Hi! I’m Amber!
I’m a warm, bubbly, and compassionate provider who believes in meeting clients exactly where they are. I take a client-centered approach, moving at a pace that feels right for you, and focus on building strong rapport as the foundation of our work together. Once that trust is built, I bring honesty, energy, and sometimes a bit of boldness into our sessions—always with the goal of supporting your growth in a safe and respectful space.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has worked in the mental health field for over 20 years. I embrace supporting individuals through a collaborative care model. With a focus on building relationships, I help people navigate life's challenges by fostering open communication and teamwork. My approach integrates personalized strategies to promote resilience, ensuring each individual feels valued and understood on their journey of growth and recovery.
Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 22 years of experience. I really enjoy helping people navigate the challenges of changing and maintaining roles in life---exploring young adulthood, how to maintain your own identity as a parent, how to create a life worth living in whatever stage you are in. I feel like I am very open, non judgmental, eager to learn, empathetic and understanding. And funny!
I am a gender affirming therapist. I am an ally in the LGB and TNC Communities, always keeping my eyes and ears open to find ways to improve my allyship. The current political climate is traumatic and oppressive to members of these Communities. I want to create space in session to discuss how that may be affecting you or retraumatizing you. I am also a member of the World Professional Association for Transgender Health. I am comfortable providing documentation for medical transition.
I am very comfortable with working with those who use self harm as a coping mechanism--there is no shame or expectation you must stop when you engage in therapy. I'm fine with talking about suicide, whether it's your own personal experience of trying to find a life worth living, your experience of supporting someone who lives with suicide in their life, or grief around experiences of suicide. I do not believe inpatient hospitalization is an effective treatment for those experiencing suicide and do everything I can as a therapist to keep people out of the hospital when in suicidal crisis.
I do believe therapy is political. I am social justice focused, continuing to do my own anti-racism work. I believe in Health at Every Size. I believe that our environment and what we experience in life has a profound affect on us and must be discussed in therapy.

A message to potential clients
You don’t have to sort everything out on your own anymore. Healing is possible, and you deserve support that truly fits you. If you’re ready to begin—or simply curious about what therapy could look like—I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
Welcome! I'm Rochelle,
I am glad you have taken a moment for yourself, to explore therapy and how it could help in your wellness journey. Things seem so hard right now; the world seems to be a different place and it feels like we are more isolated and disconnected. The struggles with anxiety and depression seems to be greater. Those who have had traumatic events in their life are dealing with the impact of those wounds with increased intensity. Individuals who are going through life transitions are finding it difficult to navigate the changes that result.
Therapy can be a wonderful tool to help manage these challenges and feeling better. It can provide you with information to gain perspective and help you make better decisions, teach you skills to cope, manage depression and anxiety; process the traumatic events and support you in moving with the changes. Therapy can be so helpful but at the same time a hard step to take, I know I have been there and worked with others who have had hesitation, but if you are here, checking it out it might be worth the next step.

Hello! I appreciate that you’re taking this step toward finding a therapist you feel will be a good fit for you. I am a licensed clinical social worker with 13 years of experience. For most of this time I have worked with people around issues of depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, and relationship/family issues. I am also passionate about working with LGBTQ folks around issues of coming out and self-acceptance. I know that the decision to look for a therapist isn’t always an easy one but, by doing so, you are taking an important first step toward creating change for yourself!
I take a down-to-earth, supportive, conversational approach to therapy. I engage in discussion and don’t hesitate to share my own life experience when appropriate. I find that a more personal approach helps strengthen the relationship between me and the people I meet with which, in turn, will help you feel more comfortable being open in sessions.
I take this approach because therapy is most successful when a person feels like their therapist understands them and when there is some level of connection. I focus on ensuring you will feel both seen and heard starting with our first session. You will be approached by me with curiosity, interest, and care at all times. At the start of your sessions with me I will ask how you’d like to start that day’s conversation and, if you’re not sure, will support you in discovering what might be important for you to talk about in the moment.
I invite you to schedule a first session to see if I am a good fit for what you’re looking for in therapy!
I am an LPC with 7 years of experience. My approach to therapy is grounded in creating a warm, collaborative space where you can feel truly heard and supported. I specialize in working with teens and adults, empowering you with practical tools to cope with life's challenges while also fostering self-compassion and resilience. I believe in meeting you exactly where you are in your journey and helping you to take meaningful steps toward becoming the best version of yourself. I work from a holistic approach, both to identify current stressors and explore deeper patterns from your past. My goal is to help you understand what no longer serves you so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
Hello there,
My name is Mario Di Nenna, and I am delighted to introduce myself to you as a potential therapist. I have dedicated my career to providing compassionate and effective therapy to individuals seeking support and guidance in their lives.
With a background in substance abuse counseling and family therapy, I specialize in psychodynamic-experiential, structural family therapy, and CBT modalities. My approach to therapy is client-centered and tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is built on trust, empathy, and collaboration.
Throughout my years of practice, I have had the privilege of working with clients from diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate various challenges such as anxiety, depression, family issues, mood instability, substance abuse, and much more. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, gain insight, and develop effective coping strategies.
I understand that seeking therapy can be a significant step, and I am here to support you every step of the way. If you have any questions or would like to schedule an initial consultation, please feel free to reach out. I look forward to the possibility of working together and helping you achieve your personal goals.
Warm regards
I help professionals in recovery who are carrying more than anyone realizes. Many of my clients are high-achieving people who have spent years holding everything together on the outside while privately struggling with alcohol, substances, compulsive behaviors, anxiety, or burnout. They’re people who have been depended on—at home, at work, and in their families—and they’re tired of performing, hiding, or white-knuckling their way through life.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with years of experience in addiction recovery, trauma, and life transitions, I bring a grounded, practical, and compassionate approach. My work is deeply influenced by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), values-based living, and helping clients build a life that feels aligned rather than pressured or chaotic.
I understand that asking for help—especially as a professional—comes with unique challenges: reputation concerns, workplace stress, perfectionism, shame, fear of consequences, and relationships strained by years of coping alone. My role is not to judge or lecture, but to offer a private, steady space where you can talk openly, regain clarity, and take meaningful steps toward a healthier, more peaceful life.
Whether you’re navigating early sobriety, long-term recovery, career demands, relationship stress, or a sense that you’ve lost yourself, I’m here to walk with you—not as an authority figure, but as someone who respects the courage it takes to show up.
If you’re ready for therapy that’s confidential, respectful, and tailored to the realities of being a professional in recovery, I’d be honored to support you.

I believe that we all struggle from time to time, whether it be feeling anxious or depressed, or struggling from core issues, and traumas. Hi! I am Lexi.
I have been working with high acuity trauma clients for three years, since switching from a career in school counseling. Working with clients who have experienced immense trauma is such meaningful work that I am so grateful to be a part of. My clinical passions are centered around helping individuals build their self-worth, challenge thinking traps, and manage mental health symptoms through coping mechanisms. The most rewarding circumstances for me are helping clients to reclaim their strengths and their story, while working towards fostering a healthy environment of love and acceptance for their selves.
While my experiences have been largely based on trauma throughout my career, I am open to all clients and enjoy working with individuals from all backgrounds and circumstances. :)
Hi, I'm Cory Ian Shafer, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with my Masters in Counseling. I have been practicing professionally in the counseling field since 2005 and have worked in the mental health field since 1999.
I approach therapy primarily as a Jungian-Existentialist, however, I also realize that many clients may need different approaches to achieve their success, and because of that I also incorporate an eclectic approach towards therapy in addition to my primary school of thought, therefore I can utilize many different modalities and approaches of therapy depending on the what you need in your sessions.
My specializations are working with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction and grief counseling. I also like to write a little bit and have published a few books concerning the human condition. On the personal side of things I lead a simple and quiet life, where I enjoy reading history, science fiction and philosophy books, playing the bass guitar, listening to music, traveling and amateur astronomy.

I've done this too often myself, and learned the hard way. Practicing self-care should be a daily priority, so we're ready to show up for ourselves and for those we hold dear when it matters most.
Validate the strength in your scars, tend to the wounds that remain, and fully embrace every part of who you are—authentically and unapologetically!
I’m Kellie Walker, LPC, and I work with adults who are ready to stop talking about change and actually make it happen. I help people work through anxiety, trauma patterns, boundary struggles, and life transitions that shake everything up.
My style is direct but compassionate. I’ll tell you what I notice, whether it’s patterns, blind spots, or ways you might be holding yourself back, while staying grounded and respectful. I sometimes use humor when it helps. I believe in your capacity to grow, even when you don’t see it yet.
Clients often say I “tell it like it is,” but they also feel seen and supported. I’m not here to sugarcoat things or just nod along. I’m here to help you create real change. If you’re ready to do the work and want someone honest, down to earth, and genuinely in your corner, we’ll be a good fit.
