Therapy through what is now Drexel University's Family Therapy Program and have offered professional Supervision as a Clinical Member and Approved Supervisor of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. By working with the client in a collaborative, goal setting manner, faster more positive results seem to be achieved.
I am a psychotherapist who works with a diverse population of people. My goal is to collaborate with individuals to assist them in achieving their therapy goal(S). My treatment modalities are cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, and Ericksonian hypnotherapy approaches. Although I used these modalities, I do not use a one size fits all approach. I am a think-out-of-the-box clinician that will often challenge clients to try approaches that may be out of their comfort zone. Some examples of my experience include working with individual clients on developing skills in coping with mental health conditions/diagnosis, life stress, finding balance, and improving self-esteem. Although I use these approaches, my clients tell me it feels like we are having a conversation as opposed to feeling like they are in a therapy session. I have a specialization in working with Veterans, LGBTQI, men, and people of color populations. However, I work with all people who are seeking mental health services. I am licensed in DC (LICSW), VA (LCSW), MD (LCSW-C), and PA (LCSW). I have BS in Human Ecology, BA in Humanities from The Ohio State University, MSW from San Jose State University and Post Masters fellowship in mental health from Stanford University.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Pennsylvania, as well as a Nationally Certified Counselor. I bring the variety of experiences that over 20 years of working in the mental health field offers. I hold an MS from Grand Canyon University and have over 25 years of experience in counseling. I have owned and founded The Counselor's Heart Therapeutic Services since 2019. People often "move forward with time, but never move on," meaning they move on with time but never move on from past hurts. I aim to help clients move forward to live productive and healthy lives, guided by their faith in God, and free from the burden of past trauma.

Hello, I’m Mike McInerney, a part-time private therapist for adults. I have been counseling adults and families for more than 20 years.
Maybe you found me searching for online counseling services or maybe you were referred here by a friend or family member. First and foremost, I wish you well. Life is full of challenges and we could all use a little help.
Currently, I am open to working with a small handful of clients online on Mondays/Tuesdays. My approach is inviting, and warm, and I use humor if/when appropriate. Working with a therapist should be tailored to meet your needs.
Some people need a safe, confidential space to explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Other people prefer a more solution-focused approach. Working together, we will figure out what is best for you.
Please feel free to contact me. (Responses are typically in 48hrs)
My roles have included case management, management, and professional counseling. The numerous professional opportunities I have experienced with various populations has allowed me to find a place to dedicate myself to a career of serving exceptional individuals and working with numerous health care providers in the community.
My approach is holistic and refers to the whole-person rather than focusing on specific ailments, although topic specific symptoms will also be addressed and discussed as necessary.
