I will send intake paperwork prior to our meeting through my medical records, Simple Practice. Please understand that this needs to be completed at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. During our first appointment, I will conduct a comprehensive assessment, where we will discuss the concerns that led you to seek support, your symptoms, and relevant background information to assist in diagnosis. Together, we will collaborate on developing a personalized treatment plan. This session also provides an opportunity for you to ask questions and determine if I am the right fit for your needs.
I specialize in treating addiction, mood disorders, anxiety, teaching coping skills, and general life changes. I am an eclectic therapist, utilizing therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based approaches, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and skills from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
