Hi, I’m Mimi, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, navigating a life transition, experiencing stress or anxiety, or simply seeking a space to better understand yourself, I’m here to support you. Over the past four years, I’ve provided therapy in outpatient behavioral health, substance use treatment, higher education, and private practice settings. These experiences have allowed me to support individuals from diverse backgrounds and across a range of life experiences. I especially enjoy working with adolescents, college students, and young to middle-aged adults. I’m also passionate about providing culturally responsive, affirming care to individuals within the BIPOC community. I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to experience emotional wellness, personal growth, and greater clarity. Healing is a journey that takes time, support, and self-reflection. At Ponder and Process™ Counseling Services, LLC, I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can explore challenges, process life experiences, gain insight, strengthen coping skills, and develop the tools needed to create meaningful and lasting change. When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy reading, spending time with family, and taking long walks with my dog. These activities help me stay grounded and present—qualities I strive to bring into each therapy session. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable showing up as your authentic self and know that you will be met with compassion, respect, and understanding.

Hi, I’m Tiffany McGilloway, a licensed psychotherapist who takes a holistic, mind–body approach to healing. I believe therapy isn’t just about understanding your thoughts — it’s about reconnecting with yourself in a deeper, more compassionate way. I’ve been working in mental health since 2010 and have experience supporting adults, adolescents, and families in settings such as crisis programs, schools, and intensive outpatient care. Over time, my work has evolved to focus on helping people who feel overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. My approach blends evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), along with Mindfulness and Somatic practices. I’m also a Registered Yoga Teacher with advanced training in therapeutic yoga, which informs how I help clients understand and regulate their nervous systems. I’m especially passionate about helping people rebuild their relationship with themselves — developing self-trust, self-compassion, and a stronger sense of identity. In our work together, we explore not only what’s happening in your life, but how your mind and body are responding to it. My style is compassionate, grounded, and direct. I aim to create a space where you feel genuinely supported while also developing practical tools for meaningful change.

As of 1/7/2025 only accepting individual clients for new referrals! My passion is working with children, teenagers, young adults, couples and families to process trauma and difficult experiences so they can experience growth and healing within themselves and their relationships. Through my work with individuals and family's I have learned the deep importance of understanding "what has happened" to people rather than viewing people through the lens of "what is wrong with people". Likewise, the importance of understanding one's family of origin and how this shapes our views of people and the world and impacts how we relate with people and navigate our world. I work from a relational, psychodynamic, family-systems, trauma-informed, and neurobiological perspective. Feel free to reach out for more information!

Hello and welcome! My name is Danielle, and I am a licensed LPC with over twenty years of experience working in clinical, school, and home settings. I recognize the increasing complexity of modern life. With each year, we accumulate more experiences, both positive and negative, that we are expected to process while "keeping it all together". I have a Master's Degree in Education from West Chester University, which I enthusiastically use to help my clients learn to thrive in our challenging world. I view every client relationship as a unique opportunity to serve as a positive and impactful influence that inspires lasting and meaningful change. I’m a compassionate, down-to-earth therapist who shows up with heart, honesty, and a little bit of grit. I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm—and I don’t shy away from the hard stuff. As a mom of three, I know firsthand how beautifully messy life can be. Between the chaos and the carpool, I’ve learned the power of resilience, humor, and staying grounded. I love to laugh, I prioritize working out to keep my mind and body strong, and I cherish quality time with my family and friends. That balance of strength and joy is something I intentionally bring into the therapy room. My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in deep cultural awareness. I create a space that feels safe, respectful, and real—where clients can exhale, be fully themselves, and feel truly understood. Using cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, and strengths-based strategies, I help clients build practical tools, tap into their inner fire, and move forward with clarity and confidence. Therapy with me is collaborative, empowering, and focused on meaningful, lasting change. and include that I have 18 years a school counselor and try to mesh how this make me approparite for therapy.e.

However, as your therapist, it’s my job to coach you through the discomfort and encourage you to make insights into lasting change. I am passionate about working with individuals who are experiencing a moment or series of events in their life that seem difficult, unacceptable, or painful. I am here to listen, support, guide, and help you to work through those moments, as well as celebrate your wins and successes. "This too shall pass" moments are an absolute truth in life, and I look forward to working with you while they do. I am a clinical social worker with a decade of experience supporting adolescents, adults, and older adults through life's most pressing challenges. Before transitioning into clinical practice, I worked within organizations helping employees navigate workplace stress and the broader life issues that often accompany it. My own life transition during that time deepened my appreciation for the courage it takes to seek support, and I now draw on those transferable skills alongside my academic and work experiences as a master's in social work and doctorate in organizational behavior professional. I bring a compassionate, integrative, and culturally responsive approach that meets each client where they are, helping you build meaningful coping skills, deepen self-understanding, and move toward sustainable change.

I offer a safe, empathic, and caring space to talk openly about whatever you're experiencing, for whatever reason brought you here. Sometimes you may simply need someone who will listen without trying to fix everything. Other times, you may want help making sense of your thoughts and emotions, gaining a neutral perspective, challenging unhelpful thought patterns, or finding a new way to look at a difficult situation.

Hello and welcome to Grow Therapy. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I have worked in the mental health field since 1998. First, with my bachelors degree and later doing clinical work after earning my master's degree. I believe taking care of our mental health should be as accepted and routine as taking care of our physical health. Therapy can help us to be the best versions of ourselves. Life is a beautiful mess. Sometimes everything seems to be going our way. And other times, it can leave us feeling overwhelmed, confused, and off balance. I would like to offer guidance and support as you navigate those ups and downs.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (PA & WV) with 10 years of experience in outpatient mental health. I specialize in supporting individuals — both adolescents and adults — navigating the aftermath of trauma, loss, adoption/foster care challenges, grief, anxiety, and depression. With children and teens, I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF‑CBT), integrating trauma‑informed strategies tailored to younger clients. With adults, I use trauma-informed interventions alongside cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), adapting my approach to each person’s unique story, strengths, and pace. Being adopted myself has deeply shaped my passion for adoption and foster care work — not just as a professional interest, but from lived experience. I understand the layers of identity, connection, loss, and belonging that come with these journeys, and I bring that insight to my practice with empathy and sensitivity. I also maintain ongoing training in areas such as grief work, anxiety, depression, and relational dynamics to ensure I’m bringing current practices to our work.
