I am a licensed professional counselor and board certified dance/movement therapist. I strive to create an open and safe space for clients to be their authentic self and find it important to see a client's physical, emotional, and developmental world through their lens. We will work together to explore and express emotions, develop and expand communication skills and relationships, and find ways to continue overall growth within the therapeutic relationship. I focus on solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral therapy approaches, but employ additional options as needed, depending on each client's personal journey towards healing.

Hi, I’m Angela, a licensed clinical social worker who’s all about creating a space where you can just be real. Life gets heavy sometimes, and whether you're feeling anxious, burned out, stuck in a relationship pattern, or weighed down by past experiences, I’m here to help you sort through it without judgment.
I work with adults who are ready to do the inner work, even if they’re not totally sure where to start. We’ll look at what’s getting in your way, explore the stories you’ve been telling yourself, and build tools that actually make a difference day to day. I pull from CBT, DBT, and strengths-based approaches to keep things practical and focused, but I also believe in the power of slowing down, getting curious, and creating space for growth.
Clients often tell me they feel heard, supported, and challenged in all the right ways. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and honest. I’ll meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you figure out where you want to go. Whether you're working through anxiety, past trauma, relationship issues, or just trying to feel better in your own skin, you don’t have to do it alone. I'm here when you're ready.
Hello there, I'm so glad you are here! I get it...You’re someone who has carried far too much for far too long, maybe a trauma survivor, a people‑pleasing millennial, an LGBTQIA+ adult, or a neurodivergent human trying to navigate identity, relationships, and emotional overwhelm. You might feel pulled in a dozen directions at once, exhausted by perfectionism, hyper‑responsibility, or the pressure to be “the strong one.” Your challenges may include chronic self‑criticism, difficulty setting boundaries, feeling disconnected from your own needs, or struggling to relax even when you’ve earned rest.
My name is Alissa, I’m a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in supporting trauma survivors, people-pleasing millennials, LGBTQIA+ clients, and neurodivergent folks navigating identity, relationships, and emotional overwhelm. My work blends parts‑based approaches, somatic awareness, and strengths‑focused care to help you understand your inner world, soften self‑criticism, and build a more grounded, compassionate relationship with yourself (and in partnerships.) I offer an affirming, collaborative space where EVERY part of you is welcome, especially the ones carrying exhaustion, tenderness, or stories that deserve gentleness.
I frequently incorporate cognitive behavioral strategies but I also enjoy using creative therapeutic activities that strengthen self efficacy and personal insight. I am defiantly on the crafty side and I love art wellness projects.
I have a Master of Social Work from the University of Texas at San Antonio. My graduate work included an emphasis on cultural competency, echo-therapy, and urban regional development. My passion for this field is rooted in increasing access to culturally responsive mental health care and supporting people of all backgrounds in navigating therapy with comfort, empowerment, and authenticity. I am committed to creating a safe and affirming environment where clients feel seen, heard, and valued. I believe therapy should be accessible, culturally informed, and grounded in meaningful change.
I’m a licensed therapist with over a decade of experience supporting neurodiverse individuals and people navigating anxiety, depression, and self‑doubt. My background spans community‑based work, clinical practice, and school‑based therapy, and those experiences have shaped the way I show up with clients: calm, empathic, and steady.
I create a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and explore what’s been weighing on you without pressure or judgment. Together, we work to deepen self‑care, ease anxious or self‑critical thoughts, strengthen coping skills, and build relationships that feel healthier and more supportive.
If you’re looking for a therapist who meets you exactly where you are — with compassion, clarity, and a grounding presence — I’d be glad to support your growth.
Hi there, I'm Erin.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience working with individuals as well as groups regarding various mental health concerns.
I earned my Bachelor's degree from the University of Florida (Go Gators!) and my Master's degree from Lehigh University (Go Mountain Hawks!).
I am passionate about helping individuals learn, grow, and thrive by providing a solution-focused approach to therapy. I help individuals to gain insight into their concerns and issues, create plans for positive change, and take action towards healthier lifestyles.
In our sessions you will have the space and support to work through the challenges you are facing. I will incorporate techniques from mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and positive psychology to assist in your treatment.
Life is filled with challenges and setbacks that can at times feel completely overwhelming. By attending therapy you are choosing to take back the control to pursue an enhanced and improved quality of life. No matter where you are at or what you are going through, I’ll be here to walk by your side.
I’m a down-to-earth therapist who believes therapy should feel like a space where you can show up as yourself—without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. I work with adults navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, anxiety, trauma, and the moments when life simply feels overwhelming or uncertain.
My approach is open-minded, collaborative, and solution-oriented. I want to understand not only what you’re struggling with, but also who you are, what has shaped you, and where you want your life to go. Together, we can make sense of patterns, build on your strengths, and identify practical ways to move forward.
You can expect warmth, honesty, curiosity, and a little humor when appropriate. I believe therapy can hold space for difficult emotions while still helping you recognize your own ability to create meaningful change.
With over 13 years of experience as a dedicated social worker, I have served 6 years in nursing facilities and the past 7 years as a transplant social worker. Throughout my career, I have been committed to supporting individuals and families through some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. In nursing facilities, I provided compassionate care and advocacy for elderly residents, helping them navigate the challenges of aging, loss, and chronic medical conditions. As a transplant social worker, I have guided patients through the complex emotional and logistical journey of organ transplantation, offering critical support around grief, depression, anxiety, and the impact of chronic illness. My work has consistently focused on empowering clients, promoting emotional resilience, and improving their overall quality of life during difficult times.
It is my mission to provide you with the highest quality of care. With over 23 years of experience working with individuals and families struggling with a wide variety of obstacles, My ideal client is a parent or couple who is struggling to parent their children in a way that feels both effective and enjoyable. Hi! I'm Mattie. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling & Psychology from Eastern University in 2018, with a concentration in Trauma Studies. Since then, I’ve worked across detox, residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient settings, supporting individuals with a wide range of clinical needs and levels of acuity.
My areas of focus include trauma, substance use disorders, grief & loss, personality disorders, anxiety, and mood disorders, and experience working with significant emotional dysregulation, and co-occurring medical and psychiatric concerns.
My experience in higher levels of care has given me extensive experience with crisis intervention, de-escalation, safety concerns, and acute instability. I’ve worked closely with multidisciplinary teams when clients required a higher level of support and helped individuals regain stability while moving toward meaningful recovery.
I’ve also facilitated and developed therapeutic groups, contributed to program development and clinical programming, and helped create and coordinate structured program schedules across multiple levels of care.
My approach draws from evidence-based, trauma-informed modalities including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
As an LCSW licensed in Pennsylvania, I provide compassionate, supportive telehealth therapy throughout the state. I work with clients navigating grief and loss, depression, stress and daily life challenges, family dynamics, and women’s issues. Therapy can be a space where you don’t have to carry it all alone. Together, we’ll slow things down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and explore ways to feel more grounded and supported. My goal is to create a warm, judgment-free space where you can feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself.
The transition to parenthood and constant changes once you’re there are some of the most transformative experiences a person can go through during their life. This time is both beautiful and stressful. Whether it’s your first or your fifth+ child, in today’s world, almost all of us- both moms and dads- can benefit from some additional support in the years of pregnancy and raising children.
My practice aims to assist you through all of the normal and abnormal challenges of this time that is short-lived but has long-lasting impacts on ourselves and our families. While each individual and family is unique in their needs and ways that they grow, common goals achieved in counseling include feeling more connected to yourself, your baby or child, and your partner; changing unhealthy family patterns you don’t want to repeat from past generations; feeling more confident in yourself as a parent and partner; improving work-life balance; feeling more supported and less alone; developing your unique identity as a parent and embracing this stage of life; and improving persistent feelings of anxiety, depression, shame, anger, and feeling overwhelmed.
If you are struggling, want to better support a partner who is struggling, or would just like to utilize this uniquely powerful time in your life to become more of the person you want to be, I would love to meet you.

I have been practicing since 2014 and have worked in a variety of contexts within the scope of therapy- ranging from children, couple's work, adults, teenagers, and the aging population. I deliver an authentic approach to therapy that punctuates the importance of the relationship between client and therapist as the primary mechanism for change. I believe all clients deserve to be met with dignity and respect and try to convey that in sessions.

How much of your life is spent waiting to feel confident enough to live it?
I’m Fred, a licensed clinical social worker who works with adults struggling with anxiety, addiction, relationship difficulties, and major life stress. My practice is direct, collaborative, and practical. I draw primarily from Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other evidence-based approaches.
A lot of people come to therapy believing they need more confidence, more clarity, or more certainty before they can move forward. Often, confidence is built differently: by learning to act, adapt, and make meaningful decisions even while doubt, anxiety, and difficult emotions are still present. Together, we’ll work on changing the patterns that keep you stuck and building the flexibility and confidence to move toward the life you want.
I am a professional counselor with over 10 years of experience licensed in both Ohio (LPCC) and Pennsylvania (LPC). I use a person-centered, feminist lens approach rooted in the belief that you are the expert on your own life blended with tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialetical Behavioral Therapy, and Schema Therapy. We'll work together to create a space where you feel empowered to grow, heal, and shape your own path forward.
I'm Ben Northrup, a licensed professional counselor with experience working with people with a wide range of mental health challenges. I specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for individuals with borderline personality disorder, psychosis treatment, helping family members of individuals with symptoms of psychosis, and support for anxiety and depression.
I earned both my undergraduate and graduate degrees from Lock Haven University and have worked in group homes, partial hospitalization programs, women’s centers, and community-based mental health clinics. These experiences have shaped my client-centered, practical, and empathetic approach to therapy.
I tend to keep therapy pretty conversational and relaxed. I don't think therapy should feel like something you have to dread each week. Sometimes we'll have a serious emotional conversation, sometimes we'll problem solve, sometimes we'll laugh, and sometimes you might just need a place to let everything out. My goal is to make therapy a place where you can be yourself while we figure out the best way to help you reach your goals.

Hi, I'm Stephanie – your partner on a path to a brighter you.
If anxiety, depression, or life's twists have you in their grip, remember, you're not alone. I blend Person-Centered Therapy's wisdom with CBT and DBT tools, tailoring them to build your unique path to growth.
My passion is walking alongside others and creating a sanctuary where they can lay their inner world bare. This is the environment in which true healing and growth can take place.
Hi! I’m Jess! I’ve been a licensed counselor for almost 20 years, and I’ve truly loved the opportunity to walk alongside so many different people through the various times of life.
One of my favorite parts of the work is getting to know someone in those early conversations. I genuinely enjoy hearing your story, learning what has brought you to therapy, and understanding the experiences that have shaped you. There’s something meaningful about getting to know the person behind the struggles they’re bringing into the room.
I especially enjoy working with people who are ready to explore the possibility of change. You don’t have to have everything figured out, and you certainly don’t have to know exactly what needs to change before you begin. Sometimes it’s enough to recognize that something isn’t working the way you hoped and to feel ready—or even just curious—to see what might be different.
My hope is that therapy can become a place where you feel understood, supported, and encouraged as you begin to imagine what life could look like when things start to shift.
Hi, I’m Dr. Catherine T. Revak, DSW, LCSW—but please, call me Cate. My path to becoming a therapist wasn’t a traditional one, and each chapter of my life has shaped how I show up for clients today. I served in the United States Air Force and spent many years in the financial services industry, experiences that taught me how to navigate complexity, hold difficult conversations, and remain present during times of stress and uncertainty. Later, I returned to school at the University of Pennsylvania, where I studied Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s Studies, and completed both my master’s and doctoral degrees in social work. My clinical training focused on veterans’ mental health, grief, loss, and bereavement. My time working at the VA and in hospice care deeply influenced my approach to therapy, reinforcing the importance of compassion, attunement, and the healing power of being truly witnessed. In therapy, I strive to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported. I draw from psychodynamic, narrative, and trauma-informed approaches, but at the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship itself. Whether you are navigating grief, transition, or uncertainty, I walk alongside you as you find meaning, connection, and a way forward that honors your experience.
Hi there! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, as well as a Nationally Certified Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. I received my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Immaculata University. I have been practicing for about 5 years now, but have worked in the mental health field for 8 years. I will support you in developing skills and different ways of thinking that you can use to navigate through daily life challenges and experiences you may encounter.
My work is grounded in a foundation of Art Education, Expressive Arts Therapy, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and Postgraduate work at the Institute of Modern Psychoanalysis of Philadelphia.
For over 20 years I’ve worked in community mental health and substance use centers. I have specialties in family system support services, across Bucks County, PA, and Mercer and Burlington Counties in NJ.
I am a licensed therapist in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and offer in-person and virtual services. My offices are located in Ewing, Mercer County, NJ, and Newtown, Bucks County, PA.
Sheria Y. Francis, MSW, LCSW, CAADC, C-SWHC is a licensed clinical social worker and the founder of Held II Heal, LLC. She specializes in working with adults navigating trauma, addiction recovery, burnout, grief, and major life transitions.
Her approach is trauma-informed and evidence-based, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based strategies.
Sheria’s work focuses on helping individuals make sense of difficult experiences, rebuild emotional stability, and develop a stronger, more grounded sense of self.
Hi, I’m Kristina. I’m a licensed therapist who takes a relational, trauma-informed approach to healing. My work integrates evidence-based practices—including CBT and mindfulness-based strategies—with thoughtful insight to help clients move out of survival mode and into greater self-trust and stability.
I believe therapy should be both practical and transformative. Our sessions are a space to slow down, untangle patterns, and build tools that create meaningful change in your everyday life. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, or relationship challenges, we’ll work collaboratively to understand what’s shaped your story and develop new ways of responding with clarity and confidence.
Clients often describe my style as warm, grounded, and direct. I bring compassion and humor into the room while also offering honest feedback and actionable strategies. You can expect to feel supported — and gently challenged — in ways that foster growth.
My goal is to help you feel more at home within yourself and empowered to build a life aligned with your values, not your past pain.
I have 32 years of experience providing counseling. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, stressing that what we think determines what we feel and what we do. For many reasons, people learn unrealistic or destructive thoughts that cause them problems in their lives. Therapy works towards more realistic thinking, and avoiding old and destructive thinking. As I like to say, "therapy is a conversation with a destination," and realistic thinking is that destination.
While I am a Christian, I am not trained as a Christian Counselor. I am a "Counselor who is a Christian." My training is secular, and I regularly see people or all faiths, or none at all. I do not offer court ordered services, nor do I do assessments for custody, or any other legal purpose. Unfortunately, I cannot accept Medicare, or Medicare based plans.
The world is changing, and more and more people are reaching out. I am seeing more men that have been in abusive relationships. There are also more people dealing with loss. Coming to my office is not like going to a big mental health clinic where you just another number on a spreadsheet. In my care, you are a person, and you'll be treated like one.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with children, adolescents, and adults navigating life’s challenges. My goal is to create a supportive and collaborative space where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
I have several years of experience working with children and parents, manage behavioral or emotional concerns, and build healthy coping skills. In addition to my therapy work, I also serve as a case manager in a long-term acute care hospital, where I support adults and older adults facing complex medical and life transitions.
My approach is compassionate, practical, and strengths-based. I strive to help clients better understand themselves, develop effective coping strategies, and feel more confident navigating everyday life.
I’m Alea Frazier, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania with over 13 years of experience in the mental health field. My background includes extensive work in grief and loss, anger management, depression, and anxiety, but what truly matters is how those experiences connect to you. Therapy with me isn’t about labels or checklists, it’s about creating a safe, real space where you don’t have to “perform” or have it all figured out. My approach is down-to-earth, compassionate, and honest. I meet clients where they are and walk alongside them as they navigate pain, discover their strengths, and move toward lasting growth.

Welcome! I’m Shey, an IFS-informed therapist who wishes to help you navigate the journey from unhealed trauma to meaningful personal growth. We don’t have to wait for a crisis to put on our own “oxygen masks.” I’ve learned the hard way how essential it is to care for ourselves first—nurturing our well-being so we can show up fully in our lives. In my sessions, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for survivors of emotional and psychological abuse. Let me introduce myself. My name is Bradley Peters. I am a transplanted Canadian, who has been living in Pennsylvania since 2001, just before 9/11. I have been a therapeutic specialist in the field for over 17 years.
Reaching out to a professional can be daunting, but once you do, having that support and learning tools to help change those painful feelings becomes invaluable. My practice is small, isolated and private. I serve adolescents and adults 14 and up.
Currently, I am only seeing clients through telehealth, but I am hoping this does not dissuade you.
