I work with adolescents and adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, and emotional regulation difficulties. Many of my clients are used to feeling overwhelmed, overthinking, struggling to keep up with responsibilities, or wondering why things that seem easy for others feel so much harder. Together, we'll work to better understand what's contributing to those challenges while building practical skills that fit your life and your goals.
