Hi! I'm John. Are you having a hard time managing your work stress? Anxiety? Are you feeling like your relationship/marriage is 'On the rocks?' Or, just feeling down? If so, I can help! I have helped both individuals and couples work through challenges of all varieties stemming from many different and unique issues. I help clients work through their challenges by helping them to identify practical solutions, barriers, and strengths that lead them to being able to solve their particular issue(s). I love using Solution-Focused and Cognitive-Behavioral therapies to get individuals and couples past the obstacles standing in their way so they can lead productive and fulfilling lives. You have made the right choice seeking out therapy. Most find therapy to be enjoyable and an opportunity for personal growth. It can feel good to just 'let it out' or 'get it off of your chest.' Sometimes just having someone to listen and understand can make a big difference! I look forward to working with you and to walking with you on your journey and to helping you through your difficult time.

You might be wondering if therapy is really worth it—whether it can actually help, and if it’s worth the effort it takes to find the right therapist, commit to sessions, and face difficult thoughts or past experiences. That uncertainty makes sense. Therapy asks for both courage and vulnerability, and it’s okay to feel unsure. In many ways, that uncertainty can be the first step toward meaningful change. My approach starts with understanding you- who you are, what you’re dealing with, and how to best organize what you need. From there, we choose a direction that fits. Depending on your goals and comfort level, I may draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or a more reflective, person-centered approach. The goal is to keep the work both meaningful and useful. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15 years of experience and a graduate of Temple University. I own and operate a private practice in Lemoyne, Pennsylvania, and work with clients across the lifespan, from young children to older adults. My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, trauma, and related concerns. It’s also important to me to be responsive and get back to you quickly. I understand how much it can take to reach out for therapy, and I don’t take that step lightly!

Hello, and welcome! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania with 19 years of experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. If you’re recovering from a toxic relationship, struggling with self-esteem, or feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, you don’t have to face it alone. My goal is to help you rediscover your strengths, establish healthy boundaries, and find greater peace, healing, and fulfillment. Life transitions, relationships in flux, maybe you haven't felt like yourself recently. Navigating hard emotions that keep you up a night, or preoccupy thinking, might be holding you back from enjoying activities and relationships you once did. Reasons for seeking therapy are unique and individual to you. You are deserving of a therapist who will build a space for you to be vulnerable with your story and emotions. Together, we can build a path forward through empathetic processing, acceptance, skill building, and goal planning. Therapy is like a compass, it doesn't provide all the answers, but it provides direction. Focusing on your strengths, presenting problem, and future goals, our time together will be spent targeting false thoughts, realizing potential, and building trust in yourself.

I grew up in Eastern Europe and moved to the USA as an adult. I speak Russian, Ukrainian, and English languages. I had to learn a whole new way of living, face my fears, and overcome many barriers and understand how important communication is in moving forward in life in the direction we want to go. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with many different people. I've counseled older adults, LGBTQ+, immigrants and refugees from all over the world. I believe in creating a warm and welcoming space where you can feel safe to share your thoughts and feelings, and I am here to help you feel understood and valued. I graduated with a Master's degree in Social Work from Edinboro University - now PennWest - in 2007, and I recently became certified in EMDR and member of EMDRIA (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) International Association. Hello, I am Kathleen. Do you feel overwhelmed, burnt out or pulled in a million different directions? Are you struggling with your relationships, work or health? Is it difficult for you to find time for yourself, let alone, be kind to yourself? Do you feel "stuck" and unable to move forward? Many of us are experiencing loneliness, depression, anxiety and social isolation, so it is important to make caring for yourself a priority. Therapy can help you feel more connected, balanced and peaceful. Together, we can help identify what is not working and regain a sense of balance. We'll use a holistic approach, addressing the needs of your body, mind and spirit. We will develop a "toolbox" of coping skills and create new insights and awarenesses to help you become a happier and healthier version of yourself. Seeking therapy can feel threatening but it's one of the greatest gifts you can give to yourself and by doing so also give to others. In our sessions, I will meet you with kindness, compassion, humor and evidence-based modalities, so you can overcome obstacles and habits that may be holding you back. My goal as your therapist is to provide a safe, supportive and empathic environment in which to work through current issues, conflicting relationships and/or past pain. I look forward to meeting you and working together.

A few moments to introduce myself. Professionally I am known as I. Barry Bell, Ph.D. I am a 73-year-old, male, Caucasian Clinical Psychologist who has been in practice for 39 years. I have worked in a variety of settings, in both in-patient psychiatric hospitals and out-patient clinical settings. I have also maintained my own private practice from September 2016 to the present. Prior to receiving my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology in 1985, I trained extensively as a Modern Dancer for 10 years. During these years I became deeply involved in emerging positive psychologies and Eastern/Buddhist/Taoist studies. This was the beginning of the interface between what is now referred to as Mindfulness based approaches to psychotherapy and Eastern philosophies, especially Buddhist. Mindfulness approaches to psychotherapy are now at the forefront of evidence-based interventions. I have spent more than the past 20 years studying and practicing the interface between psychotherapy and personal psychological growth. Over the years I have integrated various theoretical approaches, including depth psychodynamic theories. I will be happy to discuss my approach with you further should you choose to contact me to consider engaging in psychotherapeutic work with me.

In this world where even feelings seem to have their own set of feelings, and emotional rollercoasters are our daily ride, I'm here to be your compass through the ups, downs and sideways of life. And, yes, a touch of humor is my secret weapon. What sets me apart? I've mastered the art of infusing every day jingles and anecdotes into therapy sessions, because, let's face it, sometimes a deep breath, a giggle and a chocolate chip cookie can work wonders on almost any mood. Hello, my name is Mr. Frazier, and I have been a therapist for more than 30 years, working with individuals across a variety of therapeutic settings. Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience through my work with clinics, agencies, and hospitals, developing the knowledge and insight that I now bring to my practice. Before becoming a therapist, family members, friends, and even colleagues from previous occupations often shared that I was someone who was easy to talk to and made them feel comfortable opening up. Along with my natural ability to connect with people, my education, clinical training, and years of experience working with diverse populations inspired me to continue expanding my ability to help others. Throughout my professional journey, I have had the privilege of meeting and collaborating with individuals from small-town communities, major cities, and a wide range of cultural and personal backgrounds. These experiences have reinforced my belief that every person has the capacity for growth, resilience, and success, regardless of their current circumstances.

Welcome. I know reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe, seen, and understood. My goal is to provide a compassionate and nonjudgmental environment where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and life experiences at your own pace. I work with individuals who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem, or feeling emotionally overwhelmed. You’re the one everyone depends on — the one who keeps showing up, pushing through, and holding everything together for everyone else. But underneath it all, you may be feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, anxious, or disconnected from yourself. Maybe you spend so much time caring for others that your own needs have been pushed to the side. If that sounds familiar, you are not alone, and you do not have to carry it all by yourself anymore. Welcome, I’m Sharmane Jackson, a therapist based in Pennsylvania, and I’m truly glad you’re here. I provide a warm, supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. Therapy with me is about helping you feel heard, supported, and empowered while working toward meaningful change. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, self-esteem challenges, life transitions, relationship stress, emotional overwhelm, and the emotional weight of constantly pouring into others while neglecting themselves. My approach is compassionate, human-centered, and culturally responsive, blending emotional support with practical tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and emotionally balanced in your daily life. Together, we may explore patterns that leave you feeling stuck, strengthen coping skills and boundaries, process difficult emotions, and create more space for your own needs without guilt. I believe healing happens in spaces where people feel safe enough to be honest, vulnerable, and fully themselves. Whether you’re seeking clarity, healthier relationships, or simply a place where you no longer have to carry everything alone, therapy can be the beginning of feeling like yourself again. Taking the first step can feel intimidating, but you’ve already started by being here. I would be honored to support you in your healing and growth.

My work is rooted in the belief that behavior makes sense when we understand the experiences behind it, and that real progress comes from addressing both the “why” and the “how” of change. I specialize in working with adolescents, young adults, and families who are navigating trauma, behavioral concerns, and system involvement. Many of the clients I serve have experienced disruptions in attachment, high-stress environments, or significant life events that continue to impact their relationships, emotional well-being, and decision-making. My approach is structured, active, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including attachment-based therapy, trauma-informed care, EMDR, and DBT. I focus on helping clients build insight into their patterns while also developing practical skills they can use in everyday life. I believe therapy should not only be a place to process experiences, but also a space to build tools, accountability, and confidence. I work to create a therapeutic environment that is consistent, supportive, and honest. I balance compassion with clear expectations, helping clients feel understood while also challenging them to grow. Whether I am working with an individual or an entire family system, my goal is to strengthen relationships, improve emotional regulation, and support long-term stability. At Velocity Counseling, the focus is on forward movement—helping clients move beyond survival mode and toward a more stable, connected, and purposeful life.

I offer an individualized approach in counseling my clients. I am collaborative, eclectic, and pragmatic in my approach using a client-centered, strengths-based, solution-focused framework. I will use the therapeutic methods that work best for you. I have been honored to share many people’s lives and experiences in my more than 30 years working in this field and have continued to be reminded of our ability to be resilient and grow through difficult and overwhelming circumstances. One of the many things I’ve had the privilege to learn in doing this work is that when we accept our experiences and learn from them, we can obtain clarity and value from all experience. I have worked with clients and families with diverse origins on a variety of concerns and many have shared that they find me to be warm, supportive and easy to talk to. Some of the techniques I use include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Rational Emotive Therapy (RET). I specialize in anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, substance use, and family/relationship issues. It would be my honor to share my training and experience with you in hope that our collaboration will help you experience a richer fuller life.
