I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I use dogs in my office while doing therapy. Please schedule telehealth or advise in advance if you are not comfortable in an office with animals. They do provide therapeutic support to clients and have been part of my practice for some time. I hold licenses in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Connecticut, Florida and specialty certification as a Certified Advanced Drug & Alcohol Counselor and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I am a firm believer in everything that happens creates the person. I am a whole life counselor and work with people to explore what it would take to move past the difficult times in life.
I take the time to get to know my clients and have many clients who have been with me for years. That doesn't mean someone will see me every week for the rest of their life. It means client know I am available when they have need. I do have clients who have seen me weekly for years not because they are dependent on me but because they have found benefit in processing their life regularly.
I have had a successful personal practice for years and can offer clients the space and reverence to unpack the most unpleasant things to reorder them in a way they no longer can cause harm as they once did. There is no perfect childhood and it is likely families do the best they can and it may not have filled the needs of their child.
I am happy to take as much time as needed to work through the problem as you understand it.

I am dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized therapy to individuals, couples, and families. My focus is to help you navigate life's challenges and achieve emotional well-being. My practice is safe and confidential allowing you to explore your thoughts and feelings and work towards personal growth and healing. We will work together to identify your desired goals and then create a plan to achieve them.
Life is hard. Sometimes it feels like problems come one after another. It is overwhelming. You don't have to get through it alone. Therapy is a great place to talk about life's problems where you can say anything and not be judged. No matter what you’re facing, talking with someone can help. My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free space where you feel like you’re grabbing coffee with a friend…a friend who happens to be a licensed counselor with more than 11 years of experience.
In my time working as a counselor, I have helped patients manage and overcome obstacles like anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. From challenges with the overwhelming pressure of academic life, work life, career choices, relationship challenges, and more, I will be there to offer an objective perspective on your situation and provide healthy tips and resources to navigate it. My approach empowers personal growth while always ensuring you feel safe, seen, and heard.
Depending on your needs, I utilize CBT, DBT, and Reality Therapy approaches in sessions. Currently, all sessions will be conducted virtually, allowing you to participate from the comfort of your own home and on a more flexible schedule.
Let's do this together.
I am honored to work beside persons seeking support with their personal growth and in creating hope-filled futures. I have been providing individual therapy services for over 30 years and working as a licensed psychologist since 2013. I specialize in treating substance use disorders and a range of emotional dysregulation concerns often associated with addictions, including anger management, impulsivity, anxiety, depression, and grief/loss.
I'm an existential-humanistic therapist with 30+ years of experience. I use a variety of psychotherapeutic approaches and multiple techniques. My therapeutic interventions are tailored to the unique strengths and challenges facing my clients. I see it my as my role to “help people become who they are” and I consider it an honor to facilitate healing in growth in those I serve.
Hi. I'm Bill. I've been working in this field since 2003 treating adults experiencing symptoms related to the anxiety disorders, depressed mood, identity and self-concept difficulties, relationship problems, life-transition difficulties, and traumatic memories. These difficulties along with other related topics that may surface during a therapy session.
My therapy approach is quite straightforward, collaborative, and non-judgmental. It's structured to help you develop a healthier and happier life. We begin by identifying the circumstances that prompted you to seek therapy. Then I help you to develop skills and solutions tailored for you to help you move forward toward that healthier life. It's a collaborative approach. You and I work together through this process.
From this perspective, listening is the most-important part of communication. When I genuinely listen to your experiences and concerns without judgment or distraction, I can respond appropriately to your concerns. "Right Speech begins with Right Listening."
PLEASE BOOK APPOINTMENTS ON THE HOUR. THANKS.
Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or simply looking for support in navigating life’s challenges? This is more common than you might think. You’ve already taken an important first step by being here.
I’m Lance, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and doctoral candidate with over ten years of experience helping people find balance, clarity, and practical strategies for managing life’s ups and downs. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical, creating a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore solutions that work for your life.
I've always believed that most people aren't broken, they're stuck. And stuck is something we can work with. For 15 years I have worked with a wide range of people: veterans carrying wounds that never got proper attention, couples trying to find their way to a healthier relationship, individuals wrestling with OCD or trauma or habits they can't seem to shake, and families navigating transitions that turned their world upside down.
I tend to be direct yet compassionate in the way approach therapy and to what my clients are dealing with. The best complement for me is when a client tells me how they felt seen and heard unlike they have had previously.
I have a particular place in my heart for those living between worlds - racial minorities, expats, and members of immigrant communities who are navigating the push and pull of various socio-cultural forces. I understand that experience from the inside, not just from a textbook.
If you are someone who is ready to engage honestly and wants a clinician who will meet you with both expertise and genuine care, please reach out.

I am proud to be a bass clarinetist for the North Pittsburgh Symphonic Band and the Musician's Concert Band. My friends describe me as unique, humorous and quirky; all qualities that I am proud to incorporate into the way I provide therapy.
Hi, I’m Eleanor, I'm a marriage and family therapist who believes therapy should be a space where you can talk about the hard stuff, laugh a little, and feel comfortable being real. I’m here to help you make sense of what’s going on, challenge you when needed, and figure out how to move forward.

I work with women navigating life transitions, particularly those that bring changes in relationships, family roles, and their sense of identity. These experiences can bring anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and the effects of trauma into focus, and can influence how thoughts, emotions, and the body interact.
My 25 years as a yoga teacher and yoga therapist have shaped how I approach counseling, particularly my understanding of the connection between emotional and physical experiences. I incorporate mindfulness and somatic approaches to help clients recognize how stress, emotions, and past experiences influence not only their thoughts, but also how they feel and respond physically.
Understanding our patterns is important, but learning to respond differently is where meaningful change begins.
I am a graduate of Holy Family University, where I earned a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in School Counseling. My professional training and experience include extensive work with adolescents, individuals, couples, and families.
My counseling approach is supportive, empathetic, and direct, with a focus on creating a safe and welcoming environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges. I value meeting each client where they are while providing thoughtful guidance, practical strategies, and encouragement throughout the therapeutic process.

Hi, I’m Kris. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with training in EMDR and a deep commitment to creating a safe, compassionate space where you feel truly heard and supported. Outside of my work, I love traveling with my family, getting lost in a good book on my front porch, and finding ways to be creative. I bring that same sense of curiosity, connection, and care into my work—because I believe healing happens best when we feel safe, supported, and truly ourselves.
Welcome—I’m so glad you’re here.
As your therapist, I have a passion for helping people move beyond survival mode into a life rooted in healing, authenticity, and purpose. I believe lasting change comes from understanding not just what is happening, but why—and gently working through the deeper patterns that keep you feeling stuck.
My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, rooted in attachment theory, identity development, and relational healing. Our experiences shape how we see ourselves, connect with others, and navigate the world. Together, we'll explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion, helping you heal from the past, strengthen your sense of self, and build healthier relationships grounded in authenticity and resilience.
My role is to provide not only support, but also meaningful education, perspective, and practical tools that you can carry with you beyond our sessions. Together, we will build on your strengths, deepen your self-awareness, and create a clear path forward.
You already have the capacity for growth and change—my goal is to help you access it, trust it, and use it to move toward the life you truly want.
This is where you begin to move out of survival mode—where your breath softens, your body settles, and a genuine sense of relief becomes possible. From that place, you reconnect with a deeper sense of authority within yourself—not as pressure or force, but as a calm, grounded confidence you can trust and carry into your life.
You survived what happened—now it's time to become who you were meant to be.
I am an equity and justice-focused therapist whose approach to therapy centers connection and empathy. From a humanistic-existential perspective, I view therapy as a partnership where clients are supported in embracing their inner strengths, achieving their desired goals, and developing coping skills and strategies to lead meaningful and authentic lives. I strive to meet you where you are and honor the diversity of your lived experience.
You are the expert of your life. I aim to provide compassion, guidance, and a nonjudgmental, caring space for you to share your unique experiences, express your feelings, and build greater self-awareness and self-esteem. In therapy, we’ll work to address stressors and challenges and integrate meaningful changes into your daily life. In building capacity for self-exploration, emotional awareness, and resilience, we can enhance our relationships with ourselves and others, promoting a greater sense of well-being.

Hello, I'm Chris, I am a licensed psychologist and also hold a license as a professional counselor.
If you've ever felt like you've been alone in society and that you are experiencing a sense of stress related to societal expectations that are unrealistic or built for those who are in a group you feel you don't belong to, I may be a good fit for you.
I approach my work with clients in a way that is culturally informed, focusing on feminist principles that are aimed at removing barriers that are in place while acknowledging the very real struggles of those who are not members of the majority group. I have an extensive history of working with individuals of various minority group backgrounds, but specialize and focus in working with people who identify within the LGBTQ+ community, including offering affirming services and helping people navigate coming out, family and peer relationships, and romantic and sexual concerns. I prefer to not take the role of the "expert" in therapy and feel it is important to have a collaborative approach. That doesn't mean that I won't challenge you or point out maladaptive behavioral patterns/thought processes. I pride myself on being personal and authentic while keeping the focus on you.

My approach is person-centered and solution-focused, tailoring therapy to fit your unique needs. I pull from other modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, IFS, and strengths based. Whether you’re looking to heal, grow, or simply feel more in control, I’m here to support you every step of the way. Plus, my friendly dog may pop in to bring some extra comfort and smiles during our sessions!
Let’s work together to help you find clarity, confidence, and motivation on your journey. I’m here to hold space for your feelings, provide gentle guidance, and cheer you on as you do the work to create the life you want.
