Hi, I'm Trish Pierzga, and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with 6+ years of experience. I know that life can be challenging and difficult. I also know that it is easy to feel stuck. My goal for each session is help you feel comfortable so you can explore and move past those challenges. When I think about what I look for in a therapist myself, it is someone who listens, is not afraid to challenge me, and helps guide me through life's transitions. I believe I bring this style to my own clients. I love what I do and I bring this excitement into my sessions because I want people to feel safe and grow in their confidence to overcome the obstacles they are facing.

As a therapist—and as someone living with Type 1 diabetes—I understand firsthand the emotional, psychological, and relational toll that chronic illness can take. Managing a lifelong condition doesn’t just affect the body; it can impact your identity, relationships, and emotional well-being. This lived experience allows me to bring a deeper level of empathy, insight, and authenticity to my work with clients facing similar challenges. In my practice, I also specialize in working with individuals and couples dealing with the complex and often painful realities of addiction, recovery, and relational distress. These experiences can leave people feeling stuck, isolated, or overwhelmed, but you don’t have to navigate them alone. Whether you’re working to rebuild trust in a relationship, find freedom from substance use, or heal from past wounds, I’m here to support you with compassion and respect. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can speak openly and honestly about your struggles. My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based practices tailored to your unique needs and goals. Together, we will explore what’s holding you back and build the tools you need to move forward—at your own pace, and on your own terms. No matter where you are in your journey, my goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change.

Hi, I’m Angela. I am a Board-Certified Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping people navigate life’s challenges, discover their strengths, and see themselves in a new light. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for change, I provide a supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace. I have worked with individuals of all ages—from children to adults—and have extensive experience supporting adults with cognitive challenges. My approach is always individualized and adaptable, using modified strategies when needed to ensure therapy is practical, meaningful, and effective for you. Life can feel overwhelming when emotions seem impossible to manage. In our sessions, you set the pace. We’ll start by identifying what matters most to you and create goals that feel realistic and empowering. I draw from evidence-based methods such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and emotion-regulation skills training. For those processing difficult experiences, we can incorporate EMDR to help reduce distress and promote healing. In our sessions together, I will meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can identify and overcome any barriers that you feel are holding you back. I also use Narrative Therapy to help you re-author your story—one that highlights your resilience, strengths, and growth. In our first session, we’ll use Motivational Interviewing to talk through your hopes for therapy, explore any concerns, and begin setting the foundation for change. Whether you're navigating anxiety, frustration, or interpersonal challenges, I will guide you in finding practical tools and skills to help you thrive. Together, we’ll take steps toward greater emotional balance and fulfillment in your life. We can work together!

A plan, specific actions and personalized strategies - This is what I give my clients to help them get unstuck, overcome suffering, and fully enjoy the important things in their life. The Bible, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and neuropsychology - The sources of wisdom I use to guide our plans and strategies. When life throws you for a loop, your mind and emotions are overwhelming and don't make sense, and you don't know what to do, you need someone who understands the mind and emotions, and how to tame them. I'm Dr. Matt Bridgman. I am a follower of Jesus Christ, a husband and father, and a clinical psychologist and board certified neuropsychologist. I have a Master's degree in Christian Leadership and a PhD in Clinical Psychology, both from Fuller Theological Seminary. I've been studying the human mind (mood, emotions, behavior, cognition) for over 20 years, through the lenses of God's Word and neuropsychology. I've helped thousands of people with mood/emotion and also cognitive troubles coming from many sources: depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, concussions and traumatic brain injury, multiple sclerosis, stroke, and numerous other mental health, neurological, and physical health conditions. I've worked in community counseling centers, inpatient psychiatry units, big academic medical centers, small community hospitals, outpatient behavioral health clinics, neurology clinics, inpatient physical rehabilitation units, and VA medical centers. I'm excited now to be helping others through my own private practice. I help my clients not just through empathy and good listening, but through helping them understand their own mind better. I guide them through shaping and training their mind, overcoming suffering, and thriving in the process of it all.

I strive to help find relief and lasting change within even the first session or two. This begins with the retainable concept of 2 simultaneous paths for clients... 1- How can clients ADDRESS, or take action to remedy or lessen, the sources of their struggles? 2- How clients COPE in effective healthy ways? Addressing and coping are central in my work. It's like having a hornet's nest outside the front door of your home. At times, it's needed to cope with it by using a different door, putting ice on your stings, or allowing yourself a pause from taking on this trouble and finding some respite. Otherwise, it is needed to address the hornet's nest and identify and take action on what is under your control to do about it.

It would be my pleasure to work with you! My name is Kim Sylla and I have been interested in the field of social services since childhood when I enthusiastically listened to the life stories of those around me including friends, neighbors and extended relatives. This interest grew with with my first therapist volunteer experience -- at the age of 20 -- with individuals who had substance use and mental health disorders. Since then I have had a wide array of additional volunteer and work experiences with adults and adolescents undergoing various life challenges at work, school, home and in the larger community. My varied experience, training and education prepared me to use an integrative therapeutic approach that draws on cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and ecological systems theory.

I grew up in Eastern Europe and moved to the USA as an adult. I speak Russian, Ukrainian, and English languages. I had to learn a whole new way of living, face my fears, and overcome many barriers and understand how important communication is in moving forward in life in the direction we want to go. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with many different people. I've counseled older adults, LGBTQ+, immigrants and refugees from all over the world. I believe in creating a warm and welcoming space where you can feel safe to share your thoughts and feelings, and I am here to help you feel understood and valued. I graduated with a Master's degree in Social Work from Edinboro University - now PennWest - in 2007, and I recently became certified in EMDR and member of EMDRIA (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) International Association. Hello, I’m Colleen. Does it feel as if you are giving more energy than you have or that there are too many things and not enough mental energy to juggle all those tasks? Are you finding that your relationships are strained or that keeping up with friends and loved ones seems like an unsurmountable task? Do you find it difficult to give yourself grace and empathy? I am looking to work with young professionals and adults to help manage anxiety, burnout, depression, and the stressors that come with living in a chaotic world. Together, we can identify the issues that you are facing, discuss how best to manage these feelings and stressors and find a way to make your routine and relationships work with you instead of against you. I have weekend availability to help fit therapy into your busy schedule. I have worked in the hospital setting for seven years now and feel very comfortable talking with medical professionals about the particularly difficult strains that a career in medicine puts on individuals. Whether it is dealing with the mental load and stress of being a resident, the emotional labor done as a nurse, or the burnout that all individuals in this profession face, I am here to listen and provide non-judgmental feedback to help you manage such a demanding career. Anxiety, depression, and strained relationships can feel overwhelming and unsurmountable alone, but I’m here to help. In our sessions, I hope to provide a place where you feel safe, and somewhere we can work together to make a plan to make any stressors that you are dealing with manageable. I look forward to working with you.

Or maybe you know why, but don't quite understand what tools to use or how to use them to get yourself to that next level up in self-understanding and comfort? I believe finding one's peace in life is a journey of exploration… Sometimes our human side tends to make the exploration in life's journey a tad bit complicated. When we know more about ourselves (and others)... we are just able to navigate life better!

Life transitions, relationships in flux, maybe you haven't felt like yourself recently. Navigating hard emotions that keep you up a night, or preoccupy thinking, might be holding you back from enjoying activities and relationships you once did. Reasons for seeking therapy are unique and individual to you. You are deserving of a therapist who will build a space for you to be vulnerable with your story and emotions. Together, we can build a path forward through empathetic processing, acceptance, skill building, and goal planning. Therapy is like a compass, it doesn't provide all the answers, but it provides direction. Focusing on your strengths, presenting problem, and future goals, our time together will be spent targeting false thoughts, realizing potential, and building trust in yourself.

Hi, I’m Kristina. I’m a licensed therapist who takes a relational and trauma-informed approach to healing. My work blends evidence-based practices—such as CBT, parts work, and somatic awareness—with intuitive insight to help clients move beyond survival mode and reconnect with their authentic selves. I believe therapy should be both practical and transformative. Each session is a space to slow down, feel seen, and build tools that support real-life change. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, or relationship struggles, we’ll work together to uncover the patterns shaping your story and create new pathways toward clarity and confidence. Clients often describe my style as warm, grounded, and empowering. I bring compassion, humor, and directness into the room, balancing emotional depth with actionable guidance. You can expect to be challenged when needed—but always with care, respect, and collaboration. My goal is to help you feel more at home within yourself, trust your intuition, and create a life that reflects your values rather than your past pain. Healing isn’t about “fixing” who you are—it’s about remembering who you’ve always been.
