Hi, I'm Amber (she/her)! I have over 15 years of experience! I’m a therapist and clinical supervisor with extensive experience supporting individuals through substance use, mental health concerns, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with people from many different backgrounds, including individuals involved with the court system and LGBTQ+ individuals. These experiences have shaped my belief that everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, respected, and supported without judgment. My approach is grounded in trauma-informed, feminist, and social justice perspectives.
Outside of my professional life, I’m a mom and a spouse, and much of my time is spent at home with my family. I understand that life can be messy, complicated, overwhelming, and sometimes beautiful all at the same time. I bring that same understanding and humanity into my work with clients.
Please note: Currently, I only have availability for one bi-weekly client. My current scheduling availability includes Friday afternoons, and Saturday or Sunday mornings. This is my only availability at this time (as of 9/19/26).
I have over 20 years of experience in the mental health field and have worked in a variety of settings, including outpatient care, school-based therapy, partial programs, and community mental health. I work with adults ages 18 and up, and I support clients dealing with anxiety and depression, PTSD, life transitions, neurodivergence (such as autism and ADHD), and women’s physical and mental health concerns.
My approach to therapy is eclectic, trauma-informed, and client-centered. I believe therapy works best when it’s tailored to you—your goals, your strengths, and what you need right now. I draw from evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I’m also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP).
Most importantly, I strive to create a warm, genuine, and safe space where you can be yourself and share what’s really going on. Therapy with me is a collaborative process, and my goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and empowered as you move toward growth and healing.
Hi there, I'm Kirsten!
Do you miss being in control of your emotions? Do you struggle with racing thoughts, a lack of motivation, or low self-confidence? Ready to make yourself a priority again? I am here to help! As a Licensed therapist (LPC) certified in dialectical behavior therapy (C-DBT) and specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma, I can help you get back into the driver's seat of your emotional roller coaster called life.
In addition, with my knowledge and experience of using the trauma recovery and empowerment model (TREM), I will be able to help you work through past experiences that are still a struggle today. I want to provide a safe space for you to be your most authentic self. Life can be hard, but you don't have to go through it alone.
I love mixing different types of therapy tools including mindfulness, psychoeducation, journaling techniques and much more! Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, self-confidence or life in general I will be able to provide evidence-based techniques for you to become the best version of yourself.
Let me introduce myself. My name is Bradley Peters. I am a transplanted Canadian, who has been living in Pennsylvania since 2001, just before 9/11. I have been a therapeutic specialist in the field for over 17 years.
Reaching out to a professional can be daunting, but once you do, having that support and learning tools to help change those painful feelings becomes invaluable. My practice is small, isolated and private. I serve adolescents and adults 14 and up.
Currently, I am only seeing clients through telehealth, but I am hoping this does not dissuade you. Telehealth may sound impersonal, but in reality, it can be a very convenient, safe and secure way to communicate issues, and I have yet to have any difficulties establishing strong relationships through this medium.
Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Pennsylvania. I received my Masters from Liberty University and have been practicing for 7 years. I help youth in the foster care system, adolescent struggles, and adults trying become the best versions of themselves. I empower others to seek the core of their challenges and find effective skills to implement for the desired change they want in their life.
It is my mission to provide you with the highest quality of care. I am an LCSW licensed in PA and have 14 years of experience helping patients change unproductive behaviors and negative thought patterns. I create a warm, nonjudgemental space for self-exploration and growth. I aim to make my patients feel comfortable by infusing humor, my positive nature and authenticity. My clinical experience ranges from grief and loss, phase of life transitions, relationship stressors, emerging identities, stress management, low self-esteem, body image, women's mental health across the lifespan and mood disorders.
My name is Barbara Gibbons, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Board-Certified
Diplomate with over 40 years of experience working in the medical and mental health fields. I have been a
licensed social worker since 2008 and a licensed clinical social worker since 2013. I also hold postgraduate
certificates in the treatment of PTSD, addiction, Gestalt therapy, and dual diagnosis.
My approach to therapy is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I believe meaningful change happens when
clients feel safe, understood, and supported while gaining insight into emotional patterns and life
experiences. Outside of therapy, I value mindfulness, meditation, and overall wellness, and I often integrate
these principles into my work with clients to support balance and self-awareness. I offer evening and weekend appointments.
Hello! My name is Heather Richards and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. My undergraduate studies were in psychology and elementary education from California University of Pennsylvania. I obtained my master’s in clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. I have worked in the mental health field for the past 20 years. My background is in working with a wide range of individuals from ages 3 to 90 years of age with a variety of diagnosis. My passion is in working with individuals dealing with trauma or grief and loss. I am a compassionate, caring, and empathetic person who feels that counseling can be a challenging yet rewarding experience.
I help men and women who feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or disconnected from themselves while trying to keep up with work, family, relationships, parenting, and everyday life. Many of my clients are high-stress professionals, first responders, caregivers, parents, or people who are used to being the one everyone counts on. They may be dealing with anxiety, grief after a loss, trauma, low self-esteem, childhood experiences that still affect them, or major life changes including perimenopause and menopause.
You may be the person everyone relies on, but inside you feel exhausted, irritable, stuck, or unsure of yourself. You might overthink, people-please, have trouble setting boundaries, or feel guilty when you try to put your own needs first.
In therapy, we focus on helping you understand what is keeping you stuck and what you can actually do differently. Together, we build self-worth, strengthen emotion regulation, create healthier boundaries, improve coping skills, and work toward feeling more confident and in control of your life.
Hello there! My name is April and I have been in this field for 10 years now. My main goal is to make a space for you and your healing journey. My areas of focus include trauma, substance use disorders, grief & loss, personality disorders, anxiety, and mood disorders, and experience working with significant emotional dysregulation, and co-occurring medical and psychiatric concerns.
My experience in higher levels of care has given me extensive experience with crisis intervention, de-escalation, safety concerns, and acute instability. I’ve worked closely with multidisciplinary teams when clients required a higher level of support and helped individuals regain stability while moving toward meaningful recovery.
I’ve also facilitated and developed therapeutic groups, contributed to program development and clinical programming, and helped create and coordinate structured program schedules across multiple levels of care.
My approach draws from evidence-based, trauma-informed modalities including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

Hi! I'm Nikki, a Licensed Professional Counselor in the Greater Pittsburgh Area that's been recognized as Marquis Who's Who Honoree Listee. I've been working in human services for 28 years starting with an Alzheimer's unit in a nursing home and intellectual disabilities in group homes to wraparound services with children that have Autism. I gained my education in psychology and counseling and began working with at risk youth in juvenile delinquency settings and now working with transition aged youth. I really enjoy helping young adults find themselves and their path in life with their personal life and professional endeavors. I've also grown with the BFRB community (body focused repetitive behavior) being recovered myself and providing outreach and advocacy. I have been featured on the Dr. Oz television show, spoken at the Pennsylvania Counseling Association, and written an article in a book. My main approach is a Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for general anxiety and depression and sometimes integrate expressive arts approaches for those that have difficulty expressing themselves. I specialize in OCD and am trained in Habit Reversal, ACT, COMB and ERP. I currently only offer online therapy and do not accept clients with severe mental illness, active suicidality or substance use.
On a personal note, I'm married with a daughter and we enjoy outdoor activities. My hobbies include crocheting and scrapbooking. I really believe in "You are the author of your own life story" and would like to hear your story as you're the expert! I teach by my own SELF approach: S for searching your soul and what works for you, E for changing your environment from a toxic one to a healthy one, L for surrounding yourself with those that love and support you and learning to love yourself, and F for forgiving yourself for relapses.
When I was in grad school I was asked this question: why do you want to do therapy? My answer was immediate: "I want to alleviate suffering!" A more experienced clinician shared a perplexing truth with me: sometimes you can't, you can just sit with the person through it. Over the years I have been honored to hold space for my clients to share their stories of courage and pain. I started to see what she meant, and revised my motto: I want to alleviate suffering and when I can’t I want to create a soft place to land.
So, "Why therapy?” For all those who have forgotten their strength and just need a soft place to land. Using a blended approach of top therapy models, I partner with Clients to create lasting change and find freedom in ways that feel authentic to each person. Together we will learn new concepts, practice practical skills, and transform self-limiting patterns. Life can be hard. I want to help. Let’s talk!
Hi 👋🏽 I'm Dr. Judge! I specialize in supporting women and mothers through life's challenges, relationship concerns, and personal growth. This may include helping you manage anxiety, depression, mood swings, irritability, and burnout. Between motherhood, work, relationships, and the many responsibilities of everyday life, it's easy to lose sight of your own needs. Maybe you're navigating a new season of motherhood, trying to communicate more effectively in your relationships, working on setting boundaries, or simply wanting to feel more connected to yourself. I offer a warm, compassionate, faith-centered space where you can talk openly, gain perspective, and explore what matters most to you. You don't have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Sometimes, having a space to think things through, understand yourself better, and consider new ways of approaching life's challenges can make a meaningful difference. My approach is relational, collaborative, and practical. I believe that feeling heard and understood is an important part of growth. Together, we explore your concerns, identify patterns, and develop strategies that support the life and relationships you want to build.
If you're looking for a partner in your treatment who will meet you where you are and make space for the messy parts, I may be a good fit for you! We'll focus on real-life, practical applications of struggles and breakthroughs. We'll always be working toward one of your identified goals so that therapy does not feel aimless or like a waste of resources. Perhaps you're seeking therapy services because you want more insight into relationships, circumstances, or your own mind. However you got here, there is space for you and all of your questions. My approach is to lead with compassion and curiosity. You'll sense my sincere care for my clients but you'll also learn that I won't shy away from tough subjects.
For now, you've already taken the first step towards growth and that is something to celebrate!

Over the years I've worked with clients of all ages struggling with a wide variety of disorders. We will accomplish this utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and other forms of therapy as needed.
I am honored to work beside persons seeking support with their personal growth and in creating hope-filled futures. I have been providing individual therapy services for over 30 years and working as a licensed psychologist since 2013. Hi, I'm Trish Pierzga, and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with 6+ years of experience. I know that life can be challenging and difficult. I also know that it is easy to feel stuck. My goal for each session is help you feel comfortable so you can explore and move past those challenges.
When I think about what I look for in a therapist myself, it is someone who listens, is not afraid to challenge me, and helps guide me through life's transitions. I believe I bring this style to my own clients. I love what I do and I bring this excitement into my sessions because I want people to feel safe and grow in their confidence to overcome the obstacles they are facing.
I'm a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania. I received my master’s degree in clinical psychology from Millersville University, and I have a doctoral degree in human development from Marywood University. Hello and welcome. I'm Jessica, and I am here to help you take the first steps toward changing your life for the better. Even though change can be difficult, we will do this together. I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor for 20 years in the state of Pennsylvania. I have a Master's Degree in Counseling as well as a degree in Psychology and Sociology. I have over 20 years experience in working with adults, couples, teenagers, and families. My clinical interests include working with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depressed mood, obsessive compulsive disorder, anger issues, bipolar disorder, stress management concerns, self-esteem issues, grief and loss, relationship problems, and trauma-related concerns.
We'll begin by working together to prioritize the concerns that brought you to therapy. Then I will assist you in identifying skills and interventions to help you change your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors as you move toward a healthier and happier life. I will help you set realistic goals for yourself and support you in achieving them, and I will offer a safe environment for you to discuss your concerns. I look forward to meeting you and working with you.
“Although the world is full of suffering, it is full also of the overcoming of it."

Hello! I am a school counselor and licensed professional counselor with over 17 years of experience working with elementary, middle school, high school, and post-secondary aged children and young adults. If you would like to schedule for a time that isn't currently listed in my availability, please schedule for one of my available times and then message me with your preferred time. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Pennsylvania. I earned my Master’s degree from Penn State University and have had the privilege of working with individuals facing challenges related to mental health, substance use, and employment struggles. My goal is to help clients become the best versions of themselves by providing a compassionate, empathetic space to explore their current challenges. Together, we can work to uncover the root causes of your struggles and develop a personalized plan to create meaningful, positive changes in your life.
I work with women navigating life transitions, particularly those that bring changes in relationships, family roles, and their sense of identity. These experiences can bring anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and the effects of trauma into focus, and can influence how thoughts, emotions, and the body interact.
My 25 years as a yoga teacher and yoga therapist have shaped how I approach counseling, particularly my understanding of the connection between emotional and physical experiences. I incorporate mindfulness and somatic approaches to help clients recognize how stress, emotions, and past experiences influence not only their thoughts, but also how they feel and respond physically.
Understanding our patterns is important, but learning to respond differently is where meaningful change begins.
Hi. I'm Bill. I've been working in this field since 2003 treating adults experiencing symptoms related to the anxiety disorders, depressed mood, identity and self-concept difficulties, relationship problems, life-transition difficulties, and traumatic memories. These difficulties along with other related topics that may surface during a therapy session.
My therapy approach is quite straightforward, collaborative, and non-judgmental. It's structured to help you develop a healthier and happier life. We begin by identifying the circumstances that prompted you to seek therapy. Then I help you to develop skills and solutions tailored for you to help you move forward toward that healthier life. It's a collaborative approach. You and I work together through this process.
From this perspective, listening is the most-important part of communication. When I genuinely listen to your experiences and concerns without judgment or distraction, I can respond appropriately to your concerns. "Right Speech begins with Right Listening."
PLEASE BOOK APPOINTMENTS ON THE HOUR. THANKS.
Hello! I’m Michelina, though you can call me Michelle. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 12 years of experience, based in Pennsylvania. I hold a Master’s degree from Fordham University, and my focus is on helping adults navigate the challenges of anxiety and depression. Together, we work as a team to manage symptoms and guide you toward becoming the best version of yourself.
Is anxiety or depression keeping you from living the life you want? Are you struggling in your relationships? Would you like to communicate more effectively? Do you isolate or avoid situations because of low self-esteem or lack of self-confidence? Is a self-sabotaging behavior interfering with your well-being or relationships? You and I can work together to bring about change: you can overcome anxiety and depression. You can break out of the cycle of self-sabotaging or addictive behaviors. Life can be better and relationships more fulfilling. With support and guidance, you can build the life you want.
I have extensive experience in the fields of mental health and addictions, working with individuals seeking change and the loved ones who want to support them.
With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, I am passionate about supporting adults and couples as they navigate life’s transitions and pursue meaningful growth. Whether you are a college student or recent graduate adjusting to a new season of life, an individual facing anxiety or depression, or a couple preparing for marriage or working to strengthen your relationship, I strive to provide guidance that feels both supportive and practical.
My Christian faith shapes my personal values; however, I work with people from all backgrounds and beliefs. Faith-based perspectives are incorporated into counseling only if a client specifically desires it.
My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Life transitions—whether expected or unexpected—can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate them alone. Together, we can explore the challenges you are facing and work toward the emotional and personal goals that matter most to you.
I have experience working with adults experiencing life changes, including college and post-college transitions, relationship challenges, marriage and premarital preparation, and parenting. I also support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and stress that often accompany these seasons of change. My background as a behavioral specialist in community mental health allows me to effectively support adults diagnosed with ADHD or autism spectrum disorder, as well as parents raising children with these diagnoses.
In my work with couples, I draw from my experience as a trained Prepare/Enrich facilitator to help partners strengthen communication, navigate conflict, and build healthier, more connected relationships.
When working with individuals, I primarily use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My focus is on equipping you with practical tools and strategies so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience.
Life is hard. Sometimes it feels like problems come one after another. It is overwhelming. You don't have to get through it alone. Therapy is a great place to talk about life's problems where you can say anything and not be judged. No matter what you’re facing, talking with someone can help. My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free space where you feel like you’re grabbing coffee with a friend…a friend who happens to be a licensed counselor with more than 11 years of experience.
In my time working as a counselor, I have helped patients manage and overcome obstacles like anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. From challenges with the overwhelming pressure of academic life, work life, career choices, relationship challenges, and more, I will be there to offer an objective perspective on your situation and provide healthy tips and resources to navigate it. My approach empowers personal growth while always ensuring you feel safe, seen, and heard.
Depending on your needs, I utilize CBT, DBT, and Reality Therapy approaches in sessions. Currently, all sessions will be conducted virtually, allowing you to participate from the comfort of your own home and on a more flexible schedule.
Let's do this together.
I've always believed that most people aren't broken, they're stuck. And stuck is something we can work with. For 15 years I have worked with a wide range of people: veterans carrying wounds that never got proper attention, couples trying to find their way to a healthier relationship, individuals wrestling with OCD or trauma or habits they can't seem to shake, and families navigating transitions that turned their world upside down.
I tend to be direct yet compassionate in the way approach therapy and to what my clients are dealing with. The best complement for me is when a client tells me how they felt seen and heard unlike they have had previously.
I have a particular place in my heart for those living between worlds - racial minorities, expats, and members of immigrant communities who are navigating the push and pull of various socio-cultural forces. I understand that experience from the inside, not just from a textbook.
If you are someone who is ready to engage honestly and wants a clinician who will meet you with both expertise and genuine care, please reach out.

I also help clients navigate life stressors, including relationship difficulties, work and vocational concerns, and chronic pain. I bring a warm, collaborative style to therapy, grounded in empathy and careful listening. I draw on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and practical problem solving to help clients make meaningful changes.

Hi! I am Clarissa Hummel Clare, LPC. After graduating with my Bachelor’s degree, I had the opportunity to work in multiple community settings as a caseworker. Through this work, I realized my desire to be able to work with people in reaching personal goals through talk therapy. I graduated from Villanova University with a master’s in counseling and human services. Upon graduation, I worked in schools, community centers and private practices gaining knowledge of different therapeutic approaches to better assist in the helping field. I look forward to continuing to help people reach desired goals while providing a safe and judgement free environment to encourage open and authentic communication with one another.
