Welcome to Grow Therapy! My focus as a mental health therapist is to guide my client through the emotional ebb and flow of life. When one experiences turbulence in life, whether it be depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues and so much more, I aim to sit with them. Extending my insight and clinical experience to guide them in their transition through the many challenges of life. We are never alone and I will help you to truly believe that! Ones most significant relationship that they will ever have, is the one that they have within. I would greatly appreciate the honor of assisting you in the creation of your most authentic life! My passion for Psychology and Counseling began in 2004 while attending Western Michigan University. I then went on to Graduate School at Oakland University in Rochester Hills, MI. There I graduated Magna Cum Laude, in 2012 with a MA in Counseling. That experience led me to PAR Rehab in Lansing, MI where I was hired after my internship in psychological testing and assessment. My personal life brought me to Erie, PA where I reside with my beautiful family. During the covid-19 pandemic I was forced, as many of us were....to work remotely. I found Grow Therapy to be the perfect opportunity to expand my practice and geographical radius as a practitioner. That is a brief synopsis of my path to Grow Therapy! I am beyond thrilled to reach more individuals throughout Pennsylvania. Lets do this together!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The initial session is where I will learn about your family history, health, significant life events and your current concerns. We will then work in collaboration to determine your goals for therapy! The initial appointment is 60 minutes. Each additional session is 53 minutes.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Strengths as a clinician include my innate ability to connect with others. Within my professional and personal life, I find that people feel safe and naturally can share their most personal life events within the early stages of treatment. I hold this honor of walking with someone in their time of need close to my heart. As I know the significance of deep trust within the therapeutic relationship.
